Two recent observations of visceral larva migrans are reported in Tunisia, and a review on the disease is presented. Due to the absence of specificity of the clinical signs and their diversity, the diagnosis of the disease is difficult and needs to be confirmed serologically. The authors conclude that this rare pathology in Tunisia is probably underestimated

Authors report the observation of a Three years and half old child who presents three weeks after an acute HBs-Antigen positive hepatitis a Guilian-Barr syndrome. This syndrome happens whereas the evolution of hepatitis was favourable. Despite an extended period of palsy extension the neurologic outcome is good.
