RESUMEN

Objective To investigate the nursing risks in the patients undergoing radio-frequency ablation surgery during cardiac valve replacement. Methods The nursing risks in 110 patients undergoing radio-frequency ablation surgery during cardiac valve replacement were summarized to include disorder of water electrolyte and acid-base balance, arrhythmia, hypothermia, skin ulcer, reduction of effective circulating blood volume, infection and so on, so as to carry out the corresponding nursing measures. Results Ventricular fibrillation occurred in 11 patients, hypothermia after rewarming on cardiopulmonary bypass in 31 patients, left atrial bleeding after aortic de-clamping in 1 patient. All the complications were successfully controlled by corresponding management. The operation time ranged from 178 mins to 310 mins and average time was(245.32±34.40)mins.Conclusion The full-scale assessments and effective nursing interventions are the key points to improve the efficiency and success of cardiac valve replacement combined with radio-frequency ablation.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE To discuss the prevention and control of the urinary tract infection related to the catheterization.METHODS According to recent research on the control of the urinary tract infection related to the catheterization in our country,we investigated and assessed the problems existing in urethral catheterization and indwelling urethral catheterization in our hospital via a questionnaire.RESULTS There were lots of pitfalls in catheterization.By organizing training, carefully examining, and adopting the examination of the quality of health care, our staff had significantly improved their levels in the field of necessity of catheterization, choice of catheters, asepsis, maintenance of closing cycle of drainage system and others.CONCLUSIONS Enhancing the prevention and control of the urinary tract infection related to the catheterization is very meaningful to reduc of the rate of hospital infections.

RESUMEN

Objective To study the effects of glycosaminoglycan extracted from Pinctada martensii on the proliferation, differentiation and mineralization of newborn rat calvarium osteoblast in vitro. Methods MTT, PNPP and ARS methods were used to measure the cell proliferation, activity of ALP and the function of mineral nodes formation of osteoblasts cultured in vitro. Results Glycosaminoglycan at concentration of 0.008~0.5g?L -1 inhibited mildly the proliferation of osteoblast cells, however, this range of concentrations of glycosaminoglycan markedly increased the ALP activity and stimulated mineral node bone formation in osteoblast. Conclusion Glycosaminoglycan extracted from the Pinctada martensii showed stimulating effects on the differentiation and mineralization of newborn rat calvarium osteoblast in vitro, but the stimulating effect on cells proliferation was not observed.

RESUMEN

Objective To study the immunoregulation effect of three kinds of polysaccharides extracted from different tissues of Octopus dollfusi on immunosuppression mice. Methods Two kinds of immunosuppression mice models were built by ip,cyclophosphamide(CY) and sc.hydrocortisone(HC),respectively.The spleen and thymus were weighed and the index of the immune organs was calculated. The white blood cells were counted by automated hematologic analyzer. Results In certain concentrations(20~80 mg?kg-1),the three kinds of polysaccharides could antagonize the atrophy of spleen and thymus caused by CY and HC,and increase the weight of spleen and thymus; The polysaccharides could protect against leukocytopenia induced by CY and HC,and especially in low and middle dose. Conclusion The results suggested that three kinds of polysaccharides extracted from Octopus dollfusi have potent enhancement effect on non-specific immunity for the immunosuppression mice.

RESUMEN

Crude glycosaminoglycan(CPG) from the whole viscera of Pinctada martensii was isolated with the two-enzyme hydrolysis and purified by the chromatograph. And the antitumor activity was studied with MTT colormetric assay. The CPG could be separated into two fractions(GAG-1, GAG-2) by the DEAE-52-cellulose ion exchange chromatograph. The contents of hexosamine of CPG,GAG-1, GAG-2 were 54.6%,50.0%,35.4%,respectively. The sulfate of GAG-2 was 13.8%. The inhibiting rates of CPG, GAG-1 and GAG-2 to HL-60 cells were 54.6%, 50.0% and 35.4%,respectively. The inhibition to HL-60 of 5-Fu could be increased by combined use with CPG, GAG-1 and GAG-2, GAG-1 was the main active fraction.

RESUMEN

Objective To study the extraction and purification of glycosaminoglycans from Rhoqilema esculenta Kishinouye, optimize the enzymolysis process, and its antihyperlipidemia effects were studied. Methods Extraction of glycosaminoglycans(GAG) from Rhopilema esculenta Kishinouye by hydrolyzation method with papain, subtilisin and trypsin neutral proteinase, ethanol precipitation. The rude product of glycosaminoglycans(GAG) was purified and fractionated by the methods of adsorption, dialysis, ethanol precipitation and CTAB precipitation. The experimental hyperlipidemia mice induced by high fat forage were studied. The total cholesterol(TC) and triglyceride(TG) levels were determined. Results Optimum enzymolysis process: papain neutral proteinase1.5%,subtilisin neutral proteinase1.5%,treated for 5h;The result showed that the levels of TC and TG decreased to 6.83?1.09 mmol?L-1(P

RESUMEN

To analyze the pathogenesis, clinical symptoms, misdiagnosis and operation of endometriosis in unusual sites,32 cases of unusual site endometriosis were analyzed. 468% was correctly diagnosed before operation, and 625% was found to have a history of operation.Good prognosis can be achieved by combined treated on the basis of discussing its pathogenesis clarifying its increasing incidence rate, and attaching importance to its malignant tendency.

RESUMEN

edible part. The content of polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) and long- chain PUFA (LCPUFA) in total fatty acid was 52.6% and 51.1% respectively. The content of vitamin A and vitamin E was higher, and the contents of potassium, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, iron, etc. were rich. Conclusion: Octopus dollfusi is a seafood with higher protein and lower fat, very high protein nutritive value, more fatty acid and mineral elements, and is good for health.
