RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE@#To optimize the condition for chromosome flaking of mesenchymal stem cells to ensure the cytogenetic quality control of expanding production and clinical application.@*METHODS@#Chromosomal flaking methods were optimized from current chromosome preparation techniques from the aspects of MSCs cell culture concentration, colchicine treatment time and low permeability time.@*RESULTS@#By repeated pre-experiments, the optimal MSCS chromosome flaking condition of MSCs was determined as cell culture concentration of (1-2)× 10 cells per T25 cell culture bottle, and the colchicines processing time was determined as 2 hours and 10 minutes, and the low permeability was 1 hour.@*CONCLUSION@#The optimized chromosome flaking condition can fulfill the requirement of cytogenetic quality control for MSCs.

RESUMEN

To investigate the changes of aortic stiffness and its influencing factors in patients with chronic kidney diseases (CKD).Eightyfour patients with CKD from Department of Nephrology, Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital were divided into the dialysis group (CKD stage 5,=48) and non-dialysis group (CKD stage 3-5,=36). Clinical data, biochemical parameters and echocardiography findings were collected. SphygmoCor pulse wave analysis system was used to obtain pulse wave analysis (PWA) parameters including central aortic systolic blood pressure (CSP), central pulse pressure (CPP), augmented pressure (AP), augmentation index (AIX), and heart rate 75-adjusted augmentation index (HR75AIX). The influencing factors of aortic stiffness were analyzed by spearman correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis.CSP, CPP, AP, AIX and HR75AIX in dialysis patients had no significant differences compared with those in non-dialysis group (all>0.05). Spearman correlation analysis showed that CSP was positively correlated with systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, left atrial diameter (LA),left ventricular systolic diameter (LVDs), left ventricular diastolic diameter (LVDd), and negatively correlated with calcium and hemoglobin levels. CPP was positively correlated with systolic blood pressure, age, LA, LVDd, and negatively correlated with diastolic blood pressure and hemoglobin levels. AP was positively correlated with systolic blood pressure, age, LA, LVDd, and negatively correlated with hemoglobin levels. AIX was positively correlated with systolic blood pressure, age, sodium, and negatively correlated with phosphorus levels. HR75AIX was positively correlated with systolic blood pressure, sodium, cholesterol, and negatively correlated with hemoglobin and albumin levels. Multiple regression analysis showed that higher systolic blood pressure was the independent risk factor for CSP (β=0.944,<0.01); lower diastolic blood pressure (β=0.939,<0.01) and higher systolic blood pressure (β=-1.010,<0.01) were the independent risk factors for CPP; older age (β=0.237,<0.01) and higher systolic blood pressure (β=0.200,<0.01) were the independent risk factors for AP; higher systolic blood pressure (β=0.163 and 0.115,<0.05 and<0.01) and higher sodium (β=0.646 and 0.625, all<0.05) were independent risk factors for both AIX and HR75AIX.No significant correlation is observed between aortic stiffness and CKD of different stages. Control blood pressure and restrict sodium intake may be effective means of delaying arterial stiffness in patients with CKD.

RESUMEN

Objective:To summarize several effective methods of maintenance to improve the safe operation quality equipment, and prolong the service life of the equipment by following some of the common faults and processing method of CR. Methods:Conduct analysis of fault repair usually encountered, summed up the reasons, especially some faults, conscientiously sum up, develop a set of Kodak CR950 imaging system maintenance measures. Results: The maintenance of good management, CR will reduce the failure rate. Conclusion: The effective maintenance management system, ensure the continuous operation of equipment, reduce the clinical risk.

RESUMEN

Objective To observe how different measuring methods of corneal curvature produce affect postoperative corneal a-stigmatism correction after implantation of TORIC artificial lens .Methods To measure 4 teams of age-related cataract patients complicated with regular astigmatism of more than 1 .0D by the procedure of manual keratometer ,IOL Master ,auto keratometer and Pentacam respectively .The Toric artificial lenses were precisely placed in appropriate position in phacoemulsification surgery .We observed the uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA) ,best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) in 1D ,1W ,1M ,3M before and after the sur-gery ,corneal astigmatism after the surgery ,as well as anticipated and consequent residual astigmatism .Results The variance analy-sis of absolute-value deviation between anticipated residual astigmatism (ARA) and best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) is P<0 .0001 ,the above difference was statistically significant ;we consider that the astigmatic deviation measured by the four methods is different ;besides the deviation of paired comparison results between Master-team (0 .322) and auto-team (0 .242) ,auto-team and manual-team (0 .218) ,manual-team and Pentacam-team(0 .107) is more than 0 .05 and not statistically significant ,all the remaining paired comparison results are statistically significant ,(P<0 .05) ,the Pentacam-team (0 .082) is the minimum deviation ,while the IOL Master-team (0 .422) is the maximum one .Conclusion The measuring result to estimate the exact value of Acrysof Toric IOL by Pentacam is more accurate than by other methods .

Methods:Through the outside training and learning, to master 16 rows of CT system structure and working principle and summarize the experiences and some methods of 16 rows of CT. Results:The use of these methods can be solved Lightspeed type 16 row CT line fault quickly and increase the using period. Conclusion:The use of these methods repair type Lightspeed 16 row CT quite effective, reducing equipment downtime, and prolongs the service life of equipment, reduce operating costs in hospital and make a little contribution.

RESUMEN

Objective To compare the field molluscicidal effects of 25%suspension concentrate of nielosamide ethanolamine salt(SCNE),50% wettable powder of niclosamide ethanolamine salt(WPN),40% META-Li and 50% Rongbao powder,so as to provide scientific basis for choosing the safe and highly effective molluscicide in field.Methods Four snail habitats with the similar snail status were selected and sprayed with the four molluscicides mentioned above,respectively.Then the snail status in the four fields was surveyed 3,7 and 17 d after the spraying and the moiluscicidal effects of difierent molluscieides were cornpared.Results The corrected mortalities of snails in the field sprayed with SCNE 3,7 and 17 d afterthe spraying were the hiishest among the four fields,with the rates of 93.13%,91.85% and 85.28%,respectively.Conclusion SCNE has a high molluseieidal effect in the field and can be further used in snail-infested areas.
