ABSTRACT
ObjectiveThe clinical research team is the key to improving clinical research ability. The purpose of this study is to identify the main problems with the development of clinical research teams in specialized hospitals， and to explore countermeasures. MethodsOn the basis of literature review and consultation with experts， a self-made questionnaire was distributed online to survey 300 relevant staff engaged in clinical research in 10 tertiary specialized hospitals in Shanghai. The severity of existing problems was analyzed from four aspects： clinical research personnel planning， recruitment and allocation； training and development； evaluation and performance management； career management. Then in-depth personal interviews were conducted with the main heads of clinical research departments in some hospitals. ResultsFour problems have relatively high severity scores， with 3.65±1.0， 3.43±1.0， 3.53±1.0， and 3.44±1.0 points， respectively. They are： “The development of the clinical research team is incomplete， and there is a lack of stable multidisciplinary and multi-level talent teams”， “A systematic and continuous clinical research training system has not been established”， “An objective and fair evaluation index system has not yet been established”， and “There are obstacles in the career development and promotion path of clinical research professionals”. ConclusionTo further enhance the clinical research capabilities of hospitals， we urgently need to establish multidisciplinary and multi-level clinical research teams， strengthen the training of clinical researchers on their clinical research capabilities， establish a scientific evaluation index system and incentive methods， and explore career development that meets the characteristics of clinical researchers.

Object To strengthen the preventive maintenance and prolong the service life of ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus.Methods The problems found in practice and causes of ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus were summarized, and then some countermeasures were put forward. A refinement management system was established to facilitate the maintenance.Results The refinement management contributed to enhancing the initiative of the operator, decreasing the failure rate of the apparatus while improving its cleanness.Conclusion Refinement management prolongs the apparatus's service life and raises its economic and social benefits, and thus is worthy promoting practically.

Objective To analyze the problems found during the sampling inspection of the infusion and syringe pumps. Methods The present situation of the supervision of medical devices was explored,and statistical analysis was executed on the sampling inspection results of medical devices in 2016 to evaluate completely their quality and application.Results The medical devices had problems in uneven quality,low rate of coverage of sampling inspection,unreferencing YY 0709—2009 Medical Electrical Equipment-Part 1-8:General Requirements for Safety-Collateral Stanalard:General Requirements,Tests and Guidance for Alarm Systems in Medical Eleatriail Equipment and Medical Electrical Systems when registering product standard and technical requirements,external labeling,instruction manual and packaging.The qualification rate for sampling inspection was kept at low level in the past few years.Conclusion The supervision strategy is put forward for medical devices to enhance their overall quality.

The paper analyzed the status quo and dilemmas of the internal audit of an affiliated hospital of a university in Chongqing, proposing imperative reforms in the governance elements of the affiliated hospital system.These elements cover such aspects as strengthened system construction, value-added transformation, enhanced independent status, improved competency, and innovative methods and technologies.These efforts can help elevate the performance of affiliated hospitals.

The Chinese materia medica extract (CMME) is an important intermediate for the CMM preparation, and the drying process is a key link in the pharmaceutical process of CMM and has a direct impact on the quality of the drug. The development of new drying technology is the key point of the industry technology transformation and upgrading about traditional Chinese medicine manufacturing, and plays an important role in the process of modernization of CMM. In this paper through the literature research statistical analysis, the current research situation of the CMME common drying methods were reviewed, the characteristics and adapt scope of commonly used extract drying technology were analyzed and summarized, some of the problems which exist in the promotion of the CMME drying technology were discussed and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward. Then, the suitable drying technology for different CMMEs were summarized. Finally, the paper illustrates the drying CMME development trend in China. This paper provides a useful reference for the research and development applied to medicine extract efficient drying techniques, and provides new ideas for the optimization and upgrading of related equipment.

Objective:In the performance appraisal of public hospitals,the lack of detailed degree of personalized appraisal,inadequate attention of hospital leaderships and unreasonable performance appraisal indexes were analyzed to provide measurement.Methods:Using the equity theory to conduct specific analysis on the problem.Results:To promote the stable and sustainable development of public hospitals,it mobilized the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of the employees.Conclusion:It needed to create more economic and social benefits and enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital.

To understand the continuing medical education status of Beijing Shijitan Hospital,so as to continue to reform and improve the teaching management of continuing medical education.,literature and information retrieval methods were used and relevant personnel was interviewed about the content,form,time and suggestions of continuing medical education.The results indicate the presence of training content is too wide,training methods are too simple,and there is lack of medical humanities quality training and other issues in continuing medical education.Variety of training methods should be increased,the quality of medical humanities education and training should be enhanced,featured training should be developed to make the continuing medical education more scientific,standardized and highly efficient.

[Background] Japan Overseas Volunteer Cooperation (JOCV) pharmacists have been sent to Malawi. There were two big reasons. One was there were no colleges to train pharmacist. When people want to be pharmacists, they have to go to abroad to have education. However many of them never come back to Malawi after finishing the course. Thus a lack of pharmacists was severe. And almost pharmacy staffs were untrained. Another was medicines had been stolen by insiders. At that time hospital in charge wanted to be managed by credible outsiders. I was also one of pharmacists in Malawi. However I often heard Japanese pharmacists were dull to be faced the rigid situation of Malawi health sector and the difficulties of mutual understanding even they had been full of hope. [Aim] The aims of this study were to explore the activities of Japanese pharmacist's volunteers in Malawi and to investigate our problems and solutions. [Method] Project cycle management (PCM) method was adopted. Participants were 10 members of the Malawi JOCV pharmacists committee. The JOCV volunteer coordinator and the JICA expert took part in this discussion as observers. Those statements were categorized into each category. [Results] Japanese pharmacists have had the clams and complaints against their missions. Their clams and complaints were separated to three. One was the problems of Malawi side, which were un-cleared Japanese pharmacists' position and insufficient infrastructure. Other was JOCV side, which was lack of communication with Malawian. And the other was both sides, which was an absence of mutual understanding. When we ignored these problems, the opportunities of international aids by pharmacists would be decrease. [Conclusion] According to the results, Malawi JOCV pharmacists committee recommended to JICA Malawi office reconsidering about sending pharmacist volunteers and made efforts to appeal their actions.

Respirators are important tools in saving critical patients. Whether respirators can give full play is relevant to not only the performance and quality of respirators but also the operation ability of the staff,since improper operation often result in serious consequences. It is important to find problems in respirators' application,summarize experiences,analyze reasons and raise management methods so as to employ respirators safely and provide sound support to saving patients' lives.
