RESUMEN

Objective:To investigate the application effect of blended teaching mode based on Rain Classroom in the course of nursing education.Methods:The nursing teaching class in 2019 was set as the observation group ( n=20), which adopted blended teaching mode combining classroom teaching and online learning of Rain Classroom platform. The teaching class with the same number of students in the same period in 2018 was set as the control group ( n=20), which implemented the traditional classroom teaching mode. SPSS 22.0 was used for statistical processing, and independent-samples t-test was used to analyze the results of seminar, simulated teaching and final theoretical examination of the two classes of students and the evaluation of the teaching effect of the course. Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in the results of simulated teaching ( t=0.21, P = 0.834). The scores of seminar [(91.18±1.20), t=3.09, P<0.05] and final theoretical examination [(78.63±6.28), t=3.33, P<0.05] in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The scores of information retrieval and processing ability ( t=-3.33, P < 0.05), problem finding ability ( t=-2.17, P < 0.05), independent thinking ability ( t=-2.53, P < 0.05), knowledge integration ability ( t=-3.86, P < 0.001), self-learning ability ( t=-3.12, P<0.05), the sense of identity to the role of nursing teachers ( t=-2.53, P < 0.05), the awareness of active learning ( t=-3.13, P < 0.05) and the attitude of lifelong learning ( t=-4.46, P < 0.001) in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group. Conclusion:The blended teaching based on Rain Classroom is conducive to the cultivation of students' inquiry learning ability and deep learning of theoretical knowledge, and promotes the effective achievement of curriculum teaching objectives.

RESUMEN

Objective: To investigate the teaching effect of information teaching mode based on “ketangpai” network learning platform in teaching clinical nutrition and to provide guidance and method for information teaching. Method: By the random sampling method, 296 students from 2017 nursing undergraduate students of Wannan Medical College were selected and divided into two groups. The experimental group (n=148) was taught by information teaching mode based on "ketangpai" network learning platform. The control group (n=148) was taught by traditional teaching method. Both groups received the same teaching process,content and teacher. The experimental test, theory test and teaching effects were compared between the two groups. Results: The scores of experimental test and theory test in experimented group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.01). The abilities of self-learning, theory-practice, independent thinking, analysis, and knowledge mastery degree in experimental group were significantly better than those in control group (P<0.05). The students in the experimental group were more satisfied with the information teaching mode. Conclusion: Application of information teaching mode based on “ketangpai" network learning platform can improve the teaching effects, the students' comprehensive ability and self-learning ability.

RESUMEN

Laboratory Techniques of Immunology is one of the core courses for medical laboratory specialty.Information-based flipped classroom teaching model and appropriate teaching evaluation were implemented in the application of the course.Practice showed that information-based flipped classroom teaching model can give full play to the resource advantages of information-based teaching,and completed the integrated teaching included knowledge,theory and practice by flipped classroom.

RESUMEN

Medical immunology is an important frontier and bridge subject to connect basic medicine and clinical medicine, and its knowledge is abstract and difficult to understand. Micro-course is the new teaching resource with the education information. Its design, development and research have become a hot topic in network learning and mobile learning. In this article, it is elaborated that teaching design is the soul of the quality for micro-course and because micro class software is simple and easy to learn, it is a positive guarantee for the civilization and popularization of micro class, and besides, PPT is the important material in the micro-course. The article also explores the knowledge system of the fragmented micro lessons in series, and analyzes the potential value of micro teaching in the course teaching and personnel training.

Se realiza una aproximación a las ideas y conceptos utilizados actualmente en el contexto de la necesidad de crear determinadas competencias que caractericen la educación en una nueva era.


To identify and develop an appropriate digital schooling strategy means to set a series of objectives and work aimed at achieving, in the least time possible, the knowledge, the skills and the attitudes necessary for a proper progress of each individual in the digital era we are living in. An approach is made to the ideas and concepts currently used when dealing with the need of creating certain abilities that will characterize education in a new era.
