ABSTRACT

Objective To establish a quality standard of Weinaxin granular.Methods Pinelliae Rhizoma,Poria,Glycyr-rhizae,Radix Angelicae,Aurantii Fructus were identified by TLC,and the assay of Narigin in Aurantii Fructus was performed by reverse phase HPLC.Results Pinelliae Rhizoma,Poria,Glycyrrhizae,Radix Angelicae,Aurantii Fructus can be identified by TLC.The HPLC method for Narigin shows a baseline separation with a linear calibration curve in the range of 0.0844~0.2954 μg (r=0.9993).The average recovery of the method was 98.74%.The RSD was 1.20% (n=6).Conclusion This method was reliable and accurate,can be used for the quality control of this product.

ABSTRACT

AIM: To establish the determination of narigin and hesperidin in Juhong Pills(Exocarpium, Citri Grandis, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, etc.). METHODS: The extraction was completed with ether. The Shim-pack ODS(?6.0mm?150mm) column was used with mobile phase of CH 3OH-CH 3COOH-H 2O(30∶4∶60). The detection wavelength was at 283nm. RESULTS: The linear range for narigin was 0.072~1.43?g, r=0.9999 and the linear range for hesperidin was 0.068~1.37?g, r=0.9999, respectively. Both the average recoveries were 99.3% and 99.4%, respectively. Both RSD were 0.6%(n=5). CONCLUSION: The method is simple and the result is reliable.

ABSTRACT

AIM: To develop an HPLC method for determining narigin,hesperidin and neohesperidin in Weili Tablet(Rhizoma Pinelliae,Radix et Rhizoma Gentianae,Fructus Aurantii immaturus etc. ). METHODS: The analysis was carried out with a Diamonsil C18(4. 6 mm ? 250 mm,5 ?m)column and the mobile phase of acetoni-trile-1% glacical acetic acid solution(19:81,v/v). The flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min and column temperature was 30 ℃. The detection wavelength was set at 283 nm. RESULTS: The calibration curve was linear within the range of 6. 0-60. 0 ?g/mL,2. 24-22. 4 ?g/mL and 10. 2-102. 0 ?g/mL for narigin,hesperidin and neohesperidin,respec-tively. The average recoveries were 100. 2% ,98. 8% and 97. 1% for narigin,hesperidine and neohesperidine,re-spectively. CONCLUSION: The method is reproducible,sensitive and accurate for determination of narigin,hes-peridin and neohesperidin in Weili Tablet.
