ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and nursing strategy of alprostadil and edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods 60 patients with ACI were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group, the two groups were treated with Alprostadil Combined with edaravone, while the control group received routine care. The observation group received early rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of the control group nursing, the clinical efficacy, neurological deficit (NIHSS) score, Barthel index (BI) and complication rate were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing. Results The total effective rate and complication rate of the observation group were 93.33 and 10.00% respectively, compared with 76.67% and 23.33% in the control group (P< 0.05);after nursing, the NIHSS score and BI index of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For ACI patients, given alprostadil combined with edaravone treatment and given early nursing intervention can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, improve the degree of neurologic impairment, improve the ability of daily life of patients and reduce the incidence of complications, worthy of promotion.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the efficacy of glutathione (GSH ) combined with early nursing intervention for treating neo‐natal jaundice ,and to investigate its influence on serum malondialdehyde (MDA ) ,superoxides dismutase(SOD) and glutathione‐Px (GSH‐Px) levels .Methods Sixty‐eight cases of neonatal jaundice were chosen and randomly divided into the observation group (n=34) and conventional group (n= 34) .Contemporaneous 20 full term healthy neonates were selected as the healthy control group .The observation group was added with GSH and early nursing intervention on the basis of the conventional group .Serum to‐tal bilirubin(TBIL) ,direct bilirubin(DBIL) ,MDA ,SOD and GSH‐Px levels were detected before and after treatment .Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 91 .2% ,which was significantly higher than 73 .5% in the conventional group(P<0 .05);compared with before treatment ,serum TBIL and DBIL levels after treatment in the two group were significantly decreased (P<0 .01) ,moreover the levels of TBIL and DBIL after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0 .01) .The serum MDA level before treatment in both groups were significantly higher than that in the healthy control group(P<0 .01) ,while serum SOD and GSH‐Px levels in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the healthy control group(P<0 .01);after treatment ,serum MDA level in both groups were significantly decreased (P<0 .01 or P<0 .05) ,while serum SOD and GSH‐Px levels in the two group were significantly increased (P<0 .01 or 0 .05);compared with the conventional group ,decrease of serum MDA level in the observation group was more significant (P<0 .05) and serum GSH‐Px level was markedly increased(P<0 .05) .Conclusion GSH combined with early nursing intervention has better effect in the treatment of neotatal jaundice and effectively reduces the levels of serum TBIL ,DBIL and MDA ,and increases the levels of SOD and GSH‐Px , which has positive clinical significance .

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the influence of early comprehensive nursing intervention on physical and mental development in children with high risk of cerebral palsy. Methods 150 children with high risk of cerebral palsy who were treated in neonatal intensive care unit(NICU) of Xinxiang central hospital were randomly divided into two groups.78 cases in the intervention group received early comprehensive nursing intervention, including functional training combined with medication and physical treatment method. At the same time, their parents received systematic training and participated in the intervention till the babies reached 2 years old.72 cases in the routine group were given conventional baby care.74 termfor-age neonates who were born in our department of maternity in the same period were selected as the control group, which received conventional baby care. The infants of the routine care group received only conventional baby care. The physical development of the weight, length and head circumference and intelligence of three groups were checked at the age of six months, one year and two years. Results M the age of six months, one and two years old,the physical development were higher significantly in the intervention group than those in the routine group, and had not evident difference with the control group. The mental development index (MDI) of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group at the 6 months, had no obvious difference with the control group at one year old,and was great higher than that of the control group. At the sixth month and one year phychomotor development index (PDI) of the intervention group had no difference with that of the control group, and at two years old were higher than that in the control group. The incidence of the phychomotor development retardment and the cerebral palsy in the intervention group was lower than that in the routine group. Conclusions Early nursing intervention is beneficial to the development of the physical and intelligent development of children with high risk of cerebral palsy.

ABSTRACT

Objective To probe into the effect of early nursing intervention in promoting wake and complications of patients with severe traumatic brain injury. Methods 65 severe traumatic brain injury patients were divided into the control group (30 cases) and the intervention group (35 cases) randomly. The control group used conventional neurosurgical care, while in addition to conventional care, the inter-vention group also adopted early nursing intervention. The glasgow coma scale (GCS) score as well as gas-treintestinal bleeding, joint stiffness, central nervous fever and secondary infection went through comparative analysis in the two groups before and after treatment of patients using t test and χ2 test. Results Com-pared with the control group, the GCS score after treatment was higher, and the complications of gastroin-testinal bleeding, joint stiffness, central nervous fever and secondary infection were lower in the intervention group. Conclusions Early nursing intervention on patients with severe traumatic brain injury can accel-erate the awakening and reduce the occurrence of complications, it has practical significance to improve quality of life and reduce the financial burden of patients.
