RESUMEN
We aimed to assess the effects of standard resin preparation models with five different thicknesses of occlusal surface on the fracture strengths of zirconia (ZrO2) and lithium disilicate glass ceramics. The specimens of 10 first maxillary molars collected between January 2019 and January 2020 were selected. Standard mathematical models were formed after scanning the resin matrices using software. The full crowns with five different thicknesses of occlusal surface were established, among which the molar specimens prepared by ZrO2 glass ceramic composites alone were assigned into ZrO2 group (n=5, 40 specimens) while those prepared using ZrO2-lithium disilicate glass ceramic composites were allocated into ZTCLDC group (n=5, 40 specimens). When the thickness of glass-ceramic full crowns was 0.5, 0.8, 1.0, 1.2 and 1.5 mm, the fracture load of the specimens in ZTCLDC group was not significantly different from that in ZrO2 group, and there was no significant difference in the three-point flexural strength between ZTCLDC group and ZrO2 group (P>0.05). The fracture toughness was not significantly different between the two groups in the case of the thickness of glass-ceramic full crown at 0.5, 0.8, 1.0, 1.2 and 1.5 mm (P>0.05). The thickness was positively correlated with fracture load, three-point flexural strength and fracture toughness (P<0.05). The fracture strength of lithium disilicate and ZrO2 ceramics is directly proportional to the thickness of ZrO2 and ZTCLDC crowns.
RESUMEN
Abstract@#As the compositional nature of "constant sum" of physical activity, sedentary behavior and sleep are widely recognized, the methodological and result limitations of previous studies that considered physical activity, sedentary behavior, or sleep as independent influences on physical fitness and health have been highlighted. At present, physical activity guidelines of various countries have shifted from local recommendations based on physical activity amount to global recommendations based on 24 h time frame. From the perspective of time use, the content of daily schedule of children and adolescents also has the attribute of "constant sum" of compositional data, and the reduction of students homework burden and extracurricular discipline training after "double reduction" inevitably means an increase in the time allocated to other activities. From the perspective of time use, the paper focuses on physical fitness and health promotion strategies in the context of "double reduction".
RESUMEN
Objective@#To examine the relationship between 24 hour movement behavior and physical fitness of pupils by using compositional analyses, so as to provide a theoretical basis for physical activity promotion and physical fitness improvement.@*Methods@#By random cluster sampling method, 120 students of grade 4 and 5 from the Second Experimental Primary School of Yingze District of Taiyuan were selected. Physical fitness was evaluated by the indicators of the Protocol of National Physical Training Standard and 20 meter shuttle run. The movement behavior was measured by accelerometer. The relationship between each behavior and physical fitness was analysed by component multiple linear regression, and the effect of replacement of components on physical fitness was discussed.@*Results@#Girls 1minute situps were lower than boys(24.79±7.77,28.21±6.52),and sitting forward flexion was higher than boys[9.00(5.00,14.00),5.20(1.00,9.75)cm]( t/Z =2.60,-3.15, P <0.05). Boys showed higher light physical activity(LPA), moderate to vigorous physical activity(MVPA) and lower sedentary behavior(SB), while girls showed lower LPA, MVPA and higher SB. MVPA was positively correlated with the performance of 30 second rope skipping and 20 meter shuttle run ( β= 13.19, 7.90, P <0.05). Sleep(SLP), SB, and LPA were not significantly correlated with physical fitness. After re allocating 10 min MVPA to SB and SLP,the performance of 30 second rope skipping and 20 meter shuttle run increased by 2.25,2.28 and 1.28 ,1.34 times, respectively, while significantly decreased after reverse reallocation ( P <0.05). MVPA replaced LPA,the 20 meter shuttle run performance increased 1.46 times, while decreased significantly in reverses ( P <0.05).@*Conclusion@#MVPA is positively correlated with the speed and endurance of pupils. There are gender differences in movement behavior patterns and physical fitness. Children, especially girls, should be encouraged to raise exercise awareness and increase PA, especially MVPA.
RESUMEN
Objective@#To systematically review the associations of physical activity (PA), sedentary behavior (SB) and sleep with obesity, as well as isotemporal substitution effects among behaviors, determined with compositional data analysis methods, to provide a reference for obesity interventions among children and adolescents.@*Methods@#Studies in the CNKI, Wanfang, PubMed, SPORTDiscus, Web of Science and Medline databases were searched from January 1, 2014 to May 1, 2022. Two experienced reviewers independently completed document screening, data extraction and quality assessment.@*Results@#Sixteen articles were included, with a methodological quality score range of 7-12 points. Moderate to vigorous physical activity (MVPA), sleep and obesity were negatively correlated, and substituting other behaviors with MVPA decreased obesity risk. The substitution time ranged from 1.5 min/day to 60 min/day. Light physical activity(LPA) and SB were positively correlated with obesity.@*Conclusion@#MVPA is the primary focus of obesity interventions in children and adolescents, and extra 60 min of MVPA per week on the existing level of physical activity may be the minimum necessary to decrease the risk of obesity.
RESUMEN
Objective@#The method of compositional data analysis was used to explore the relationship between 24 hour movement behavior and obesity indicators, and to examine the difference of quantitative effect on obesity indicators when one behavior replaced another behavior, so as to provide specific movement behavior advice for weight control in children and adolescents.@*Methods@#In June 2021, 231 students from eight classes in a primary school and a middle school in Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province were voluntarily recruited by using random cluster sampling. ActiGraph GT3X+ accelerometer was used to measure 24 hour movement behavior and Inbody J20 body composition analyzer was used to measure body composition. The relationship between each component and obesity indicators was analyzed by compositional multivariate linear regression model. In addition, 30 minutes of one behavior was used to replace another behavior to predict the effect difference of the outcomes.@*Results@#After adjusting for covariates such as height, weight, age, and sex, compared with time spent in sedentary behavior(SB), sleep (SLP) and light physical activity (LPA), time spent on moderate to vigorous physical activity (MVPA) was positively correlated with fat free mass index (FFMI) ( β= 0.40, P <0.05), negatively correlated with waist circumference (WC) ( β=-2.50, P <0.05) and waist hip ratio (WHR) ( β= -0.04 , P <0.05). Compared with SB, SLP and MVPA, time spent on LPA was positively correlated with WHR ( β=0.06, P < 0.05 ). If MVPA of 30 min/d replaces SLP, SB, and LPA respectively, WC and WHR decrease 1.10,1.10,1.34 cm and 0.02, 0.02 ,0.02 respectively, and FFMI increases 0.19,0.19,0.15 kg/m 2 respectively.@*Conclusion@#In 24 h movement behavior, with consistent level of sedentary behavior, sleep or low intensity movement behavior, maintaining a high level of MVPA and replacing sedentary with active activities are crucial for optimal abdominal fat and fat free mass in children and adolescents.

Methods The data of tuberculosis cases aged ≥65 years in Chongqing from 2015 to 2020 were collected from the National Health Insurance Information Project Disease Prevention and Control Information system. Descriptive statistical methods were used to analyze the data. Results The registration rates of elderly active pulmonary tuberculosis patients and etiological positive patients were 110.95/10-5and 32.25/10-5 in 2015 and 84.06/10-5 and 57.29/10-5 in 2020. The annual decline rate of active tuberculosis registration was 5.40%, and the annual increase rate of pathogenic-positive tuberculosis registration was 12.18%. The registration rates of active tuberculosis patients and etiological positive patients in the whole population were 70.75/10-5 and 17.63/10-5 in 2015 and 50.34/10-5 and 29.14/10-5 in 2020. The annual decline rate of active tuberculosis registration was 6.58%, and the annual increase rate of pathogenic-positive tuberculosis registration was 10.57%. From 2015 to 2020, a total of 25 931 cases of elderly pulmonary tuberculosis were registered, of which 21 374 (82.43%) cases were successfully treated and 4 010 (15.80%) cases had unfavorable outcomes. The proportion of cured and death patients showed an increasing trend year by year (χ2trend=313.853, 100.502, P<0.01). From 2015 to 2020, the average annual successful treatment rate of elderly pulmonary tuberculosis in the whole city was 82.43%, with the lowest rate in southeast Chongqing (74.23%), followed by urban areas (81.99%). The success rate of elderly pulmonary tuberculosis treatment in the whole city, west Chongqing, northeast Chongqing and southeast Chongqing showed a downward trend year by year (χ2trend=230.199, 35.278, 108.076, 112.130, all P<0.01), with annual decline rates of 2.77%, 2.26%, 3.0% and 4.12%, respectively. Among the registered elderly patients, female, 65-<75 years old, Han nationality, newly diagnosed, no complications, and negative for etiology (χ2=15.234, 255.910, 146.842, 179.998, 25.575, 131.170, P<0.01) had higher success treatment rates. Conclusions The prevalence of pulmonary tuberculosis in the elderly population in Chongqing City is declining, but the positive registration rate of etiology is increasing annually, and the success rate of treatment is decreasing. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the systematic management, publicity and education of elderly patients (especially those in southeast Chongqing, male, positive patients and severe patients) to effectively control the epidemic of tuberculosis in the elderly.

Objective@#To explore the effectiveness of preventive treatment for latent tuberculosis infection (LTBI) patients, so as to provide reference for the management and preventive treatment of clustered epidemic in schools.@*Methods@#Data came from the school tuberculosis outbreak of a boarding high school in Kaizhou District, Chongqing, which occurred between June 2017 and March 2018 among 2016 grade high school teachers and students for investigation and analysis. The total incidence, LTBI patients, and the incidence after preventive treatment for 5 years were followed up.@*Results@#A total of 34 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis from June 2017 to March 2018. A total of 1 357 individuals were screened for 6 concentrated contact screenings, with a confirmed tuberculosis rate of 2.43%, a tuberculosis skin test (TST) positive rate of 27.41%, and a strong TST positive rate of 7.39%. Among them, the confirmed tuberculosis rate and TST positive rate in the first case class were much higher than those in other classes, with statistically significant differences ( χ 2=286.30, 98.59, P <0.01). 88 cases of LTBI were found, with 31 cases receiving preventive treatment (35.23%), of which 28 completed preventive treatment (90.32%). After five years of follow-up, 73 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis were diagnosed in 2016 by the school senior high school, with a incidence rate of 0.98/10 2 (person/person years). Fifteen of the 88 LTBI patients were diagnosed with pulmonary tuberculosis, and the incidence rate was 3.33/10 2 (person/person years). The incidence rate of the preventive treatment group was 0.7/10 2 (person/person years)lower than that of the medical observation group 4.5/10 2 (person/person years), with a statistically significant difference ( χ 2=4.31, P <0.05).@*Conclusion@#The classes with higher TST positive rate and strong positive rate have higher incidence rate. Improving the preventive treatment rate of LTBI patients can effectively reduce the incidence rate of tuberculosis.

Objective@#To explore the relationship between family background and parental support and adolescents physical activity and motor skills, and to provide a corresponding theoretical basis for the health promotion of children and adolescents in China.@*Methods@#From November to December 2019, 140 junior high school students aged 12-14 years in a junior high school in Shanxi Province were selected, and physical activity was recorded for 7 days using an ActiGraph GT3X+ accelerometer. The Activity Support Scale for Children (ACTS CN) was used to evaluate parents support and attitude towards children s activities and behaviors. The Canadian Agility and Movement Skill Assessment (CAMSA) was used to evaluate the motor ability development of adolescents.@*Results@#The daily participation time in moderate to vigorous physical activity (MVPA) was (40.57±13.54) and (31.65± 9.98 ) min for males and females, respectively, with a statistically significant difference ( t =4.44, P <0.05); The average motor skill scores were (10.8±1.9) and (10.1±1.9), and completion times were (17.7±2.8) and (19.1±2.5)s, respectively; regression analyses showed that mothers education, monthly household income, mothers attention to children s exercise and fathers support for club participation were all significantly associated with adolescents MVPA ( B =-0.28,-0.16,-0.16, 0.18, P <0.05). Parental provision of exercise space was significantly associated with motor ability ( r =0.17, 0.17, P <0.05).@*Conclusion@#Parents with higher levels of education have a more positive influence on their children s physical activity participation. Parental presence can contribute to a certain extent to the level of physical activity of adolescents, and a supportive environment provided from parents can positively influence the level of motor skills of adolescents.
RESUMEN
Objective To evaluate the clinical characteristics and prognostic predictors of patients with diffuse alveolar hemorrhage (DAH) and/or interstitial lung disease (ILD) secondary to microscopic polyangiitis (MPA) in a Chinese general hospital. Methods We retrospectively reviewed the medical records of MPA patients admitted to internal medicine departments between the year 2002 and 2012. The patients were divided into the ILD, DAH, DAH combined with ILD (DAHILD), and no pulmonary involvement (NPI) groups according to pulmonary involvement patterns. The clinical characteristics at diagnosis were analyzed. The risk factors associated with short-term death and long-term death were identified with Logistic regression and Cox analysis. Results Of 193 newly diagnosed MPA patients, 181 patients were enrolled in the research, of which 19 had DAH alone, 96 had ILD alone, 18 had DAH and DAH concurrently, and 48 had NPI. The median of serum creatine level in the DAH group was 449 μmol/L, significantly higher than that in the ILD group (123 μmol/L, Nemenyi = -35.215, P = 0.045) and DAHILD group (359 μmol/L, Nemenyi = -43.609, P = 0.007). The median follow-up time was 67 (range: 1-199) months. Patients in the ILD group were older than those in the DAH group (median: 69 years vs. 57 years, Nemenyi = 43.853, P= 0.005). The patients with both DAH and ILD had combined features of the two subtypes, and the highest mortality (72.2% at the end of follow-up). The elevated white blood cell count was a risk factor for short-term death (OR = 1.103, 95%CI: 1.008-1.207, P = 0.032 for one month; OR = 1.103, 95%CI: 1.026-1.186, P = 0.008 for one year). Old age (HR= 1.044, 95%CI: 1.023-1.066, P < 0.001), cardiovascular system involvement (HR = 2.093, 95%CI: 1.195-3.665, P = 0.010), poor renal function (HR = 1.001, 95%CI: 1.000-1.002, P = 0.032) were risk factors for long-term death. Pulmonary infections (38/54) were the leading causes of death, especially for the patients with ILD. Besides, 49 patients suffered from pulmonary infections in the first year after diagnosis. Conclusions MPA patients who presented with different pulmonary involvement patterns have completely different clinical features. These subtypes probably have different pathogenesis and should be studied separately.

ABSTRACT Background: Clostridiodes difficile infection (CDI) is one of the most common causes of antibiotic-associated diarrhea in children. Conventional antibiotics and emerging fecal micro-biota transplantation (FMT) are used to treat CDI. Methods: Children with CDI admitted to the Shanghai Children's Hospital, from September 2014 to September 2020, were retrospectively included to this observational study. Pediatric patients were assigned as initial CDI and recurrent CDI (RCDI), and symptoms, comorbid-ities, imaging findings, laboratory tests, and treatments were systematically recorded and analyzed. Results: Of 109 pediatric patients with CDI, 58 were boys (53.2%), and the median age was 5 years (range, 2-9 years). The main clinical symptoms of CDI children were diarrhea (109/109, 100%), hematochezia (55/109, 50.46%), abdominal pain (40/109, 36.70%); fever, pseudomembrane, vomit, and bloating were observed in 39 (35.78%), 33 (30.28%), and 24 (22.02%) patients, respectively. For the primary therapy with conventional antibiotics, 68 patients received metronidazole, and 41 patients received vancomycin. RCDI occurred in 48.53% (33/68) of those initially treated with metronidazole compared with 46.33% (19/41) of those initially treated with vancomycin (p=0.825). The total resolution rate of FMT for RCDI children was significantly higher than with vancomycin treatment (28/29, 96.55% vs 11/23, 47.83%, p < 0.001). There were no serious adverse events (SAEs) reported after two months of FMT. Conclusions: The major manifestations of children with CDI were diarrhea, hematochezia, and abdominal pain. The cure rate of FMT for pediatric RCDI is superior to vancomycin treatment.

Objective@#To determine the relationship between mental sub-health and dietary behavior among Chinese adolescents, and to provide a scientific basis for improving adolescent mental sub-health through healthy dietary behavior.@*Methods@#A total of 16 545 adolescents aged 13 to 22 years were sampled by random cluster sampling method in six administrative regions of China. A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate adolescents’ dietary behaviors and mental sub-health status.@*Results@#The proportion of boys consuming breakfast, snacks, carbonated drinks, vegetables, fish and dairy products was 76.2%, 20.2%, 19.0%, 78.4%, 52.4% and 59.2%, respectively, while the proportion of girls was 79.2%, 28.6%, 12.6%, 78.3%, 43.2% and 54.9%, respectively. Except for the "vegetable" option, dietary behaviors showed significant sex differences(χ2=20.79,320.10,229.06,150.27,32.21,P<0.01). In terms of mental sub-health, the detection rates of male adolescents’ mental sub-health status, behavioral sub-health and social sub-health were 20.7%, 26.0% and 17.2%, respectively, while those of female adolescents were 18.6%, 24.1% and 14.8%, respectively. The differences between boys and girls were statistically significant (χ2=17.32,7.66,17.46,P<0.01). Controlling for age and gender, breakfast "normally eating" and "occasionally eat", vegetables "normally eating" and "occasionally eat", fish "normally eating" and "occasionally eat", milk, dairy products "normally drink" and "occasional drink",was negatively associated with teenagers’ psychological sub-health (OR=0.60,0.73;0.50,0.65;0.74,0.77;0.73,0.69,P<0.05).@*Conclusion@#Healthy dietary behavior could be protective to avoid adolescent mental sub-health.Nutritional lectures and guideline books are needed among students and their parents.Nutritionists are encouraged to provide healthy nutritional advice to school canteen.
RESUMEN
To evaluate the effects of Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose acetate succinate(HPMCAS MF) on absorption of silybin(SLB) from supersaturable self-nanoemulsifying drug delivery system which was pre-prepared at the early stage experiment. The cell toxicity of self-emulsifying preparation was evaluated by the MTT method, and the in vitro membrane permeability and absorption promoting effect of the self-emulsifying preparation were evaluated by establishing a Caco-2 cell monolayer model. The in vivo and in vitro supersaturation correlation was evaluated via the blood concentration of SLB. The results of MTT showed that the concentration of the preparation below 2 mg·mL~(-1)(C_(SLB) 100 μg·mL~(-1)) was not toxic to Caco-2 cells, and the addition of polymer had no significant effect on Caco-2 cells viability. As compared with the solution group, the transport results showed that the P_(app)(AP→BL) of the self-emulsifying preparation had a very significant increase; the transport rate of silybin can be reduced by polymer in 0-30 min; however, there was no difference in supersaturated transport between supersaturated SLB self-nanoemulsion drug delivery system(SLB-SSNEDDS) and SLB self-nanoemulsion drug delivery system(SLB-SNEDDS) within 2 hours. As compared with SLB suspension, pharmacokinetic parameters showed that the blood concentration of both SLB-SNEDDS and SLB-SSNEDDS groups were significantly increased, and C_(max) was 5.25 times and 9.69 times respectively of that in SLB suspension group, with a relative bioavailability of 578.45% and 1 139.44% respectively. C_(max) and relative bioavailability of SLB-SSNEDDS were 1.85 times and 197% of those of SLB-SNEDDS, respectively. Therefore, on the one hand, SSNEDDS can increase the solubility of SLB in gastrointestinal tract by maintaining stability of SLB supersaturation state; on the other hand, the osmotic transport process of SLB was regulated through the composition of its preparations, and both of them could jointly promote the transport and absorption of SLB to improve the oral bioavailability of SLB.

In order to improve the supersaturation and maintenance time of drug dispersion in curcumin self-nanoemulsion(CUR-SNEDDS), precipitation inhibitors(PPIs) were introduced to prepare curcumin supersaturated self-emulsion(CUR-SSNEDDS). The composition of CUR-SNEDDS prescriptions was selected through the solubility test, the compatibility of oil phase and surfactant, the investigation of the emulsifying ability of the surfactant and the drawing of the pseudo-ternary phase diagram. Analytic hierarchy process was used in combination with central composite design-response surface method to optimize the prescription. The type and dosage of precipitation inhibitors(PPIs) were selected to maintain the supersaturated concentration and duration of CUR in artificial gastrointestinal fluids. At the same time, polarizing microscope was used to evaluate the crystallization inhibition effect and the quality and in vitro release behavior of CUR-SSNEDDS. The prepared CUR-SSNEDDS prescription was capryol 90-kolliphor RH40-transcutol HP-Soluplus(7.93∶66.71∶25.36∶5), with the drug loading of(65.12±1.25) mg·g~(-1). CUR-SSNEDDS was transparent yellow, and the nanoemulsion droplets were spherical with uniform distribution. The emulsification time was(21.02±0.13) s, the average particle size was(57.03±0.35) nm, the polydispersity index(PDI) was(0.23 ± 0.01), and the Zeta potential was(-18.10±1.30) mV. CUR-SSNEDDS significantly inhibited the generation and growth of crystals after in vitro dilution. The supersaturation could be maintained above 10 within 2 h, and the dissolution rate and degree of CUR in artificial gastrointestinal fluid were significantly increased. Soluplus could effectively maintain the supersaturated state of CUR and enhance CUR dissolution in vitro.

Abstract Background: Platelets are important in the initiation of thrombosis, and their morphological and functional changes are closely related with the occurrence and development of coronary artery thrombosis. Platelet parameters might be valuable in distinguishing between acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and stable coronary artery disease (SCAD). Objective: This study was designed to detect and compare changes in platelet parameters, such as mean platelet volume (MPV) in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and stable coronary artery disease (SCAD) and to investigate their roles in these diseases. Methods: Specimen collection: Between January 2011 and December 2013, 2 mL of elbow vein blood was drawn from each of 31 patients primarily diagnosed with AMI, 34 SCAD patients and 50 healthy subjects; and placed in EDTA-K2 anticoagulant tubes. Platelet count (PLT), MPV, plateletcrit (PCT), platelet distribution width (PDW), white blood cell (WBC) and neutrophil (NEU) counts were determined using an STKS automated hematology analyzer (Beckman Courter). Results: Compared with the control group, MPV levels were significantly higher in the AMI and SCAD groups (p < 0.05), while PLT was significantly lower (p < 0.05). Conclusion: These results suggest that MPV and other related parameters have a certain value in the diagnosis of SCAD and AMI.

Objective@#To compare physique development of Chinese and Japanese children and adolescents aged from 7 to 18 years and to provide a scientific basis growth and development improvement among Chinese children and adolescents.@*Methods@#In 2016, height and weight of 9 594 children and adolescents aged 7-18 years from China and Japan were collected. A total of 4 800 subjects were randomly selected. Independent sample t test was used to examine differences in height and weight between children and adolescents in the two countries. The LMS method was used to construct percentile curves of the Chinese, Japanese and WHO reference standards.@*Results@#The average height of Chinese children and adolescents was 156.7 cm for boys and 151.3 cm for girls, and that of Japan was 150.8 cm and 146.3 cm respectively. Average height of all ages in China was higher than that of Japan (P<0.05); The average body weight of China was 49.5 kg for boys and 43.8 kg for girls, and for Japan was 43.4 kg and 40.8 kg respectively. Weight in most of the age groups was higher than that of Japan (P<0.05). The detection rates of overweight and obesity and wasting in Chinese boys were higher than those in Japan, while was close to or lower than that of Japan for girls, especially among those who older than 14 years; the third and 50 th percentile (P3 and P50) of height of Chinese children and adolescents was higher than those of Japan; The P50 of body mass index (BMI) in Chinese boys was higher than that of Japan, while the P3 of BMI was lower than that of Japan and WHO standards, and the P3 and P50 of BMI in Chinese girls gradually decreased after 14 years of age, which was lower than that of Japan and WHO standards.@*Conclusion@#For height and weight, Chinese children and adolescents are higher than that of Japan, who also have higher risk of being overweight and obesity than that of Japan. For adolescents over 14 years old, overweight and obesity among Chinese girls is lower than that in Japan, but the proportion of wasting is higher than that of Japan.

Objective@#To examine sleep characteristics of preschool children who were born preterm, which could provide a reference for the future intervention in the risk population.@*Methods@#This retrospective cohort study was conducted from March 2017 to November 2018 in hospitals in cities of Guangzhou, Zhongshan, and Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China, we recruited 202 preschool children aged 4-6 years, including 40 early-and moderate preterm (gestational age <34 weeks), 56 late preterm (34-36 weeks) , and 106 full-term preschool children (≥37 weeks). Caregivers reported children’s sleep time and habits using Chinese version of Children’s Sleep Habits Questionnaire (CSHQ).@*Results@#Compared to the full-term group, the very-or-moderate-preterm group had shorter nighttime sleep duration (9.07±0.75 vs 9.33±0.59 h; adjusted β=-0.33), shorter total sleep duration (10.39±0.86 vs 11.05±1.32 h; adjusted β=-0.70), higher sleep duration score of CSHQ (4.60 ± 1.57 vs 3.97 ± 1.25 points; adjusted β=0.58), and higher sleepdisordered breathing score of CHSQ (3.78±1.27 vs 3.41±0.71 points; adjusted β=0.49). The late preterm group had lower parasomnias score of CSHQ (8.40±1.65 vs 8.75±1.72 points; adjusted β=-0.57), than the full-term group(P<0.05). When gestational age was analyzed as a continuous variable, it was positively associated with the total sleep duration (adjusted β= 0.06), while was inversely associated with sleep-disordered breathing scores of CSHQ (adjusted β=-0.06).@*Conclusion@#Very-or-moderate preterm children have shorter sleep duration and more sleep disordered breathing problems than full-term children, and have more disorders of sleeping duration and sleeping breathing than full-term children, while the late preterm children have less sleeping disorders than full-term children. The children of lower gestational age can have shorter sleep duration and more sleep-disordered breathing which should be addressed in future intervention.
RESUMEN
This study aimed to compare the ability of narrow-band imaging to detect early and invasive lung cancer with that of conventional pathological analysis and white-light bronchoscopy. We searched the PubMed, EMBASE, Sinomed, and China National Knowledge Infrastructure databases for relevant studies. Meta-disc software was used to perform data analysis, meta-regression analysis, sensitivity analysis, and heterogeneity testing, and STATA software was used to determine if publication bias was present, as well as to calculate the relative risks for the sensitivity and specificity of narrow-band imaging vs those of white-light bronchoscopy for the detection of early and invasive lung cancer. A random-effects model was used to assess the diagnostic efficacy of the above modalities in cases in which a high degree of between-study heterogeneity was noted with respect to their diagnostic efficacies. The database search identified six studies including 578 patients. The pooled sensitivity and specificity of narrow-band imaging were 86% (95% confidence interval: 83-88%) and 81% (95% confidence interval: 77-84%), respectively, and the pooled sensitivity and specificity of white-light bronchoscopy were 70% (95% confidence interval: 66-74%) and 66% (95% confidence interval: 62-70%), respectively. The pooled relative risks for the sensitivity and specificity of narrow-band imaging vs the sensitivity and specificity of white-light bronchoscopy for the detection of early and invasive lung cancer were 1.33 (95% confidence interval: 1.07-1.67) and 1.09 (95% confidence interval: 0.84-1.42), respectively, and sensitivity analysis showed that narrow-band imaging exhibited good diagnostic efficacy with respect to detecting early and invasive lung cancer and that the results of the study were stable. Narrow-band imaging was superior to white light bronchoscopy with respect to detecting early and invasive lung cancer; however, the specificities of the two modalities did not differ significantly.

The antisense transcript long non-coding RNA (1ncRNA) (antisense non-coding RNA in the INK4 locus,ANRIL) is an antisense of the cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 2B (CDKN2B) gene on chromosome 9p21 that contains an overlapping 299-bp region and shares a bidirectional promoter with alternate open reading frame (ARF).In the context of gene regulation,ANRIL is responsible for directly recruiting polycomb group (PcG) proteins, including polycomb repressive complex-1 (PRC-1) and polycomb repressive complex-2 (PRC-2),to modify the epigenetic chrornatin state and subsequently inhibit gene expression in cis-regulation.On the other hand, previous reports have indicated that ANRIL is capable of binding to a specific site or sequence, including the Alu element,E2F transcription factor 1 (E2F1),and CCCTC-binding factor (CTCF),to achieve trans-regulation functions. In addition to its function in cell proliferation, adhesion and apoptosis,ANRIL is very closely associated with atherosclerosis-related diseases. The different transcripts and the SNPs that are related to atherosclerotic vascular diseases (ASVD-SNPs) are inextricably linked to the development and progression of atherosclerosis.Linear transcripts have been shown to be a risk factor for atherosclerosis, whereas circular transcripts are protective against atherosclerosis.Furthermore,ANRIL also acts as a component of the inflammatory pathway involved in the regulation of inflammation, which is considered to be one of the causes of atherosclerosis.Collectively,ANRIL plays an important role in the formation of atherosclerosis, and the artificial modification of ANRIL transcripts should be considered following the development of this disease.
