ABSTRACT Objective: to develop a teaching resource for use in the classroom, involving smartphones and focused on Nursing students. Method: this is an applied technological production research aimed at teachers and students of undergraduate and postgraduate Nursing courses. The study was structured based on the health product and service design model, which includes briefing, data collection, problem analysis, concept, generation of alternatives, selection of the best alternative, solution refinement, prototype, tests, modifications, and implementation. The project was developed in the second semester of 2022 by four doctoral students, a master's student and two PhDs in Nursing, during the discipline of Technologies and Management in Education and Work in Health and Nursing of the Graduate Program in Nursing at the Federal University of Santa Catarina. Results: an educational technology was developed to assists in learning and interactions in the classroom. "Cola na Profe!" was created as a didactic and technological strategy. The objective was to integrate students and encourage their participation and attention in classes through the use of smartphones in the virtual learning environment. Conclusion: the use of the teaching resource "Cola na Profe!" contributes to the teaching-learning process, linking the virtual world to the classroom and contributing to the interaction of those involved, which makes students protagonists of their own learning.


RESUMEN Objetivo: desarrollar un recurso didáctico para ser usado en salones de clase, con utilización de smartphones y centrado en estudiantes de Enfermería. Método: investigación aplicada de producción tecnológica dirigida a docentes y estudiantes de la carrera de grado y cursos de postgrado en Enfermería. El estudio se estructuró a partir del modelo de diseño de productos y servicios de salud, que contempla lo siguiente: briefing, sondeo de datos, análisis del problema, concepto, generación de opciones, selección de la mejor opción, refinamiento de la solución, prototipo, pruebas, modificaciones e implementación. El proyecto fue desarrollado en el segundo semestre de 2022 por cuatro estudiantes de Doctorado, un estudiante de Maestría y dos Doctoras en Enfermería, durante la disciplina académica de Tecnologías y Gestión en Educación y Trabajo en Salud y Enfermería de un programa de postgrado en Enfermería de la Universidad Federal de Santa Catarina. Resultados: se desarrolló una tecnología educativa que asiste en el aprendizaje y en las interacciones en salones de clase. "Cola na Profe!" se creó como una estrategia didáctica y tecnológica. El objetivo es integrar a los alumnos y estimular su participación y atención en la clase recurriendo al uso de smartphones en el ambiente virtual de aprendizaje. Conclusión: utilizar el recurso didáctico "Cola na Profe!" contribuye al proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, vinculando el mundo virtual con el salón de clase y facilitando la interacción de todas las personas involucradas, lo que convierte a los alumnos en los protagonistas de su propio proceso de aprendizaje.


RESUMO Objetivo: desenvolver um recurso didático para uso em sala de aula, envolvendo smartphones e centrado nos estudantes de enfermagem. Método: trata-se de uma pesquisa aplicada de produção tecnológica voltada aos docentes e discentes do curso de graduação e pós-graduação em Enfermagem. Estruturou-se o estudo a partir do modelo de projeto de produtos e serviços em saúde, que contempla: briefing, levantamento de dados, análise do problema, conceito, geração de alternativas, seleção da melhor alternativa, refino da solução, protótipo, testes, modificações e implementação. O projeto foi desenvolvido no segundo semestre de 2022, por quatro doutorandas, uma mestranda e duas doutoras em Enfermagem, durante a disciplina de Tecnologias e Gestão na Educação e Trabalho em Saúde e Enfermagem de um programa de pós-graduação em Enfermagem da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. Resultados: desenvolveu-se uma tecnologia educacional que auxilia na aprendizagem e na interação em sala de aula. O "Cola na Profe!" foi criado como uma estratégia didática e tecnológica. O objetivo é integrar os alunos e estimular a participação e atenção deles em sala, por meio do uso do smartphone no ambiente virtual de aprendizagem. Conclusão: o uso do recurso didático "Cola na Profe!" contribui com o processo de ensino-aprendizagem, vinculando o mundo virtual à sala de aula e contribuindo para a interação dos envolvidos, o que torna o estudante, protagonista do seu aprendizado.

Objetivo:Identificar o perfil biossociodemográfico e digital das pessoas com colostomia e dos cuidadores que participaram da intervenção educativa online sobre colostomia. Método: Estudo transversal realizado com 20 pessoas com colostomia e 32 cuidadores, no período de setembro/novembro de 2020, em um centro integrado de saúde de Teresina, Piauí. Utilizaram-se instrumentos de caracterização sociodemográfica e clínica, acesso ao computador e à internet e proficiência digital básica, todos submetidos à análise estatística. Resultados: Das pessoas com colostomia e cuidadores, 60% eram do sexo masculino e 75% do feminino. Predominou a colostomia temporária (55%) de cor vermelho vivo e formato regular (80%). A maioria dos cuidadores tinha ocupação laboral (46,9%), e 8 horas/semanais eram dedicadas ao cuidado. O grau de proficiência digital foi baixo (76,9%). Conclusão: A identificação do perfil biossociodemográfico e digital dos participantes pode contribuir na adoção de estratégias educativas conforme a maturidade digital ou a necessidade de suporte para o uso de tecnologias, para otimização do cuidado em saúde e qualificação da assistência prestada.


Objective:To identify the biosociodemographic and digital profile of people with colostomy and caregivers who participated in the online educational intervention on colostomy. Method: Cross-sectional study carried out with 20 people with colostomy and 32 caregivers, in the period of September/November 2020, in an integrated health center in Teresina, Piauí, Brazil. Sociodemographic and clinical characterization instruments, computer and internet access, and basic digital proficiency submitted to statistical analysis were used. Results: Among people with colostomy and caregivers, 60% were male and 75% female. Temporary colostomy (55%) with bright red color and regular shape (80%) predominated. Most caregivers had a job (46.9%), and 8 hours/week were dedicated to care. The degree of digital proficiency was low (76.9%). Conclusion: The identification of the biosociodemographic and digital profile of the participants can contribute to the adoption of educational strategies according to digital maturity or the need for support for the use of technologies, to optimize health care and qualify the assistance provided.

Resultados: La mayoría de las personas con colostomía y cuidadores eran hombres (60%) y mujeres (75%), respectivamente. Predominó la colostomía temporal (55%) de color rojo vivo y forma regular (80%). La mayoría de los cuidadores tenían trabajo (46,9%), y se dedicaban al cuidado 8 horas/semana. El grado de competencia digital fue bajo (76,9%). Conclusión: La identificación del perfil biosociodemográfico y digital de los participantes puede contribuir para la adopción de estrategias educativas de acuerdo con la madurez digital o la necesidad de apoyo para el uso de tecnologías, para optimizar la atención en salud y calificar la asistencia brindada

RESUMEN

O objetivo deste artigo é revelar o comportamento nas mídias sociais de estudantes de cursos de graduação na área da saúde do ponto de vista da ética profissional. Realizou-se uma revisão integrativa da literatura com base na pergunta norteadora: "Há condutas não profissionais na produção de conteúdo nas mídias sociais por estudantes da área da saúde?". Foram encontrados 495 estudos nas bases de dados pesquisadas. Destes, dez atenderam aos critérios de inclusão. Os estudos incluídos haviam sido feitos com estudantes dos cursos de enfermagem, medicina e odontologia. Todos demonstraram sua má conduta nas mídias sociais em algum momento. Há mais relatos de visualizações de condutas antiprofissionais nos perfis de outros colegas do que autorrelatos quanto a esse aspecto. Conclui-se que é evidente a má conduta, nas mídias sociais, de estudantes de enfermagem, medicina e odontologia


This article aims to reveal the behavior of medical, nursing and dental students from the point of view of professional ethics on social media. An integrative review was carried out based on the research question: "Are there unprofessional behaviors in the production of content on social media by medical, nursing and dental students?". A total of 495 studies, of which ten have satisfied the inclusion criteria, were found in the searched databases. The included studies had been carried out with students from universities for nursing, medical and dentistry education. Everyone has demonstrated misconduct on social media at a moment or other. There are more assertions that they see unprofessional behaviors in the profiles of other colleagues than self-assertions regarding this aspect. We can conclude that the misconduct of medical, nursing and dental students on social networks is evident


El objetivo de este artículo es revelar el comportamiento, en las redes sociales, de los estudiantes de cursos del área de la salud del punto de vista de la ética profesional. Se realizó una revisión integrativa a partir de la pregunta de investigación: "¿Existen comportamientos no profesionales en la producción de contenidos en redes sociales por parte de estudiantes del área de la salud?". Se encontraron 495 estudios, de los cuales diez han cumplido los criterios de inclusión, en las bases de datos investigadas. Los estudios habían sido realizados con estudiantes de los cursos de enfermería, medicina y odontología. Todos ellos han demostrado mala conducta en las redes sociales en algún momento. Hay más afirmaciones acerca de visualizaciones de comportamientos no profesionales en los perfiles de otros compañeros que autoaserciones sobre este aspecto. Es posible concluir que la mala conducta de estudiantes de enfermería, medicina y odontologíaen las redes sociales es evidente

Objective. To explain the stress level and coping strategies of nursing students in online learning during Covid-19 pandemic. Methods. Explanatory sequential mixed method QUAN-QUAL study conducted at a private university in Bandung, Indonesia. Of the 260 nursing students, 157 consented to participate and answered a Depression Anxiety Scale-42 (DDAS-42) and The Ways of Coping in the Indonesian version. The participants of the quantitative phase with the indicative of stress were interviewed individually (n=17) to provide an in-depth understanding of the students' experiences of stress and coping strategy in online learning. Results. Almost one out of two students (47.1%) had some level of stress (16% between severe and extremely severe). Most nursing students (45.9%) used emotion focused coping strategies. Stress level was significantly higher among female students and internship academic level (p<0.05). Nursing students' sources of stress were new experiences and hindrances to online learning. Coping strategies included seeking support and positive acceptance. Conclusion. A high proportion of nursing students experienced stress during their education process in COVID-19 times; they used specially emotion-focused coping strategies to reduce barriers to online learning.


Objetivo. Describir el nivel de estrés y las estrategias de afrontamiento de los estudiantes de enfermería en el aprendizaje en línea durante la pandemia de Covid-19. Métodos. Estudio secuencial de método mixto QUAN-QUAL realizado en una universidad privada de Bandung, Indonesia. De los 260 estudiantes de enfermería, 157 consintieron en participar y respondieron las escalas de Depresión y Ansiedad-42 (DDAS-42) y la de Formas de Afrontamiento. Se entrevistó individualmente a los participantes que en la fase cuantitativa mostraron indicios de estrés (n=17) para conocer en profundidad sus experiencias y las estrategias de afrontamiento empleadas. Resultados. Casi uno de cada dos estudiantes (47.1%) presentó algún nivel de estrés (16% entre severo y extremadamente severo). El 45.9% de los estudiantes utilizo estrategias de afrontamiento centradas en las emociones. El nivel de estrés fue significativamente mayor en el sexo femenino y en el nivel académico de internado (p<0.05). Las fuentes fueron las nuevas experiencias y los obstáculos para el aprendizaje en línea. Las estrategias de afrontamiento incluyeron la búsqueda de apoyo y la aceptación positiva. Conclusión. Una alta proporción de estudiantes de enfermería experimentó estrés durante su proceso de formación en tiempos de COVID-19, ante lo cual utilizó estrategias de afrontamiento centradas en las emociones para reducir las barreras al aprendizaje en línea


Objetivo. Descrever o nível de estresse e as estratégias de enfrentamento de estudantes de enfermagem no ensino online durante a pandemia do Covid-19. Métodos. Estudo sequencial de método misto QUAN-QUAL realizado em uma universidade particular em Bandung, Indonésia. Dos 260 estudantes de enfermagem, 157 consentiram em participar e responderam às escalas de Depressão e Ansiedade-42 (DDAS-42) e Formas de Enfrentamento. Os participantes que na fase quantitativa apresentaram sinais de estresse foram entrevistados individualmente (n=17) para conhecer a fundo as experiências de estresse e as estratégias de enfrentamento utilizadas. Resultados. Quase um em cada dois alunos (47.1%) apresentou algum nível de estresse (16% entre grave e extremamente grave). 45.9% dos alunos usaram estratégias de enfrentamento focadas na emoção. O nível de estresse foi significativamente maior no sexo feminino e no nível acadêmico do internato (p<0.05). As fontes de estresse dos estudantes de enfermagem foram novas experiências e obstáculos para o aprendizado online. As estratégias de enfrentamento incluíram a busca de apoio e aceitação positiva. Conclusão. Uma alta proporção de estudantes de enfermagem experimentou estresse durante seu processo de formação em tempos de COVID-19, para os quais eles usaram especialmente estratégias de enfrentamento focadas na emoção para reduzir as barreiras ao aprendizado online.

RESUMO Objetivo mapear as evidências sobre as tecnologias baseadas na internet e sua aplicabilidade no cuidado ambulatorial e domiciliar em urologia pediátrica. Métodos trata-se de revisão de escopo, com buscas conduzidas em seis bases de dados, sem limite de tempo, nos idiomas português, inglês e espanhol. Resultados 2.200 artigos foram obtidos, sendo 19 publicações elegíveis para a amostra final. As tecnologias baseadas na internet mais utilizadas foram telessaúde e telemedicina (47,3%), programas de intervenção online (21,0%) e aplicativos móveis (15,8%), com uma taxa menor de uso de serious game s, mídias sociais e vídeos de micção (5,3%), majoritariamente no contexto domiciliar. Conclusão o mapeamento das evidências tecnológicas na assistência ambulatorial e domiciliar em urologia pediátrica permitiu identificar os tipos de tecnologia e suas aplicações voltadas para o autogerenciamento dos sintomas e autoeficácia, para o monitoramento e acompanhamento do cuidado urológico. Contribuições para a prática: as evidências sintetizadas contribuem para uma prática profissional expandida, qualificada e inovadora junto à população pediátrica com sintomas urinários e intestinais, características relacionadas a uma prática avançada de enfermagem, além de favorecer diagnóstico precoce e maior adesão terapêutica, particularmente por apoiar intervenções personalizadas às necessidades do paciente pediátrico e sua família.


ABSTRACT Objective to map the evidence on web-based technologies and their applicability in outpatient and home care in pediatric urology. Methods this is a scoping review, with searches conducted in six databases, with no time limit, in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. Results 2,200 articles were obtained, with 19 publications eligible for the final sample. The most used web-based technologies were telehealth and telemedicine (47.3%), online intervention programs (21.0%), and mobile apps (15.8%), with a lower rate of use of serious games, social media, and urination videos (5.3%), mostly in the home setting. Conclusion the mapping of technological evidence in outpatient and home care in pediatric urology allowed us to identify the types of technology and their applications focused on self-management of symptoms and self-efficacy, for monitoring and follow-up of urologic care. Contributions to practice: the synthesized evidence contributes to an expanded, qualified, and innovative professional practice with the pediatric population with urinary and bowel symptoms, characteristics related to advanced nursing practice, in addition to favoring early diagnosis and greater therapeutic adherence, particularly by supporting interventions tailored to the needs of the pediatric patient and his family.

INTRODUÇÃO: No Brasil, a formação de recursos humanos para o Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) tem avançado na última década com a disseminação da Política Nacional de Educação Permanente em Saúde (PNEPS). Neste contexto, está inserido o Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência (SAMU), tendo em vista que a qualificação de suas ações depende de uma equipe que aprimora suas competências técnicas baseada nas evidências da literatura e consciente de suas responsabilidades ético-sociais. Um dos desafios da gestão do SAMU é a implantação de um processo de trabalho que possa integrar no seu cotidiano atividades de educação, que favoreçam as mudanças da prática profissional que se fizerem necessárias frente aos problemas identificados. Atividades que deverão ser construídas por meio do diálogo democrático entre os profissionais, gestores e usuários a partir de problemas identificados, bem como de necessidades de aprendizagem da equipe. OBJETIVO: Analisar o percurso formativo de trabalhadores de um Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência e suas percepções sobre as necessidades de aprendizagem para qualificação do seu processo de trabalho na unidade. MÉTODO: Trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva de caráter qualitativo realizada com trabalhadores de saúde do Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência de um município do interior do Estado de São Paulo à luz da Política Nacional de Educação Permanente em Saúde e o referencial teórico-metodológico de Paulo Freire; a coleta de dados foi realizada a partir de encontros dialógicos on-line com 20 trabalhadores do local pesquisado (4 técnicos de enfermagem, 4 enfermeiros, 4 médicos, 3 técnicos auxiliares de regulação médica [TARM] e 3 condutores), que foram transcritos e analisados segundo a temática dos conteúdos identificados. RESULTADOS: Participaram deste estudo: seis (37,5%) técnicos em enfermagem, quatro (80%) enfermeiros, quatro (21,05%) médicos, três (13,04%) condutores e três (13,63%) TARM. No mapa temático construído as principais categorias dos assuntos trazidos pelos participantes foram as seguintes: a formação dos trabalhadores e a necessidade do conhecimento teórico-prático no Atendimento Pré-Hospitalar (APH); a necessidade de atualização do conhecimento teórico-prático e a compreensão da Educação Permanente em Saúde no APH; a internet enquanto ferramenta na busca de informações atualizadas e a necessidade do diálogo na construção coletiva do conhecimento; a necessidade de atualização do conhecimento técnico-científico na pandemia e a conscientização sobre a importância das normas regulamentadoras; a percepção do processo de trabalho e a necessidade de compreensão do trabalho de equipe. CONSIDERAÇÕES FINAIS: Os profissionais do SAMU enfrentam grandes dificuldades com os processos formativos. Apesar da heterogeneidade da formação inicial e os cursos que foram desenvolvidos, as iniciativas foram interrompidas ou suprimidas e, atualmente, ocorrem de forma assistemática e pontual. Constata-se também que há a necessidade de aprimorar as estratégias de aprendizado para essa população e que os Núcleos de Educação Permanente, fundamentados pelos círculos de cultura, podem contribuir para favorecer tal prática. Além disso, a pandemia da COVID-19 dificultou ainda mais o trabalho desses profissionais


BACKGROUND: In Brazil, the training of human resources for the Unified Health System (SUS) has advanced, in the last decade, with the dissemination of the National Policy for Permanent Education in Health (PNEPS). The Mobile Emergency Care Service (SAMU) is inserted in this context, considering that the qualification of its actions depends on a team that improves its technical competencies based on the evidence of the literature and awareness of its ethical-social responsibilities. One of the challenges of SAMU management is the implementation of a work process that could integrate into their daily lives educational activities, which could favor the changes in professional practice that are necessary to face the problems identified. These activities should be built from the democratic dialogue between professionals, managers and users based on identified problems, as well as on the learning needs of the team. OBJECTIVE: To analyze the training path of workers of a mobile emergency care service and their perceptions about the learning needs for qualification of their work process in the unit. METHOD: This is a descriptive research study of qualitative nature carried out with health workers of mobile emergency care service of a municipality in the Northeast region of the state of São Paulo in the light of the National Policy of Permanent Education in Health and the theoretical-methodological framework of Paulo Freire; data collection was performed through online meetings with 20 workers from the researched site (4 nursing technicians, 4 nurses, 4 physicians, 3 auxiliary technicians of medical regulation [TARM], and 3 drivers), meetings were transcribed and analyzed according to the theme. RESULTS: In the research context, according to professional categories, participated in this study: six (37.5%) nursing technicians, four (80%) nurses, four (21.05%) physicians, three (13.04%) drivers, and three (13.63%) TARMs. As a result, a thematic map was obtained containing the main categories of the themes brought by participants; training of workers and the need for theoretical and practical knowledge in Pre-Hospital Care (PHC); need to update theoretical and practical knowledge and understanding of Permanent Education in Health in PHC; internet as a tool in the search for updated information and the need for dialogue in the collective construction of knowledge; need to update technical-scientific knowledge in the pandemic and raise awareness of the importance of regulatory standards; perception of the work process and the need to understand teamwork. CONCLUSION: Through this research, it is possible to observe that SAMU professionals face great difficulties with the educational processes, it also points out that, despite the heterogeneity of initial training and the courses that were developed, the initiatives were interrupted or suppressed, and they currently occur in an unsystematic and punctual way. It is also noticed that there is a need to improve the forms of learning strategies for this population, and that the Permanent Education Centers based on cultural circles contribute to favor this practice. In addition, the COVID-19 pandemic has made the work of these professionals even more difficult

ABSTRACT Objective analyze the nurse's perception about nursing teleconsultation in Primary Health Care through the workflows characterization, potential, challenges and teleconsultation in nursing feasibility. Method exploratory-descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Data were collected, between the months of May and June 2021, with 19 nurses from four health districts of a capital in south of Brazil, using digital questionnaire. Data were systematized in Microsoft ExcelⓇ and analyzed following the criteria of the Discourse of the Collective Subject. This process was carried out with the support of the DSCsoftⓇ Program. Results the results were organized into five thematic categories: Nursing teleconsultation flow in Primary Health Care; Teleconsultation process; Instruments used during the teleconsultation; Potentialities and challenges identified during the teleconsultation in the Primary Health Care; and, Applicability: services that can be resolved through teleconsultation. Among the challenges are the inherent problems of communication and internet connectivity and the distrust of users in relation to this new consultation modality. Conclusion telecare in nursing is a recent technological innovation, with several challenges as: the possible failure in communication between the professional and the user; internet connection problems; lack of ability to travel from new tools; lack of privacy and excessive noise and distrust of users about the service provided. With the teleconsultation, there was an extension of the users' access to the health services, there was greater agility and efficiency in the services provided to the population.


RESUMEN Objetivo analizar la percepción de los enfermeros en relación a la teleconsulta de enfermería en la atención inicial de salud a través de la caracterización de los flujos de trabajo, potenciales, desafíos y la viabilidad de la teleconsulta en enfermería. Método estudio exploratório-descriptivo, con abordaje cualitativa. Los datos son colectados con 19 enfermeros que actúan en cuatro distritos sanitarios de una capital del sur del Brasil, utilizando un cuestionario digital. La colecta de los datos fue realizada entre los meses de mayo a junio de 2021 de forma totalmente online; los datos fueron sistematizados en el Microsoft Excel y analizados según los criterios del Discurso del sujeto colectivo, que utiliza las representaciones sociales y el senso común retratado la manifestación o posicionamento de cada individuo y posibilita agrupamientos de pensamientos y/o opiniones individuales sobre determinado asunto. Ese proceso fue realizado con el apoyo del Programa DSCsoft. Resultados los resultados fueron organizados en cinco categorías temáticas: Flujo de la teleconsulta de enfermería en la Atención Inicial de Salud; Proceso de realización de la teleconsulta; Instrumentos utilizados a lo largo de la realización de la teleconsulta; Potencialidades y desafíos identificados a lo largo de la teleconsulta en la Atención Inicial de Salud; y, Aplicabilidad: atendimientos pasibles de resoluciones por medio de la teleconsulta. Entre los desafíos están los problemas inherente a la comunicación y la conectividad con la internet y la desconfianza de los usuarios en relación a esta nueva modalidad de consulta: Conclusión el teleatendimiento en la área de la enfermería es una innovación tecnológica reciente, con diversos desafíos, como: la posible falla en la comunicación entre el profesional y el usuário; problemas de la conexión con la internet; falta de habilidad para manejo de las nuevas herramientas; falta de privacidad, exceso de ruidos y desconfianza de los usuarios a los servicios de salud, ocurre mayor agilidad y eficacia de los atendimientos realizados a la población.


RESUMO Objetivo analisar a percepção dos enfermeiros sobre teleconsulta de enfermagem na Atenção Primária de Saúde através da caracterização dos fluxos de trabalhos, potenciais, desafios e viabilidade da teleconsulta em enfermagem. Método estudo exploratório-descritivo, com abordagem qualitativa. Os dados foram coletados, entre os meses de maio a junho de 2021, com 19 enfermeiros que atuam em quatro distritos sanitários de uma capital do Sul do Brasil, utilizando um questionário digital. Os dados foram sistematizados no Microsoft Excel Ⓡ e analisados segundo os critérios do Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo. Esse processo foi realizado com o apoio do Programa DSCsoftⓇ. Resultados os resultados foram organizados em cinco categorias temáticas: Fluxo da teleconsulta de enfermagem na Atenção Primária à Saúde; Processo de realização da teleconsulta; Instrumentos utilizados durante a realização da teleconsulta; Potencialidades e desafios identificados durante a teleconsulta na Atenção Primária à Saúde; e, Aplicabilidade: atendimentos passíveis de resolução por meio da teleconsulta. Entre os desafios estão os problemas inerentes à comunicação e à conectividade com a internet e a desconfiança dos usuários em relação a esta nova modalidade de consulta. Conclusão o teleatendimento na área da enfermagem é uma inovação tecnológica recente, com diversos desafios, como: a possível falha na comunicação entre o profissional e o usuário; problemas de conexão com a internet; falta de habilidade para manuseio das novas ferramentas; falta de privacidade, excesso de ruídos e desconfiança dos usuários sobre o atendimento realizado. Com a teleconsulta ocorreu a ampliação do acesso dos usuários aos serviços de saúde, houve maior agilidade e eficácia dos atendimentos realizados à população.

Objective:To find the preferences of nursing staff when they provide " Internet + nursing service" for elderly patients.Methods:By means of the discrete choice experiment, a questionnaire was designed to investigate the preferences of nursing staff when they provide " Internet + nursing services" for elderly patients. In-service nursing staff from 8 medical and health institutions in Ningbo city and Wenzhou city were selected by random sampling, for an online questionnaire survey conducted from May to June 2022. The preferences of nursing staff on their service income, service content, service distance, service continuity and residence status of elderly patients when providing " Internet + nursing service" were analyzed by mixed logit regression.Results:A total of 420 valid questionnaires were collected. Compared to 50 yuan/order, nursing staff preferred to a price of 150 yuan/order ( β= 1.22, P<0.001) nursing services; Compared to specialized nursing services, nursing staff preferred to the routine care ( β= 0.86, P<0.001) and health promotion ( β= 0.86, P<0.05) service; Compared to<5 km, nursing staff were unwilling to provide nursing services for elderly patients at distances of 5-10 km and 11-15 km ( β=-0.66, P<0.05; β=-0.95, P<0.001) ; Compared to 1-2 visits per month, nursing staff preferred not to provide continuing care services ( β=-0.70, P<0.05); Compared to homestay with the patient family, nursing staff preferred to provide nursing services for elderly patients residing in nursing homes ( β= 1.21, P<0.001) . Conclusions:Considering the preference of nursing staff tend to provide " Internet + nursing service" for the elderly patients with services featuring appropriate price, non-specialist care, close distance, low continuity (moderate intensity used as the reference) and security assurance for practice.

Objective:To construct a set of quality evaluation index system of "Internet + nursing" with clear evaluation criteria with the service objects as the evaluation subject and Service Quality model as the theoretical framework, and to provide an objective basis for the quality evaluation of "Internet + nursing".Methods:CNKI, Wanfang databases, VIP, PubMed, and Web of Science were searched from establishment to November 2021. The article determined the quality evaluation items of "Internet + nursing" based on the perspective of service objects by means of literature analysis, field research and Delphi expert inquiries. Analytic hierarchy process was used to confirm the weight of each indicator.Results:In this study, 22 experts were consulted for 2 rounds.The effective recovery rate of the two rounds of questionnaires were 100%. The judgment basis coefficient was 0.936, familiarity coefficient was 0.945 and authority coefficient was 0.941; in the first round, the Kendall harmony coefficients assigned to the importance of the first and second level indicators were 0.187 and 0.122, and the Kendall harmony coefficients assigned to the feasibility were 0.183 and 0.125; in the second round, the Kendall harmony coefficients assigned to the importance of the first and second level indicators were 0.241 and 0.190, and the Kendall harmony coefficients assigned to the feasibility were 0.218 and 0.166 (both P<0.01). The final evaluation index system for the "Internet + nursing" based on the perspective of service objects included 7 first-class indicators and 33 second-class indicators. Conclusions:The "Internet + nursing" quality evaluation index system constructed in this study based on the perspective of service objects is scientific, reliable and practical, which can be used as an evaluation tool for the current "Internet + nursing" quality evaluation and strategy optimization.

Objective:To explore the effect of whole-process management mode based on "Internet + nursing service" in the management of children with concealed penis.Methods:This study adopted a quasi-experimental research method. A total of 383 children with concealed penis who were hospitalized in the Third Department of Urology of Hunan Provincial People′s Hospital from January 2018 to August 2021 were convenient selected. According to the sequence of admission, 195 children admitted from January 2018 to May 2020 were set as the control group, and 188 children admitted from June 2020 to August 2021 were set as the observation group. The control group was received conventional treatment and nursing, but the observation group was received whole-process management mode based on "Internet + nursing service". The length of hospitalization, incidence of complications after discharge, anxiety of the children′s parents and satisfaction of the doctors, the specialist & nurse sharing and the children′s parents were compared between the two groups.Results:Finally, 186 and 193 children were included in the observation group and the control group, respectively After the intervention, in the observation group, the length of hospitalization, anxiety score of the children′s parents, difference of anxiety score of the children′s parents, satisfaction content of the doctors, satisfaction effect of the doctors, satisfaction content of the specialist & nurse sharing, satisfaction effect of the specialist & nurse sharing, satisfaction content of the children′s parents and satisfaction effect of the children′s parents were (4.30 ± 1.35) d, (35.08 ± 3.17) points, (19.14 ± 4.35) points,(4.57 ± 0.54) points, (4.71 ± 0.49) points, (4.75 ± 0.50) points, (5.00 ± 0.00) points, (4.60 ± 0.49) points, (4.65 ± 0.49) points; in the control group, the scores were (5.50 ± 1.41) d, (44.79 ± 3.30) points, (9.22 ± 3.67) points, (3.71 ± 0.49) points, (4.00 ± 0.58) points, (3.50 ± 0.58) points, (3.25 ± 0.50) points, (3.54 ± 0.59) points, (3.64 ± 0.67) points. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant ( t values were -23.94-29.19, all P<0.05). The complication rates of the observation group and the control group were not statistically significant ( χ2=0.64, P>0.05). Conclusions:The whole-process management mode based on "Internet + nursing service" is beneficial to shorten the length of hospitalization, relieve the degree to anxiety of the children′s parents, improve the satisfaction of the doctors, the specialist & nurse sharing and the children′s parents, and accelerate the rehabilitation of children, which is worthy of clinical promotion.

Objective:To systematically review the experience of nurses′ in providing home-based hospice care, so as to provide a basis for improving the quality of home-based hospice care and the nursing service system.Methods:Qualitative researches on nurses′ experience of providing home-based hospice care were retrieved from the Cochrane Library, PubMed,Web of Science, EBSCO, Medline, China National Knowledge Internet, China Biomedical Literature Database, Wanfang Database, VIP Database from inception to April 1, 2022. Adopting Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal Tool (2016) to evaluate the quality of included studies, the Meta-synthesis was used to explain and integrate the research results.Results:A total of 9 articles were included. This study extracted 23 clear results, 8 new categories, and 3 integrated results, including the significance of nurses′ acceptance of home-based hospice care; positive and negative emotions coexist when nurses provide home-based hospice care; challenges in implementing home-based hospice care.Conclusions:The development of home-based hospice care service is helpful to provide continuous care for the terminally ill patients and improve their quality of life, but at the same time, the ability of home-based hospice care of nurses should be further improved and the related policy guarantee should be perfected to promote the steady development of home-based hospice care in China.

Objective:To investigate and analyze the current situation and influencing factors of "Internet + nursing service" in Shanghai from the perspective of patients, and provide reference for government departments to improve the service.Methods:From November to December 2020, convenience sampling was used to select 420 inpatients from Huashan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University, Jing′an District Central Hospital and Xuhui District Central Hospital of Shanghai as the research objects to conduct cross-sectional survey, and a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate patients′ cognition and demand for "Internet + nursing service". Binary Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of "Internet + nursing service".Results:Totally 403 questionnaires were effectively collected. Among 403 inpatients, only 30.3%(122/403) of patients had used "Internet + nursing service", and more than half of the users thought that the project of "Internet + nursing service" was not comprehensive enough to meet the needs and the service quality provided by nursing staff was not good, the service fee was on the high side. Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that lack of cognition of "Internet + nursing service" model ( P=0.001) and related service platform ( P=0.003) was the main factor restricting patients′ use of "Internet + nursing service". However, concerns about the quality of in-home care ( χ2=8.68, P=0.033) and personal information security ( χ2=8.23, P=0.038) could reduce the willingness of patients to use "Internet + care services". Among the 11 categories of "Internet + nursing service" programs pilot-carried out in Shanghai, patients were most likely to choose injection 63.0% (254/403), specimen collection 58.1% (234/403), skin care 57.3% (231/403), health guidance 57.3% (231/403), rehabilitation nursing 56.8% (229/403) and traditional Chinese medicine nursing 56.6% (228/403). Conclusions:The feasibility, safety and popularity of "Internet + nursing services" all have a large space for optimization, improvement and promotion. It is suggested that relevant government departments increase the publicity of "Internet + nursing services", encourage the construction and sharing of high-quality nursing service resources in hospitals, establish service security mechanism, and continuously improve service items to meet the diversified health needs of patients.

Objective:To explore the "Internet + nursing service" model based on the nurse-patient safety needs, and provide reference for development of "Internet + nursing service".Methods:The First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yatsen University established a "Internet+ nursing service" management team in December 2019, developed an information platform, formulated and implemented a specific plan of the "Internet+ nursing service" model, including service objects, service projects and service modes. After the smooth operation of this model, the statistics of the nursing service projects and service times that had been carried out from September 2020 to March 2021, as well as the satisfaction of 21 patients who received nursing services would be counted.Results:From September 2020 to March 2021, 21 patients were provided with 55 on-site nursing services, and 151 operations in 16 projects were completed. No nursing-related adverse events occurred. The patients gave all five-star evaluations to the door-to-door service, the satisfaction score was 5 points, and the overall evaluation was 99.88 points.Conclusions:The pilot work of "Internet + nursing service" based on the nurse-patient safety needs has met the care needs of discharged patients and the safety needs of door-to-door services, guarantee the safety of nurses' door-to-door service effectively. And it provides reference for the development and improvement of "Internet + nursing service" related safety work in tertiary A-level hospitals.

Objective:To construct an "Internet+nursing service" model for elderly patients at home led by the continuing care service center from the perspective of the Internet, and to provide reference for different types of professional home care services for elderly patients.Methods:From March 2019 to December 2021, relying on the continuing care service center, six links of "discharge preparation, discharge follow-up service, home care service, online diagnosis and treatment, institutional return visit, health guidance" in Wuhan Central Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology were interconnected to construct a closed-loop "Internet+nursing service" model for elderly patients at home. Summarized the workload after the implementation of "Internet+nursing service", and investigated the satisfaction of 149 patients and 112 home sevice nurses.Results:After 2 years and 9 months of implementation, the team provided 11 home care services for elderly patients with diabetes foot dressing change, PICC catheter maintenance, replacement of catheter, wound stoma care and home membrane dialysis etc, and provided 452 home care services for 149 patients. Patient satisfaction was (94.47 ± 3.07) points; the approval of this model by 112 home service nurses was (4.69 ± 0.43) points.Conclusions:The "Internet+nursing service" model for elderly patients at home, which is dominated by the continuous nursing service center, can meet the continuous nursing needs of elderly patients at home. At the same time, expanding nurses′ practice space and enhancing nurses′ professional value will play a positive role in promoting the development of nursing service industry.

As a new type of medical service project, "Internet + nursing service" has become a new trend in the development of nursing. Ningbo area started the exploration of "Internet + nursing service" as early as the end of 2015, and gradually formed the Ningbo model of "government-led, regionalized layout, and online and offline collaborative services, medical professional support, market-based operation". And made the innovative practice of "medical insurance pay at home". By the end of December 2021, there were 6 200 registered nurses on the platform, and a total of 20 993 door-to-door services were provided. 197 medical institutions settled on the platform and carried out 49 home service projects. This paper introduced the exploration experience and practical results of "Internet + nursing service" in Ningbo, and provided reference and reference for the advancement of this work.

Aged people are challenged by serious complications from chronic diseases, such as mood disorder, diabetes, heart disease, and infectious diseases, which are also the most common causes of death in older people. Therefore, elderly care facilities are more important than ever. The most common causes of death in elderly care facilities were reported to be diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and pneumonia. Recently, the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic have a great impact on blind spots of safety where aged people were isolated from society. Elderly care facilities were one of the blind spots in the midst of the pandemic, where major casualties were reported from COVID-19 complications because most people had one or two mortality risk factors, such as diabetes or cardiovascular disease. Therefore, medical governance of public health center and hospital, and elderly care facility is becoming important issue of priority. Thus, remote health monitoring service by the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) sensors is more important than ever. Recently, technological breakthroughs have enabled healthcare professionals to have easy access to patients in medical blind spots through the use of IoT sensors. These sensors can detect medically urgent situations in a timely fashion and make medical decisions for aged people in elderly care facilities. Real-time electrocardiograms and blood sugar monitoring sensors are approved by the medical insurance service. Real-time monitoring services in medical blind spots, such as elderly care facilities, has been suggested. Heart rhythm monitoring could play a role in detecting early cardiovascular disease events and monitoring blood glucose levels in the management of chronic diseases, such as diabetes, in aged people in elderly care facilities. This review presents the potential usefulness of remote monitoring with IoMT sensors in medical blind spots and clinical suggestions for applications.

@#The COVID-19 pandemic affects blood glucose control in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (type 2 DM). Internet-based interventions show great potential in type 2 DM patients care. The aim of the study is to identify internet-based self-care monitoring interventions in type 2 DM patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. Using a systematic scoping review of PubMed, CINAHL, SAGE Journals, and ScienceDirect spanning 2019-2022, full-text articles, and randomized controlled trials. Study quality was assessed using the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) appraisal tool. Overall, 12 studies revealed that the internet was effectively used for self-care monitoring in type 2 DM patients during the COVID-19 pandemic such as to monitor blood sugar, diet, physical activity, drug use, problem solving, and dealing with stress, including mobile health (applications), web, telephone, and SMS (Short Message Service). Our finding highlights internet-based self-care monitoring can be a model of nursing intervention to prevent and increase the quality of life in DM patients.

Objetivos:Descrever e avaliar intervenção educativa realizada por meio de mídia social sobre dermatite associada à incontinência (DAI) com profissionais de enfermagem. Métodos:Estudo de intervenção educativa com abordagem qualitativa pela mídia social Instagram para veiculação dos conteúdos do curso sobre a DAI. A coleta de dados foi realizada com 30 profissionais de enfermagem da clínica médica e unidade de terapia intensiva adulta de hospital de ensino público de Mato Grosso do Sul, de fevereiro a março de 2022. Os dados foram coletados durante o curso e apreciados pela análise de conteúdo de Bardin e à luz do referencial teórico da aprendizagem significativa de Ausubel. Resultados: Da análise dos comentários dos cursistas, emergiram quatro categorias temáticas: ancoragem, que retrata o saber prévio; aprendizagem significativa subordinada, a qual apresenta a construção de conhecimento ancorada no saber prévio; aprendizagem por descoberta, evidenciando a autonomia do participante no aprendizado; e avaliação do processo de ensino-aprendizagem, que revela a avaliação do processo educativo. Conclusão: Os resultados mostraram que a intervenção educativa obteve êxito no que tange ao compartilhamento de evidências sobre DAI aos participantes e que a ferramenta Instagram pode ser adotada para ações educativas mesmo em ambiente hospitalar.


Objectives:To describe and evaluate, in a formative way, an educational intervention carried out through social media on incontinence-associated dermatitis with nursing professionals from a public hospital. Method: Educational intervention study with a qualitative approach conducted in a virtual way through the social media Instagram as a platform for the dissemination of course content on the subject. Data collection was carried out with 30 nursing professionals from the medical clinic and adult intensive care unit of a public teaching hospital in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil, between February and March 2022. Data were collected during the course and analysed through content analysis and according to Ausubel's meaningful learning theoretical framework perspective. Results: From the analysis of the participants' comments, four thematic categories emerged: anchoring; subordinated meaningful learning; discovery learning; and evaluation of the teaching-learning process. Conclusion: Through the results found, it was identified that the educational intervention conducted was successful in terms of sharing evidence on the subject to the participants. It was found that the Instagram can be adopted as a tool to carry out educational actions, including in a hospital environment.

Métodos: Estudio de intervención educativa, con enfoque cualitativo, realizado de forma virtual, a través de la red social Instagram® como plataforma de difusión de contenidos de cursos sobre el tema. La recolección de datos se realizó con 30 profesionales de Enfermería de la Clínica Médica y UTI Adultos de un hospital público de enseñanza en el estado de Mato Grosso do Sul, entre febrero y marzo de 2022. Este estudio fue aprobado por el Comité de Ética en Investigación. Los datos fueron recolectados durante el curso y analizados a través del análisis de contenido ya la luz del marco teórico del Aprendizaje Significativo de Ausubel. Resultados: Del análisis de los comentarios de los participantes surgieron cuatro categorías temáticas: anclaje; aprendizaje significativo subordinado; aprendizaje por descubrimiento; y evaluación del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Conclusión: A través de los resultados encontrados, se identifica que la intervención educativa realizada fue exitosa en cuanto a compartir evidencias sobre el tema a los participantes. Se constató que la herramienta Instagram® puede ser adoptada para realizar acciones educativas, incluso en ambiente hospitalario.
