RESUMEN

In this paper I have studies that both China and India have an extended history of international trade going back centuries ago, both their economies were until recently highly protected and controlled to a large extent albeit that their political systems are very different. China is still a very unique case in the sense that while it has allowed its economy to be opened to Capitalists MNCs, it is still governed by the Communist Party with a strong leadership not giving away state power. China and India are two neighboring countries in Asia who share the two largest population of the world and in fact added together they represent nearly one third of humanity. Globalization has imposed internal pressure and external pressure to bear on both India and China. For most Chinese and Indians alike, economic life is hard despite the fact that reforms and globalization have created various new opportunities

RESUMEN

In the modern era, customers are seen as value maximizers as they hold their views for products consumed by them. The level of satisfaction is only way to acknowledge result that product has performed to. This can be derived studying the perception of consumers. Perception is view point or opinion for goods offered in market at large. For instance, fulfillment is a one's sentiment or distress, resulting from contrast of a product that is alleged and actual performance in relation to his or her expectations. This paper tries to assess the consumer perception of “Patanjali Ayurvedic”. This has been seen as rapidly emerging Indian brand in India and globally. This study also intends to inspect growth of Patanjali Ayurvedic, buying behavior, factors evaluated before their purchasing etc. of the customer in relation to Patanjali products and ultimately to analyze the overall view point of Patanjali Customers. From this study, it is found that Patanjali Ayurvedic is very sound for their customer awareness Programme i.e. advertisements, which turned to high credibility and reliability of Patanjali products and their good excellence becomes key buying motives in the midst of customers.

RESUMEN

Objective To explore relationship between the changes of mononuclear cells (MNCS) apoptosis and the levels of inflammatory cytokines and adhesion molecules in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE). Methods The apoptotic rates of MNCS in 32 patients with SLE and 10 healthy subjects were detected with flow cytometry, and the plasma levels of inflammatory cytokines(IL-8, IL-6,TNF-? and NO) and adhesion molecules(P-Sel, ICAM-1) were assayed with ELISA. Results The percentage of MNCS apoptosis in the patients with active stage of SLE was obviously higher than that in healthy subjects and patients with remission stage of SLE, and there was no significant difference in the percentage of MNCS apoptosis between healthy subjects and patients with remission stage of SLE. The levels of plasma IL-8, TNF-?, IL-6, NO, P-sel and ICAM-1 in patients with active stage of SLE were significantly higher than those in healthy subjects and the patients with remission stage of SLE, and were positively correlated with the percentage of MNCS apoptosis and the severity of SLE.There was no significant difference in the levels of plasma inflammatory cytokines and adhesion molecules between patients with remission stage of SLE and healthy subjects. Conclusion The apoptotic rate of MNCS increased in the patients with active SLE, and was closely associated with the severity and efficacy of SLE. The high expressions of inflammatory cytokines and adhesion molecules may be the reason of MNCS apoptotic increase. Appropriately regulating the expression of cytokines and adhesion molecules, and moderately controlling the apoptosis of MNCS may improve the prognosis of SLE.

RESUMEN

A success in reconstruction of the hematopoietic function of marrow in a case of malignant lymphoma attained by autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation after the ultra-high dose chemoradiotherapy was reported. The platelet count of patient was increased to over 20 ? 109/L at the eighth day after PBSC transplantation and was recovered to over 50?109/L at the tenth day after PBSC transplantation. The white blood cell count was increased to over 0. 5?109/ L at the ninth day after PBSC transplantation. The pelvic CT-graphy showed reduction in size of the tumor. And then the patient was outhospitalized due to remission, having been surviving for more than 6 months with routine follow-up. It was suggested that the autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation could be a safe and effective suplement therapy for radical cure of malignant tumor.
