RESUMEN

Objective@#To understand the current situation of school based sexuality education, attitudes and evaluations of teachers and students toward sexuality education, so as to provide evidence for promoting the development of school based sexuality education.@*Methods@#From September to October 2021, 2 140 valid data from students in basic education and 2 146 from kindergarten and primary and secondary school teachers were collected by online questionnaire. The data were described and statistically analyzed, and the influencing factors of teachers willingness to teach sexuality education courses were explored by logistic regression analysis.@*Results@#About 52.06% of the students had not received sexuality education in school, and 47.53% of the teachers did not carry out sexuality education in the school. Sexuality education in schools mainly focuses on reproductive health and physical development. About 48.93% of the teachers thought that the implementation of sexuality education in schools was not good, and the proportion of high school students who thought sexuality education in schools were "very bad" (32.87%) or "not very good" ( 21.23 %) was the highest. The teachers who undertook sexuality education were mainly mental health teachers (55.51% reported by teachers, 43.96% reported by students). About 71.02% of teachers believe that the best way to carry out sexuality education classes was to set up sexuality education curriculum. Students and teachers reported the need for sexuality education, and more than 50% of primary school students and high school students thought that sexuality education were "very needed" and "somewhat needed". About 51.77 % of teachers considered sexuality education "very urgent". All increased recognition of sexuality education, confidence in answering sex questions, external support for sexuality education, and acceptance of sexuality education training increased the likelihood of teachers teaching sexuality education ( OR =1.02, 1.95, 1.03, 3.53, P <0.05).@*Conclusion@#The current situation of school based sexuality education is not optimistic, the gap between sexuality education and students needs is wide, and the abilities of sexuality education teachers are insufficient.

RESUMEN

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of recombinant tissue plasminogen activator (rt-PA) in patients with wake-up ischemic stroke (WUIS) of anterior circulation non-major arteries.Methods:Sixty-seven patients with WUIS of anterior circulation non-major arteries (time from falling asleep/last use of bathroom at night to intravenous thrombolysis≤9 h and >4.5 h) admitted to Department of Neurology, Beijing Shijingshan Hospital and Department of Neurosurgery, Beijing Muyangliu Hospital from January 1 st, 2017 to December 31 st, 2021 were chosen; these 35 patients accepted routine antiplatelet therapy after intravenous thrombolytic therapy were chosen as control group, and the other 32 patients accepted rt-PA arterial thrombolysis after intravenous thrombolytic therapy were chosen as study group. Vascular recanalization after arterial thrombolysis was observed in study group (cerebral infarction thrombolysis grading 2 and 3: good vascular recanalization). Neurological deficit improvement during treatment, clinical prognoses (modified Rankin scale scores of 0-2: good prognosis) and hemorrhagic transformation incidence 3 months after treatment were compared between the 2 groups. Results:The vascular thrombolytic recanalization rate of study group was 81.25% (26/32). Patients in study group had significantly decreased National Institute of Health stroke scale scores compared with those in control group 1, 7, and 14 d after thrombolytic therapy ( P<0.05). The good prognosis rate of study group (62.50%, 20/32) was significantly higher than that in control group (37.14%, 13/35, P<0.05). No significant difference in hemorrhagic transformation rate was noted between the 2 groups (15.6% [5/32] vs. 5.71% [2/35], P>0.05). Conclusion:Patients with WUIS of anterior circulation non-major arteries (time from falling asleep/last use of bathroom at night to intravenous thrombolysis≤9 h and >4.5 h) benefit from arterial thrombolysis with rt-PA, and risk of secondary intracerebral hemorrhage is not obviously increased.

RESUMEN

Asymptomatic cerebral artery stenosis (aCAS) is closely associated with cognitive impairment, which can lead to multiple cognitive domain impairments, thereby affecting the behavior and daily life of patients. This article reviews the main involved cognitive domains, injury mechanisms, and treatment in different types of aCAS, with the aim of increasing attention to aCAS, early clinical intervention, and delaying cognitive deterioration.

RESUMEN

Menstruation is a symbol of female sexual cycle. Based on the holistic view of TCM between human and universe, TCM complies with treatment principles according to the time. This paper summarizes the characteristics of the changes of qi, blood, Yin and Yang in menstrual cycle, which shows great advantages in treatment. At present, it’s widely believed that menstrual cycle is closely related with month rhythm. However, researches about the relationship between the menstruation and the circadian variation, which is also known as the sleep-awakening activity, are very few. In clinical observation, there exists close relationship between the menstruation disturbance and asleep-awake cycle. Thus, we put forward a concept called day-and night-axis, which means the waxing and waning of Yin and Yang in human body depending on the regular daily routines and sleep schedules. Meanwhile, we attempt to elaborate the internal relation between delayed menstruations and sleep disorders, in order to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of menstrual diseases.

RESUMEN

Objective To compare the effects of different doses of propofol on cardiac pump function in morbidly obese patients. Methods Forty morbidly obese patients undergoing laparoscopic Roux-en-Y gastric by-pass were randomly divided into lean body weight(LBW)group and total body weight(TBW)group, with 20 cases in each group. In LBW group, patients were induced by propofol with a dose according to LBW(kg)×2.0 mg/kg but in TBW group, patients were induced by propofol depending on TBW of the patients. We monitored the changes of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and stroke volume(SV)in patients before anesthetic induction(T1)and at 1 min(T2)after propofol administration. At the same time,we monitored invasive arterial pressure, noninvasive arterial pressure,BIS,and SpO2.Results Compared with those measured at T1,LVEF and SV were decreased af-ter the induction of anesthesia in the 2 groups(P < 0.05);compared with LBW,TBW had greater influence on LVEF and SV after the induction of anesthesia(P<0.05);compared with those at T1,non invasive arterial blood pressure, invasive arterial blood pressure and mean arterial pressure decreased after theinduction of anesthesia (P<0.05);compared with LBW,TBW had no significant effect on noninvasive arterial blood pressure, invasive arterial blood pressure and mean arterial pressure after the induction of anesthesia(P < 0.05);BIS was less than 50 after the induction of anesthesia in 2 groups. Conclusion Propofol induction with a LBW-dependent dose has less influence on cardiac pump function in morbidly obese patients while ensuring the depth of anesthesia.

RESUMEN

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To investigate the effect of local administration of recombinant adenovirus of human adiponectin (hAPN) Ad-hAPN-EGFP on tibial defect repair of SD rats.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>Tibial defect (2 mm) models of 36 SD rats (72 sides) were randomly divided into three groups (A, B, and C; n=24). The three groups were injected with Ad-hAPN-EGFP, Ad-EGFP, and normal saline, respectively, during operation and the day after operation. A week after the operation, the expression of hAPN and osteogenesis-related factors were detected by real-time polymerase chain reaction. Three weeks after operation, the tibias were examined by micro-computed tomography, hematoxylin-eosin staining, and Masson staining to evaluate the restoration of bone defects.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>1) The hAPN expression was detected in group A but not in groups B and C. Osteogenesis-related factors expression of group A was significantly higher than that of the other groups (P<0.05). 2) Osteogenesis (including bone mineral density, relative bone volume, trabecular number and trabecular thickness) in group A were more evident than those in groups B and C (P<0.05). No significant differences were found between groups B and C (P>0.05).</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>Local administration of recombinant adenovirus Ad-hAPN-EGFP may be an effective strategy to improve the restoration of bone defects in vivo.</p>
