ABSTRACT

Introdução: a objeção de consciência possibilita assegurar direitos médicos, mas é um entrave para a saúde pública no Brasil. Objetivo: realizar uma revisão de literatura brasileira avaliando a motivação por parte dos profissionais da saúde que apresentam objeção de consciência em casos de abortamento legalizados. Método: para tanto, realizou-se uma revisão de literatura brasileira PICO, com a pergunta norteadora: ensino tecnicista médico versus religiosidade interferem na opção para a objeção de consciência diante do abortamento legalizado? Utilizou-se as bases: Cochrane Library, Lilacs, PubMed, Scielo e Periódicos CAPES, contando com os descritores "(Objeção de Consciência)"; "(Objeção de Consciência) AND (Religião)"; "(Objeção de Consciência) AND (Educação Médica)"; "(Objeção de Consciência) AND (Religião) AND (Educação Médica)" e seus respectivos termos em inglês acrescidos do termo "abortion". A busca foi realizada em janeiro de 2023 e limitada ao período entre 2016 e 2023. Resultado: a busca inicial resultou em 1746 artigos, sendo desses apenas 17 incluídos. Pode-se observar que a religião é uma influência, contudo, a falta da temática nas faculdades de Medicina faz com que os médicos procedam de forma incorreta ou incompleta ao objetarem a consciência. Conclusões: este estudo servirá para futuros projetos de intervenção com acadêmicos de Medicina, que minimizem o entrave no acesso ao aborto


Introduction: conscientious objection makes it possible to ensure medical rights, but it is an obstacle to public health in Brazil. Aims: to carry out a Brazilian literature review assessing the motivation of health professionals who present conscientious objection in cases of legalized abortion. Methods: to this end, a PICO Brazilian literature review was carried out, with the guiding question: does medical technical teaching versus religiosity interfere with the option for conscientious objection in the face of legalized abortion? The following databases were used: Cochrane Library, Lilacs, PubMed, Scielo and Periodicals CAPES, using the descriptors "(Conscientious Objection)"; "(Conscientious Objection) AND (Religion)"; "(Conscientious Objection) AND (Medical Education)"; "(Conscientious Objection) AND (Religion) AND (Medical Education)" in Portuguese and in English plus the term "abortion". The search was carried out in January 2023 and limited to the period between 2016 and 2023. Results: initially, the search resulted in 1746 articles, of which only 17 were included. It can be observed that religion is an influence, however, the lack of the subject in medical schools causes doctors to act incorrectly or incompletely when objecting to conscience. Conclusions: this study will serve for future intervention projects with medical students, which minimize obstacles to accessing abortion

ABSTRACT

Practice teaching is an important link in the training of public health talents in colleges and universities. At present, there are still some problems in the education of public health and preventive medicine in the colleges and universities in China, such as attaching greater importance to theory than to practice and weak training of practical skills among students. In view of this situation, a public health practice teaching model of "internal-external interactions" has been constructed in Dalian Medical University with focuses on the following aspects: ①experiments in the university are optimized based on social needs; ②the practice base outside the university is expanded based on the teaching in the university; ③"internal-external interactions" are adopted to enhance practice training and improve post competence. The teaching practice shows that the implementation of the teaching model of "internal-external interactions" can help to improve practice teaching ability, promote the improvement in the training quality of public health talents, and meet the social demand for application-oriented professionals.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To study the significance of standard operating procedures of construction emergency medical simulation teaching-based. Methods:Emergency medical simulation teaching base on the construction of standard operating procedures mode. Results:SOP model was used in emergency medicine in practice teaching and management, it improved the connotation of practical teaching system construction;and was helpful to improve the practice teaching content construction. ABSTRACT

Objective Developing an index system to evaluate the community teaching bases of general practice, for the purpose of identifying and completing at least one demonstration teaching base for general practice in each city in 2010. Methods Initial building of the index system by means of Delphi method and experts interview, followed by selection of experts for consultation, statistical analysis on the results of letter inquiries, and rounded up by the establishment of the index system for evaluation in the end. Results The recovery rates of a two-round Delphi questionnaire response are 94.12% and 100.00%respectively. Expert's authority degrees of five indexes are all over 0.8, which suggests high expert's authority. The average coordination coefficient of two-round Delphi experts consultation is 0.262and 0.534 respectively, showing good experts coordination. In the end, the study established four first-class indexes, ten second-class indexes, 41 third-class indexes and five additional indexes. Conclusions The index system is established in view of the current development of community teaching bases. It focuses on evaluating teachers, the teaching process and base's function. The evaluation system provides reference for selecting demonstration community teaching bases of general practice.

ABSTRACT

Faced with the rate’s drop of the Chinese clinical graduates’physician qualification examination and the experimental evaluation feedbacks from global medical education standard, we set up a research in clinical teaching bases’educational guarantee mechanism of medical colleges and universities. With the action research method and the descriptive studies in the definition of guarantee mechanism, the demand of graduates, the system of clinical lectures and the revolution of teaching mode, the standard of education, the system of basic condition datadetection, and the planning and the policy of clinical teachers’growth, we constructed the technical route of the leader’s supporting responsibilities, the teachers’professional roles and the students’ clinical teaching bases’ quality. We applied an empirical study in affiliated and non-affiliated hospitals of western and Chinesetraditional medicine and achieved predicted effort.

ABSTRACT

The character of intensive care unit(ICU) makes ICU a chlinical teaching base and plays an important role in medical teaching.By learning from ICU,students can understand and remember basic medical curriculum easily,form their global concept,cultivate their clinical thinking habit,promote their ability of emergency treatment,culture their idea of innovation,and help theim to revere life which is thought as the central idea of medical moral principles.It is worth paying attention to strengthen ICU construction and to properly utilize teaching resource of ICU.
