To address the problems existing in the ideological and political education in professional curriculum chain of obstetrics and gynecology at present, this paper suggests a design of curriculum chain which goes along the main line of ideological and political education. Surrounding the specific goal of education, this design advocates the guidance of thoughts and team building. By excavating the ideological and political elements in professional course chain, adopting the blended teaching method based on MOOC, strengthening the passing-on of value in the clinical practice of obstetrics and gynecology, this design finds out effective ways to integrate the curriculum chain of obstetrics and gynecology and ideological and political education naturally. The paper also proves the effectiveness of this model of curriculum design with a survey. This paper may provide some inspiration or reference to the future reform of ideological and political education in clinical medicine curriculum chain and the transformation of medical education model.

Objective:To better understand the satisfaction with medical worker′s scientific research, raise the management and service levels of scientific research management department, and stimulate hospital workers devote to scientific research.Methods:This paper analyzes the main factors that affect the scientific researchers′ job satisfaction in a tertiary hospital in Shanghai based on questionnaire survey. SPSS 26.0 was used to test the reliability and validity of the scale. Two independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA and LSD-T test are used to explore the factors that affect the scientific research enthusiasm of staffs in different positions.Results:The incentive measures of scientific research in hospital can be summarized into three different aspects: material/spiritual incentive mechanism, scientific research management system and personnel training system, the average scores were: X-≈3.97, X-≈ 4.09, X-≈ 3.84, according to which the scientific research management system has the highest satisfaction.Conclusions:The overall satisfaction of staff in the hospital needs to be improved. According to the characteristics of different staff, tailored research management measurements should be developed to mobilize the enthusiasm of hospital staff in scientific research, enhance their satisfaction, and further improve the scientific research capacity of the hospital.

Activation of the heart normally begins in the sinoatrial node (SAN). Electrical impulses spontaneously released by SAN pacemaker cells (SANPCs) trigger the contraction of the heart. However, the cellular nature of SANPCs remains controversial. Here, we report that SANPCs exhibit glutamatergic neuron-like properties. By comparing the single-cell transcriptome of SANPCs with that of cells from primary visual cortex in mouse, we found that SANPCs co-clustered with cortical neurons. Tissue and cellular imaging confirmed that SANPCs contained key elements of glutamatergic neurotransmitter system, expressing genes encoding glutamate synthesis pathway (Gls), ionotropic and metabotropic glutamate receptors (Grina, Gria3, Grm1 and Grm5), and glutamate transporters (Slc17a7). SANPCs highly expressed cell markers of glutamatergic neurons (Snap25 and Slc17a7), whereas Gad1, a marker of GABAergic neurons, was negative. Objective To explore the management model of scientific research projects based on the application of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC).Methods We retrospectively analyzed the NSFC funding of our hospital during 2009-2017.Results Our hospital sets up the pre—experiment special project of NSFC and "full—time" policy,development translational medicine research center platform,introduce and train scientific talents,strength the delicacy management of scientific research and so on.Through the above measurements,NSFC funding in our hospital was significantly improved.The number of projects approved increased from 1 to 23,and the amount approved increased from 300 thousand to 21 million 350 thousand yuan during the eight yesrs.Conclusions The policy,platform,personnel and delicacy management have effectively improved the quality and quantity of NSFC,and promote the sustainable development of the hospital science and technology.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of drug-coated balloon in treatment of femoropopliteal artery occlusive disease.Methods The clinical data of 49 patients with femoropopliteal artery occlusive disease from Feb 2016 to Oct 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.25 cases underwent drugcoated balloon treatment (DCB group),and 24 cases received plain balloon angioplasty (POBA group).Results The procedures were successful in all cases.There were no amputation or death occurred.In DCB group compared to POBA group,the patency rate at postoperative 3 months were not significantly different (96.0％ vs.87.5％,P ＞ 0.05),while it was significantly different at postoperative 6 and 12 months (88.0％ vs.66.7％;80.0％ vs.50.0％,both P ＜0.05).Minimal lumen diameter (MLD) changes and late lumen loss(LLL):The MLD in preoperative,immediate postoperative was not statistically significant between the three group(P ＞ 0.05).At 6 months and 12 months after operation,MLD of DCB group was higher than POBA group (P ＜ 0.05).At 12 months after surgery,LLL in DCB group was significantly lower than the POBA group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion DCB is the effective method to treat femoropopliteal artery occlusive disease,which has better short and mid-term efficacy than POBA.

Objective:To investigate the biological characteristics of monoclonal antibodies against avian influenza virus (AIV).Methods:Monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) against AIV H5N1 were prepared and it′s characteristics were identified including subtype,titer,hemagglutination inhibition activity and cross-reactivity with other influenza viruses.Besides,Western blot and immuno-histochemical staining methods were conducted to test the combination of antibodies and antigen ( H5N1 ) and human normal tissues.Results:Immunohistochemical analysis showed that 2 mAbs (H5-32 and H5-35) cross-reacted with human tissues kidney and pancreas respectively.Conclusion:These data indicated that there have some association between the AIV H 5N1 with human tissues, which may provide reference for the study on avian influenza virus infection and pathogenicity .

To analyze the potential limitations of hospital-level research projects management by summarizing its performance status from 2008 to 2011,including but not limited to lack of time for conducting research,insufficient financial funds,inadequate funding application,inadequate supervision.Thus,since 2014,our hospital has adopted some new measurements for projects management,including full-time research,hierarchical management,full mobilization,the establishment of reward and punishment measures,which significantly improved the quality of hospital-level research projects,and the rate of longitudinal follow-up project,research enthusiasm of medical staff,and sustainable development of hospital science and technology.

Objective To explore the value of retrograde recanalization technique in treatment of TASCⅡ C/D femoropopliteal arteriosclerosis obliterans.Methods Totally 36 patients with TASCⅡ C/D femoropopliteal arteriosclerosis obliterans were retrospectively analyzed.Preoperative and postoperative ankle brachial index (ABI) and intermittent claudication were compared,as well as postoperative vascular patency rate and complications were analyzed.Results The retrograde recanalization technique were successfully performed in all 36 patients.The walking distance and ABI of 7 days,and 3,6,12 months postoperation were increased significantly compared with preoperation (all P＜0.05).The postoperative vascular patency rate of 3,6 and 12 months was 97.22％,91.67％ and 72.22％,respectively.There was no death nor amputation during the follow-up period,and the incidence of perioperative complications was 11.11 ％ (4/36).Conclusion Retrograde recanalization technique can be used to treat TASC Ⅱ C/D femoropopliteal arteriosclerosis obliterans when anterograde access failed.

In 2013 Shanghai took the lead to carry out the specialist standardized training which is common in the international medical education. This paper first gives a picture of the general condition of the standardized training on specialists of obstetrics and gynecology in Shanghai. Then from the perspectives of strategic deployment, department management, clinical skill training and the training of examiners, the paper explores the assessment model in which both the assessment of train-ing process and the scores of the final examination are considered whereas the process assessment is given more weight. This paper is aimed to provide experience and suggestions for the further advance of the specialists standardized training in the field of obstetrics and gynecology.

In this study,a synthesized quadruple antigenic epitope gene region of the classical swine fever virus (CSFV)E2 glycoprotein was expressed in E.coli to a obtain target protein.This target protein was used as a coating antigen to establish an indirect ELISA for specifically detecting anti-CSFV antibodies in serum samples from pigs.The P/N cut-off value of this assay was 1.92 by receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)analysis based on 30 negative sera and 80 positive samples.The test gave 97.5% sensitivity and 96.7% specificity compared with the indirect hemagglutination(IHA)test.The inter-assay and intra-assay coefficients of variation (CVs)for 16 sera were both ≤6.8%.No cross-reactivity between the coating antigen and anti-bovine viral diarrhoea virus(BVDV)antibodies was observed.

The ompA gene of Chlamyia psittaci in cows was amplified by PCR with primers designed based on those reported in GenBank.The amplified ompA gene was inserted into the bacterial plasmid vector pGEX-4T-1 and then transformed into E.coli BL21(DE3) with IPTG induction. The gene was derived from plasmid pMD18-T vector and then sequenced.It was demonstrated that this recombinant fusion protein of approximately 68kD in molecular mass was highly expressed in inclusion body and more pure proteins would be produced after purification.The fusion protein specifically reacted with positive sera of bovine Chlamydia as demonstrated by Western blotting. These results indicate that this recombinant fusion protein shows good reactivity and could be used to develop the diagnostic kit for bovine Chlamydia and genetic engineering vaccine.
