ABSTRACT

Objective:To analyze the sympathy,responsibility and rational emotion of clinical trainees and to construct the medical ethics emotion education system.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among undergraduate clinical medical students.Of the 307 selected students,302 returned valid questionnaire.After eight months in the field trip,the educational outcome was assessed using questionnaire survey again,and the data was analyzed with descriptive statistics analysis.Result:According to the results of questionnaire survey,we came up with effective countermeasures to improve the medical ethics emotion of clinical medical students,and then strengthened students' sympathy,responsibility and rational emotion quality education.Conclusions:It suggests that cultivating the students' learning interests and motivating the subjective initiative of trainees on ethics learning with various teaching methods promoted the transformation from medical ethics emotion to behaviors and customs,and thus constructed a medical ethics emotion education model and improved quality medical ethics education.

ABSTRACT

Epidemiology is a discipline characterized by complicated theory and practice.How to make the practice course function better is a topic worthy of exploring in educational reform for clinical students.The article explored the‘Student-Dominated’ Model based on ‘Problem-Based Learning ’ and ‘Team Based Learning ’ in teaching process and compared the model with the traditional one ( Teacher-Dominated Model) .Suggestions were given to further improve effectiveness of epidemiology practice courses.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the interest,cognition degree,participation degree and current situation of the advanced undergraduate clinical students in our college,to discuss the reason for low level of students' scientific research quality,in order to provide the reference to making research training programs for them.Methods The advanced undergraduates of seven-year and five-year clinical program interned in orthopedics department from January to June in 2014 were selected with cluster sampling method,and investigated anonymously by questionnaires and interview.120 students were investigated by questionnaire,and 120 effective questionnaires were taken back.30 students were interviewed.Results The results showed that 90.0 percent (n=108) of students were interested in scientific activity,and 47.5 percent (n=57) of students had participated in scientific lectures.In interviews,students think factors hindering the research on the participation in scientific research are:1)too many courses and heavy school tasks;2) absence of relative knowledge;3) lack of support from college;4) tough condition for scientific training;5) immature management system.Conclusion The advanced undergraduate clinical students had great interest in scientific activity,but had few opportunities to take part in,leading to their low level of scientific research quality.A variety of measures should be taken to bolster their scientific training.

Pediatrics internship is a bridge that brings medical theory into clinical reality.Cultivate systematic clinical thinking during internship is the key to the growth of clinical doctors.Good outcome has been achieved among these eight-year medical students by using teaching methods such as case discussions,lectures,teacher instructions,which can cultivate proper clinical thinking and make students more active.

ABSTRACT

Crimes which are committed by the doctors are getting even worse on the market of medical service.And the lack of occupational morality is one of the most important reasons.Medical service and moral risk coexist to the clinical adult-students from direct medical service.Thus,to understand the importance of moral risk as well as to fully explore the internal potential of the students is a significant subject for the adult education of clinical students.
