RESUMEN

Objective:To investigate the neutralization of lecithin and polysorbate-80 in antibacterial activity of oral solid tradition-al Chinese medicine preparations without Chinese medicinal herb powder. Methods:According to the requirements in Chinese Pharma-copeia (2015 edition), the applicability of microbial counting method was tested in the diluent containing lecithin and polysorbate-80 and the conventional diluent, respectively, and the results were compared. Results: The recovery results of applicability of microbial counting method using neutralizers (lecithin and polysorbate-80) conformed to the standard of Chinese pharmacopoeia (2015 edition). Conclusion:The combination of lecithin and polysorbate-80 has notable neutralization in antibacterial activity of oral solid traditional Chinese medicine preparations without Chinese medicinal herb powder.

RESUMEN

Objective:To establish a method for the microbial limit test of Jingzhi Guanxin tablets. Methods: According to the methods in the 2010 edition and 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia, the test was performed respectively. Results:Jingzhi Guanxin tablets showed obvious inhibitory effect on Bacillus subtilis. The bacteria count could be carried out by the culture medium diluting methods in the 2010 edition. The total amount of aerobe could be detected by the membrane filtration method in the 2015 edition. The total combined molds and yeasts count could be performed by the plate count method and the specified microorganism could be tested with the routine method. Conclusion:The above methods can be used for the microbial limit test of Jingzhi Guanxin tablets.

RESUMEN

Objective:To establish a Taqman fluorescence quantitative PCR for the detection of Salmonella in drugs. Methods:Based on Salmonella specific gene, a pair of primers and a probe were designed, and DNA of Salmonella was extracted for the detec-tion. Results:The method was much specific, and the detection limit was 160 cfu/ml. The detection rate was 100% for the artificially contaminated samples. Conclusion:Fluorescence quantitative PCR can be applied in the rapid detection of Salmonella in drugs.

RESUMEN

Objective:To study the application of petrifilm colony count plate in the microbial detection for cosmetics. Methods:Three common microbials in 14 batches of cosmetics were respectively detected by the method described in hygienic standard for cos-metics and petrifilm colony count plate, and the results were compared. Results:The results shown by the two methods had no statisti-cally significant difference (P>0. 05). Conclusion: Petrifilm colony count plate with light weight, fast and easy operation exhibits significance in the microbial detection for cosmetics.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE:To determine organic solvent residual volume in fusidic acid by headspace gas chromatography.METHODS:The determination was performed on polyoxyl20000DM-WAX capillary, the column was subjected to tempera-ture programming, the detector temperature was250℃,the carrier gas was helium, the flow rate was7ml/min and the split ratio was1∶1.RESULTS:The linear detective concentration ranges of acetone, methanol and ethanol were2.04~102.50?g/ml(r=0.9992),2.00~99.98?g/ml(r=0.9995)and2.04~102.34?g/ml(r=0.9995),respectively,their average recovery rates were98.7%,99.2%and101.7%,respectively with RSD at2.11%,1.98%and2.01%,respectively.CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple, accurate, and suitable for the determination of organic solvent residual volume in fusidic acid.

RESUMEN

Objective To investigate the effects of polysaccharide from Sargassum fusiforme on blood-lipid and antioxidation ability in hyperlipemia rats. Methods The hyperlipemia rats as the experimental animal were established by feeding with fat-rich forage, meanwhile the rats were ig SFPS at doses of 0.4、0.8、1.6g?kg-1for 4wk.The levels of blood-lipid and the indices of antioxidation ability which include the total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),lipid peroxidation(LPO),malonaldehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathion peroxidase(GSH-Px) were determined. Results and Conclusion SFPS could significantly reduce the contents of TC,TG,LDL-C,LPO and MDA.In the mean time,SFPS increased the content of HDL-C and enhanced the activities of SOD and GSH-Px.
