RESUMEN

This article researches how to allocate medical protective consumables in hospital and ensure the safety of emergency marketing procurement under the condition that people are easily susceptible to COVID-19. To inform medical staffs about the standard instruction, we establish the corresponding hierarchical control management system and standards of medical protective consumables. To reduce the stress of clinical medical staff and prevent excessive protection, we enhance the training mechanisms and promote the superior normative guidance. The aim is to fully play the effectiveness of the key departments of medical protective consumables, reduce the risk of infection of clinical medical staff and ensure the safety of medical staffs.

RESUMEN

With the continuous improvement of the difficulty of surgery, we need to investigate and analyze the current situation, to understand the structure and related attributes of medical consumables. Rely on the information construction of medical consumables; Improve the supervision method and further improve the refined management effect; Establish multi-modal procurement management; Improve management methods; Maximize the benefits of transformation structure and study the trace management of medical consumables in the key areas of the hospital's full life process at the same time. Provide data decision-making services for hospitals through the early warning management of medical consumables based on clinical quality management, and use tools such as HB-HTA to further construct a reasonable evaluation system for medical consumables.

RESUMEN

Relying on the information construction of medical consumables, based on the use of single-disease medical consumables, establish a clinical pathway and early warning management of intelligent medical consumables to ensure the rational use of medical consumables. In this way, the supervision method is improved and the refined management effect is further improved. Establishing a clinical pathway and early warning management of intelligent medical consumables can more effectively standardize the rational use of medical consumables, and provide data monitor and control for economic evaluation in the management of single-disease in the future.

RESUMEN

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To explore the relation between the nucleic acid content of hepatitis B virus and hepatitis B virus markers, liver function and its pathological state.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>Thirty-nine patients suffering from chronic hepatitis B with positive HBsAg were performed liver puncture for histopathological examination. Fluorescence ration PCR analysis was used for HBV DNA quantifying assessment. Hepatitis B virus markers were detected by ELISA.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>Serum HBV DNA content was related to hepatitis B virus markers. There was no correlation between HBV DNA level and the Scheuer grade in patients with positive HBsAg, and no obvious correlation between serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase level and HBV DNA content.</p><p><b>CONCLUSIONS</b>There is a significant correlation between HBeAg and HBV DNA, but not between liver inflammation stage and serum HBV DNA content.</p>

RESUMEN

Objective To evaluate the value of CT guided percutaneous lumbar diskectomy (CT PLD) at plateau area. Methods Sixty eight cases of lumbar disc herniation was reated with CT PLD. (1)Before operation, diseased intervertebral disc was scanned, cases were selected, and operation plan was plotted . (2)The best puncture arrangement was chosen on the current video CT picture by designing the puncture path, noting down the puncture parameter, and marking the puncture spot on patient′s body surface. (3)Puncture was performed according to fixed parameter. (4)Operation was performed after the puncture needle was put into the disc ascertained by scan.(5)CT scan was done again after operation to observe if the puncture path had bleeding and intervertebral disc recovery. Results After 3 to 18 months′ follow up, 28 cases were prominent effective and 36 cases effective. The lumbar disc backed 1 to 4 mm. The total effective rate was 94.12%. Conclusion CT PLD is an ideal therapeutic method for lumbar disc herniation at plateau area because it is safe and effective and with less complications.

RESUMEN

Objective To investigate the time-course of mRNA and protein expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) in pulmonary artery and thoracic aorta and the difference in mRNA and protein expressions of iNOS between pulmonary artery and thoracic aorta induced by endotoxemia in rats. Methods Forty-eight Wistar rats of both sexes weighing 350-450g were randomly divided into 2 groups: control group in which animals received normal saline intraperitoneally (ip) and were killed 3h later by dislocation of cervical vertebrae (n=12); test groups in which animals were injected intraperitoneally lipopolysaccharide (LP) 4mg-kg-1 in 2ml of normal saline and were killed after 3h ( n = 12), 8h ( n = 12) , and 48h( n = 12) . Chest was opened immediately and pulmonary artery (PA) and descending thoracic aorta ( TA) were removed. mRNA and protein expression of iNOS in PA and TA were measured by RT-PCR and Western blot. Results The mRNA and protein expressions of iNOS in PA peaked at 8h and that in TA at 3h after ip LPS injection. The levels of mRNA and protein expressions of iNOS in both PA and TA returned to control level at 48h after ip LPS injection. The levels of mRNA and protein expressions of iNOS in PA at 3h and 8h after ip LPS injection were significantly higher than those in TA.Conclusion The mRNA and protein expressions of iNOS in PA and TA after LPS injection are time-dependent. The mRNA and protein expressions of iNOS in TA after LPS injection are earlier than those in PA but the level of mRNA and protein expressions of iNOS in PA after LPS injection is higher than that in TA.
