RESUMEN

Objective:Based on cognitive behavioral therapy, to construct a physical and mental adjustment intervention plan for the main caregiver of cancer patients through the network platform. Methods:Through evidence-based literature published from July 2012 to July 2022 screening and evaluation, combined with qualitative interviews for 10 primary caregivers of cancer patients, the intervention plan for physical and mental adjustment of the main caregivers of cancer patients was preliminarily formulated. After consultation with Delphi experts (15 cases) through two rounds, the intervention plan was finally determined. Results:In the two rounds of expert letter inquiries, 15 questionnaires were distributed and 15 valid questionnaires were recovered. The effective recovery rate was 100.00% and the expert authority coefficient were 0.89 and 0.90 in the two rounds of expert letter inquiries respectively, the Kendall harmony coefficients were 0.279 and 0.323 respectively, and the differences were all statistically significant ( P<0.01). The intervention plan for physical and mental adjustment ofthe main caregivers of cancer patients included 5 first-level indicators (basic knowledge, symptom education, home care knowledge, relaxation training, social support), 27 second-level indicatorsand 54 third-level indicators. Conclusions:The method of the psychosomatic regulation intervention program is scientific and practical, which can be initially applied to the psychological adjustment of the main caregivers of cancer patients, so as to provide a reference for improving their negative emotions.

RESUMEN

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia(iCBT-I) combined with estazolam for patients with chronic insomnia. Methods:Patients with chronic insomnia were randomly assigned to treatment group which were intervened with iCBFI combined with estazolam( n=46) and control group which were intervened with estazolam ( n=43) for 8 weeks according to random number table.Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) and state-trait anxiety inventory (STAI) were used to measure the anxious state, anxious trait and sleep quality at three time points: before intervention(T1), after one month(T2) and two months(T3). Treatment emergent symptom scale (TESS), blood routine, urine routine, liver and renal function and electrocardiogram were used to measure the safety. The dosage of estazolam was compared between the two groups after two months.χ 2 test and repeated measurement analysis of variance were performed by SPSS 19.0. Results:The PSQI scores of control group and treatment group were (10.41±2.48) vs (9.98±2.96) at T2 and (9.97±2.13) vs (7.82±1.57) at T3.The state anxiety scores of control group and treatment group were (57.27±2.74) vs (56.27±2.89) at T2 and (45.67±2.62) vs (42.67±2.97) at T3.The data of T2 and T3 were statistically significant compared with those before intervention(all P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the treatment group was better on treatment efficiency(86.96% vs 69.77%) at T3( P<0.05). PSQI score, subjective sleep quality, sleep efficiency, sleep disorders, sleep drugs, daytime dysfunction, drug maintenance and adverse reaction were significantly different between the two groups at T3 ( P<0.05). Conclusions:Internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy combined estazolam for insomnia can improve sleep quality, anxious state and trait for chronic insomnia patients.Good safety was improved, as well as reducing the need of drug.So it's worthy of clinic application.

RESUMEN

Objective • To compare the therapeutic effect, cost, cost-effectiveness and utility between internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy (ICBT) and cognitive behavioral group therapy (CBGT) in the patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Methods • Twenty-eight patients who met the OCD diagnostic criteria of Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (Fifth Edition) were assigned to ICBT group (n=16) and CBGT group (n=12) according to the patients' willingness. Both groups were treated for 6 weeks. The study compared differences in the severity of OCD and symptoms of anxiety and depressive at baseline, during treatment and after treatment, as well as differences in cost, cost-effectiveness and utility between two groups. Results • There was no significant difference in the scores of Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale (YBOCS), Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS), Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), and Visual Analog Scale (VAS) [a component of EuroQol Five Dimensions Questionnaire, (EQ-5D)] between the two groups at baseline (P=0.291, P=0.114, P=0.478, P=0.799). After treatment, the YBOCS scores decreased compared to pre-treatment in two groups. There was no statistical difference in subtraction rate of YBOCS between the two groups (P=0.291). The SDS scores of ICBT group also decreased after treatment compared to pre-treatment (P=0.003). The average cost per patient in ICBT group was 2 710.50 yuan less than that in CBGT group. When one YBOCS score per patient reduced, ICBT group spent 281.33 yuan less than CBGT group. The VAS scores were significantly improved after 6-week treatment and ICBT group has a more significant improvement. Conclusion • ICBT and CBGT have comparable and significant efficacy. And ICBT is a lower cost and more cost-effectiveness and utility treatment than CBGT.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVES: This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of an internet-based anger management program for school-aged children. METHODS: Forty-eight elementary school students took part in an anger management training program; subsequently, participants, their parents, and their teachers answered questionnaires assessing the participants' anger, aggressiveness, and other emotional/behavioral problems, pre- and post-training. RESULTS: At the post-training self-assessment, the participants showed significant reductions in their "anger-out" tendencies and physical aggressiveness. In addition, the effects of the program on "anger-out" tendencies, aggressiveness, anger and peer relational problem were found to be more significant in participants who reported depressive symptoms. Teachers rated the participants' peer-relational problems as having decreased after the training. CONCLUSION: The proposed internet-based anger management program had a significant effect on the school-aged children's abilities to control their anger.
