RESUMEN

Objective To investigate the impact of prescribed adaptive statistical iterative reconstruction V (Pre-ASiR-V) on imaging quality and radiation dosage of pure ground glass nodules (pGGN) in chest phantom,in order to obtain the optimal level of Pre-ASiR-V.Methods CT scanning for a chest phantom containing 4 artificial pGGNs was performed with Revolution CT,and the Pre-ASiR-V level was set as 0,20%,40%,60%,80% and 100% group, respectively. The mean noise, effective dose (ED) and the subjective scores of pGGN imaging were recorded and compared. Results The mean noise of groups (Pre-ASiR-V 0,20%,40%,60%,80% and 100%) was (17.93±2.20)HU,(17.30±3.68)HU,(18.20± 3.44)HU,(18.80±0.20)HU,(19.87±2.56)HU and (15.90±4.56)HU,respectively (F=0.568,P=0.723).ED of these groups was 7.40 mSv,5.16 mSv,3.36 mSv,1.97 mSv,0.97 mSv and 0.33 mSv,respectively.Compared with imaging of PreASiR-V 0,the reduction percentage of ED was 30.27%,54.59%,73.38%,86.89% and 95.54%,respectively.The subjective score of the image quality evaluated by the 2 observers had high agreement (Kappa=0.778,P=0.003),and all the scores were greater than 3.The subjective score of Pre-ASiR-V 80% and 100% group was slightly lower than those in other groups. Conclusion Different Pre-ASiR-V level slightly impacts the noise of high-resolution CT images of chest phantom, while reduces radiation dosage significantly.Pre-ASiR-V level of 60% is the optimal protocol.

RESUMEN

Objective To explore the association of Lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(LP-PLA2) and Antithrombin Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ)level with the severity of coronary artery lesion in patients with coronary disease. Methods 276 patients undergoing coronary angiography were recruited in the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from March,2016 to March,2017. Patients were sent to one of the two following groups according to their CAG reports:the controlled group(n=111)and the CAD group(n=165). Gensini scores were calculated in CAD group, and divided CAD group into 4 groups by quartiles:group 1(n=41),group 2(n=39),group 3 (n=42)and group 4(n=43). LP-PLA2 and AT-Ⅲwere then compared in different groups and correlation was analyzed in deciding the severity of coronary artery disease. Results (1)LP-PLA2 level in CAD group was signifi-cantly higher than the controlled group(342.9 ± 91.9 vs. 131.8 ± 27.0,P<0.05),but AT-Ⅲlevel was lower than controlled group and(91.0 ± 12.9 vs. 97.8 ± 11.0,P<0.05).(2)Both LP-PLA2 and AT-Ⅲlevel were different in groups stratified by the quartiles of Gensini scores, and the difference is statistically significant.(3)LP-PLA2 was a risk factor while AT-Ⅲwas a protectional factor for coronary artery disease(OR=1.08,95%CI:1.05~1.11,P<0.01;OR=0.95,95%CI:0.93~0.98,P<0.01;respectively )analyzed by Logisitic regression model.(4)Correla-tion analysis showed a positive association of LP-PLA2 level with Gensini scores(r=0.48,P<0.01),and a nega-tive association of AT-Ⅲlevel with Gensini scores(r=-0.24,P<0.01). Conclusion LP-PLA2 level was higher in CAD patients compared to normal patients ,while the relationship of AT-Ⅲ level among the two groups was reversed. Elevated LP-PLA2 level was associated with the increased severity of coronary artery and can provide guidance for clinic.

RESUMEN

Bacillus licheniformis alpha-amylase (BLA) is one of the most important enzymes involved in starch hydrolysis and many biotechnological processes. To improve the BLA productivity, an integrative plasmid pBL-amyL carrying amyL gene encoding a thermophilic alpha-amylase of B. licheniformis was constructed and transformed into B. licheniformis B0204, an industrial alpha-amylase producer. The transformants harboring different copies of amyL were developed on kanamycin by using homolog-mediated chromosomal amplification of alpha-amylase gene. The recombinants with different multiple copies of amyL integrated in the chromosome were identified by real-time PCR and evaluated by shake-flask fermentation. Recombinants harboring 2-5 multiple copies of amyL produced more alpha-amylase comparison to the parental strain B0204.
