ABSTRACT
To explore the reconstruction and practice of medical English education in medical colleges and universities in China, totally, 23 deans of foreign language schools of medical universities and teachers in charge of English for Medical Purpose from prestigious universities where students have access to multidisciplinary education were interviewed via WeChat respectively. Additionally, a valid questionnaire survey was collected of 2 270 medical undergraduates in Xi'an Medical University, thus to evaluate feedback related to medical English education. In terms of medical English education, medical colleges and universities have such commonly shared disadvantages as insufficient medical knowledge of medical English teachers, imbalance between medical teaching and medical education, insufficient humanistic education in medical English teaching, poor integration of language and medicine science, ineffective coordination and matching between curriculum teaching and education objectives. Advisably, mixed mode of medical English education and teaching system in medical colleges and universities should be restructured. As for the development of English teachers for Medical Purpose, the synergy between medical English teachers in medical colleges and clinicians in affiliated hospitals should be developed via cooperative lesson preparation and classroom teaching characterized by hospital-school collaboration. Also, concerning teaching approaches and education and teaching objectives, the mixing of online and offline teaching should be adopted to achieve the objectives of making students be intellectually, competently, and emotionally qualified for future post. Last, medical English discipline should be prioritized to provide support for medical English education and teaching. The teaching and research competence of medical English teachers is the key factor for medical English education and teaching in medical colleges and universities. Importantly, integration of academia and medical industry needs to be deepened to facilitate the integration of medical industry, education and research, thus to ensure the development of high-quality medical talents with good mastery of English and medical English talents with good mastery of medicine in the fields of medical diplomacy and medical aid in African countries.

Objective:To explore the application and effect of teaching and anti-teaching system in clinical skills teaching of the standardized residents training.Methods:Forty pediatric residents of Batch 2018 in Hunan Children's Hospital were randomly divided into the conventional teaching group and the teaching and anti-teaching teaching group, 20 in each group. All of them received the skills training for medical licensing examination. A comparative analysis of the teachers' on-site training time, and the time of mastering individual skill, the skill operation ability, and the comprehensive ability in the two groups was conducted. In addition, teachers and students' satisfaction with teaching and anti-teaching system was investigated by Wenjuanxing, a platform providing questionnaire survey. SPSS 17.0 software was used for t-test and Chi-square test. Results:The teachers' on-site training time [(21.75±3.24) min vs. (48.65±2.91) min] and the residents' time of mastering skills and knowledge [(20.46±3.57) min vs. (30.24±4.73) min] in the teaching and anti-teaching teaching group were shorter than those in the conventional teaching group ( P < 0.05). The scores of clinical skills [(92.96±5.21) points vs. (84.13±3.28) points] and the comprehensive ability [(91.23±5.06) points vs. (85.23±5.72) points] of the residents in the teaching and anti-teaching teaching group were higher than those in the conventional teaching group ( P<0.05). The questionnaire survey showed that the residents had a positive attitude towards the teaching and anti-teaching teaching. They believed that it had the advantage of facilitating full-dimensional viewing of the operation, improving the learning interest, and achieving better learning effect for the residents. Conclusion:The application of teaching and anti-teaching system in the standardized training of residents in children's hospitals can make up for the rare adult clinical operation learning opportunities in children's hospitals, rapidly improve the professional skills of residents, improve the passing rate of medical licensing examination, and help to improve the post competency of residents.

Strengthening practical teaching, together with improving innovation ability is one of the key tasks of Emerging Engineering Education. This paper is based on the revision of the training program of bioengineering in School of Chemical Engineering and Technology, Tianjin University, improved the practical teaching system and curriculum content, built a five-level teaching system for basic experiment, comprehensive experiment, course design, scientific research and practical training. In order to cultivate outstanding innovative talents with practical ability and innovative spirit, innovative teaching reform mode is proposed. Furthermore the new thought and new schemes for Emerging Engineering Education are put forward.

The elements of the teaching system driven by the "Internet +" era are undergoing fundamental changes . Intelligent teaching platform is gradually becoming an important guarantee of the reform of teaching system elements for educators while they are teaching. With the support of intelligent teaching platform, the elements of teaching system break through the limitation of classroom teaching, the traditional structure of teacher-centered is disintegrating, the individual roles of teachers and students are being reconstructed , the teaching content is greatly enriched , and the function of teaching media is becoming more and more intelligent. This thesis, which will take the learning support function of the WeChat Public Platform of "Medical History" as an example by drawing lessons from the reversed classroom teaching mode, carries out the mixed teaching model of Chinese Medical History course by three stages: pre-class autonomous learning, in-class knowledge perfection and after-class knowledge transfer. It will elaborate its overall influence on the elements of the teaching system of Chinese Medical History and its important technical support for the reform of classroom teaching structure.

Through analyzing the current situation of curriculum education,practice continuing education and hospital continuing education in the college of nursing ethics in China,this paper found that there were many prob-lems in the education system,teaching content,faculty and teaching methods of nursing ethics education in China,and proposed to build a lifelong education system,a practice teaching content,a " double type" teacher team and a diversity teaching methods system,thus forming a nursing ethics teaching system suitable for China's national con-ditions and meeting the needs of medical and health development in China.

Objective To build an advanced clinical case collection and teaching system for the department of radiology, and thus to facilitate the scientific research and teaching.Methods By combining several free software, we built a network version of the case collection system with simple web pages, to achieve centralized storage of case text and image data, thus to facilitate the research and teaching work.Results This case collection system quickly saved text data and image data through simple operation, supported parallel work without the need for complex configuration on the client, and had good support for wide area network.This system had stable system operation and could be customized to meet the clinical needs well.Conclusion Using free software to establish the network version of the case collection and teaching system is low cost and has no legal risk.This system is a simple but powerful tool, and can meet the needs of hospitals with different sizes, which is a more perfect case collection system.

To combine more than 20 years of experience in clinical practice skills teaching of laboratory medicine, with the characteristics of laboratory medicine, the theory system of formative assessment has been constructed, to guide the clinical practice of the students.Based on the construction of network question bank, students make use of the network question bank self testing, to know whether they had got the stage goal, existing problems and future plan through self testing, so as to mobilize their enthusiasm and initiative to enhance their self-confidence.Under the formative assessment teaching system, students establish internship file information, including practice notes, weekly practice, group discussion, self testing results, the teacher and peer assessment information.Teachers set up QQ group, WeChat group with their students, the timely to get the question from students and to take appropriate measures improve teaching.Teachers had established and improved the long-term after graduation feedback mechanism, and formative assessment improved the teaching quality of the whole practice teaching benefits teachers as well as students.

The teaching system structure for《multimedia technology》course of health information management was constructed by designing its teaching contents, teaching process, teaching methods, and teaching effect assessment from practical training in classroom and online teaching platform in order to overcome the difficulties in its teaching. To cultivate a strong comprehensive ability and literacy of the rescue medical talent, our school built a "one popular two professional three open training" trinity of the teaching system, opened the first aid course for freshmen and set up basic disaster rescue medicine professional courses for the senior medical students.Three student volunteer service teams carried out first aid training for the social population. The teaching system was combined with a disaster relief knowledge, ability and professional accomplish-ment and carried out multi-form disaster rescue simulation scenarios practice teaching,disaster relief school teaching and service society combined, which were all the characteristics of this teaching system. After five years of practice,medical students' disaster relief capacity and quality improved significantly.

In view of the weakness of the teachers' strength, students' lack of interest and the lack of unity of teaching materials in the foreign language teaching, Oral Medicine College of Chongqing Medical University carried out the reform to the professional foreign language courses in the postgraduate education period by strengthening the preparation of special teaching materials, reinforcing teaching staff construction, reforming teaching methods and creating a learning environment. Military hygiene is one of compulsory courses for undergraduates majored in clinical medicine in military colleges.
