RESUMEN

In a child, pulmonary tuberculosis dominates from afar other parts of this infection [230 over 332 cases of child tuberculosis in three years time. It is difficult to diagnose for a child. It rests mostly on the elements of presumtion. Its existence is built on the idea a specialist may have. Tuberculosis is contageous beyond the possibility of precenting by the BCG method. Clinical diagnosis is general, and signs of tuberculosis test are enough to perhaps consider the child as a certain suspect. When in the isolation of the B.K. [a sign of certitude] is seems contrary to an adults' rarely positive. The number of deaths caused by tuberculosis remains high in spite of the efforts used against it [1/5 th]. The deaths' reasons lie to a certain extent in the hands of tuberculosis and the associated pathology
