RESUMEN

@#Objective To apply the Comprehensive Function Assessment for Disabled Children in family care for children with cerebral palsy. Methods From May, 2014 to May, 2015, 120 cerebral palsy children were equally divided into control group and observation group. The control group accepted routine rehabilitation, and the observation group accepted targeted family rehabilitation program based on the evaluation of Comprehensive Function Assessment for Disabled Children. They were assessed with Comprehensive Function Assessment for Disabled Children before and three months after rehabilitation. Results The scores of cognitive function, language function, exercise abil-ity, self-care movement and social adaptation ability improved in both groups after rehabilitation (t>2.498, P<0.05), and improved more in the observation group than in the control group (t>2.062, P<0.05). Conclusion The application of Comprehensive Function Assessment for Disabled Children may help to plan a targeted rehabilitation nursing program for the nurses and the parents, that benefits the rehabilitation for children with cerebral palsy.

@#ObjectiveTo report the intra-observer agreement study of Comprehensive Function Evaluation for Disabled Children. Methods84 disabled children in-patients were tested twice between 7-14 days by specialist. Every form was checked and accepted.ResultsThere is a significant relation between two evaluation(r=0.997,P<0.01).Conclusions There is a substantial intra-observer agreement and high reliability in Comprehensive Function Evaluation for Disable Children.

RESUMEN

@# ObjectiveTo determine the normal values of the Comprehensive Function Assessment for Disabled Children. Methods60 healthy children ranged from 2 to 7 years old were evaluated with by the professional doctors. ResultsThe children ranged from 4 to 7 years old get scores above 90. The children ranged from 3 to 4 years old get scores above 80.The children ranged from 2 to 3 years old get scores above 60. Conclusions The Comprehensive Function Assessment for Disabled Children can evaluate the childrens develop ment entirely,detailedly and objectively. The normal values can be used to evaluate the children's function and the curative effect.

@# In order to construct a reasonable, objective and comprehensive method to assess the disabled children, Comprehensive Function Assessment for Disabled Children is designed, including five parts, cognition, gross movement, speech, ability of daily living and social adapting, counting for 50 items.
