Clinical effect of Kangfuxin solution combined with lidocaine and gentamicin in the treatment of oral ulcer / 药学实践杂志

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Kangfuxin solution combined with lidocaine and gentamicin in the treatment of oral ulcers. Method A total of 120 patients with oral ulcer admitted to Tongzhou District Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital of Beijing from May 2019 to July 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group randomly. 58 patients were treated with lidocaine as a control group and 62 patients in the observation group were treated with Kangfuxin solution combined with lidocaine and gentamicin. The clinical efficacy, including oral ulcer condition, visual analogue scale (VAS score) after 3d and 5d of treatment, inflammatory factor levels and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The overall effective rate of the treatment group (95.12%) was higher than that of the control group (74.36%) and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The ulcer area, ulcer healing time, and chewing improvement period were remarkably reduced compared with those in the control group (P<0.05). The VAS scores after 3d and 5d of treatment, the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), C-reactive protein (CRP) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions (3.22%) between the observation group and the control group (6.90%) (P>0.05). Conclusion Kangfuxin solution combined with lidocaine and gentamicin showed better curative effect on oral ulcer. This treatment regimen could effectively ameliorate various clinical symptoms of patients with oral ulcer, reduce patient pain and downregulate the levels of inflammatory factors, and help patients recover with high safety profile.

Clinical Effect of Kangfuxin Solution Combined with Almagate Suspension on Complication of Gastroscope Biopsy / 中国实验方剂学杂志

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Kangfuxin solution combined with Almagate suspension on the complication of gastroscope biopsy. Method:Totally 276 cases of chronic superficial gastritis gastroscope biopsy were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. Treatment group was treated by Kangfuxin solution combined with Almagate suspension，while the control group was given no precautionary measures as usual. Then the patients received the abdominal symptom score and fecal occult blood test（FOBT）after 1 week. Result:The cases with abdominal pain，burning sensation and stool occult blood in the control group were more than the treatment group significantly（P<0.05）. The patients' abdominal symptom score in control group was higher than that before the gastroscope biopsy，and that was lower in treatment group（P<0.05）. And the patients' abdominal symptom score of the control group was significantly higher than that of the treatment group after the gastroscope biopsy（P<0.05）. Compared with the Helicobacter pylori（HP）-infected subgroup，the incidences of early satiety and ventosity in the control group were higher than those of the treatment group（P<0.05）. The abdominal symptom score of the patients infected with helicobacter pylori（HP）in control group was significantly higher than that before the gastroscope biopsy and in the treatment group（P<0.05）. Conclusion:Kangfuxin solution combined with Almagate suspension is safe and effective in preventing complications of gastroscope biopsy，especially for patients infected with HP. The method could avoid exacerbating clinical symptoms.

Clinical effect of combined treatment with Kangfuxin solution and dexamethasone on erosive oral lichen planus / 口腔疾病防治

Objective @# To observe the clinical effect of combined treatment with Kangfuxin solution and dexamethasone on erosive oral lichen planus (OLPe). @*Methods @# One hundred OLPe patients were randomly divided into two groups (n=50). The experimental group was treated with 9.8% Kangfuxin solution along with dexamethasone solution three times a day. The control group was treated with dexamethasone solution three times a day. Before treatment and 1, 2 and 4 weeks after treatment, the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score and erosion area were measured, and the total effective rate was compared between the two groups. @*Results @#After 1, 2, and 4 weeks of treatment, the VAS score and erosion area were lower in the experimental group than in the control group (P < 0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate in the experimental group was 92%, significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). @*Conclusion @#Compared with dexamethasone alone, Kangfuxin solution combined with dexamethasone is more effective for the treatment of OLPe.

Effects of Kangfuxin Solution Combined with Chuangyangling and Gelatin Sponge on Dry Socket Disease in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients after the Extraction of Impacted Teeth / 中国药房

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of Kangfuxin solution combined with Chuangyangling and gelatin sponge on dry socket disease in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus after the extraction of impacted teeth. METHODS: A total of 85 patients with impacted teeth and type 2 diabetes mellitus during Jan. 2016-Jan. 2017 were divided into group A (29 cases), B (25 cases), C (31 cases) according to random number table. All patients were treated with turbine drill method; in group A, Kangfuxin solution + Absorbable gelatin sponge was used to fill the wound site; in group B, Chuangyangling+compound preparation of Kangfuxin solution and gelatin sponge were used to fill the wound site; in group C, the wounds were filled with gauze but without any drugs. All patients received routine anti-infective treatment after surgery for 5-7 d. The time of impacted teeth extraction was observed in 3 groups; granulation tissue coverage integrity rate of tooth socket and the incidence of dry socket disease 7 d after surgery, the incidence of other postoperative complications, treatment cost, satisfaction scores were also comparod. RESULTS: There was no statistical significance in the time of impacted teeth extraction or treatment cost among 3 groups (P＞0. 05). Seven days after surgery, granulation tissue coverage integrity of tooth socket and satisfaction scores were in descending order: group B＞group A＞group C; the incidence of dry sockets were in ascending order: group B＜group A＜group C, with statistical significance (P＜0. 05). The incidence of other postoperative complications as bleeding, pain, swelling, limitation of mouth opening in group A and B were significantly lower than group C, with statistical significance (尸＜0. 05). There were no statistical significance between group A and B (P＞0. 05). CONCLUSIONS: Kangfuxin solution combined with Chuangyangling and gelatin sponge can effectively increase granulation tissue coverage integrity of tooth socket, and reduce the incidence of dry socket disease and other postoperative complications in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, but do not increase economic burden of patients and obtain high patient satisfaction.

The effect of drug injection under bronchoscopy on the retreatment of smear positive cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis / 实用医学杂志

Objective To explore the effect of drug injection under bronchoscopy on the retreatment of smear positive cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods From June 2016 to December 2017,164 cases of pul-monary tuberculosis with smear Yang cavity type were selected,which were divided into 2 groups according to the random digital table method,each groups has 82 cases.The control group received routine treatment,the observa-tion group underwent bronchoscopy with Kangfuxin Liquid combined with drug injection therapy.The clinical effect of the two groups,the changes of lung function before and after treatment and the improvement of clinical symp-toms were compared.Results The clinical curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group, which difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). FEV1,FEV1/FVC,PEF index in the observation group were better than the control group,which difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was lower than the control group,which difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Drug injection under bronchoscopy can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and lung function and promote clinical symptoms in patients with retreated smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis.It is worthy of popu-larization and application.

Clinical Observation of Mesalazine Combined with Kangfuxin Solution Retention Enema in the Treatment of Active Ulcerative Colitis / 中国药房

OBJECTIVE:To observe clinical efficacy and safety of mesalazine combined with Kangfuxin solution retention en-ema in the treatment of active ulcerative colitis(UC). METHODS:A total of 120 patients diagnosed as active UC selected from gastroenterology department of our hospital during Mar. 2012 to Aug. 2014 were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table,with 60 cases in each group. Both groups received conventional treatment of active UC. Control group was additionally given Mesalazine enteric coated tablets 1 g,tid,on the basis of routine treatment.Observation group was ad-ditionally given Kangfuxin solution 30 mL diluted with normal saline 150 mL for enema,qd,on the basis of control group. Both groups were treated for 30 d. The serum levels of TNF-α,IL-1,IL-8,IL-10,SOD,NO and LPO were observed in 2 groups be-fore and after treatment;clinical efficacies,recurrence rates,colonoscopy efficacies and the occurrence of ADR were compared be-tween 2 groups. RESULTS:Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-1,IL-8, IL-10,SOD,NO or LPO between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-1,IL-8,NO and LPO in 2 groups were decreased significantly,while the serum levels of IL-10 and SOD were increased significantly;the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-1,IL-8,NO and LPO in observation group were significantly lower than control group,while the serum levels of IL-10 and SOD were significantly higher than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). Clinical response rate,recur-rence rate and colonoscopy response rate of observation group were 83.3%,11.7% and 88.3%,which were significantly better than 66.7%,30.0%,70.0%of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the in-cidence of ADR between 2 groups(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Mesalazine combined with Kangfuxin solution can effectively alle-viate inflammatory reaction in patients with active UC,and reduce oxygen free radical damage with good safety.

Clinical Observation of Kangfuxin Solution Combined with rhEGF Solution for External Use in the Treat-ment of Vitamin B12 Deficiency Atrophic Glossitis / 中国药房

OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Kangfuxin solution combined with rhEGF solution for external use in the treatment of vitamin B12 deficiency atrophic glossitis. METHODS:Totally 94 patients with vitamin B12 deficien-cy atrophic glossitis in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Hospital during Jul. 2012-Jun. 2015 were divided into observa-tion group and control group according to random number table,with 47 cases in each group. Both groups received etiological treat-ment of vitamin B12 supplement. Control group was additionally given rhEGF solution for external use on tongue surface,qid. Based on control group,observation group was additionally given Kangfuxin solution and applied medical gauze saturated with liq-uid medicine to the affected area,more than 30 min each time,tid. Treatment course of 2 groups lasted for 4 week,a referral of the week. Clinical efficacies were compared between 2 groups as well as average pain indexes and lesion areas of tongue before and after treatment,and the occurrence of ADR. RESULTS:Cure rate(76.6% vs. 57.4%)and total response rate(97.9% vs. 83.0%) of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,with statistical significance (P0.05). 1-4 weeks after treatment,average pain indexes and lesion areas of tongue in 2 groups were significantly decreased,with statistical sig-nificance compared to before treatment (P<0.05). The average pain indexes of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group (3,4 weeks after treatment),and lesion areas of tongue was significantly smaller than control group (2-4 weeks after treatment),with statistical significance(P<0.05). No obvious ADR was found in 2 groups. CONCLUSIONS:For vita-min B12 deficiency atrophic glossitis,Kangfuxin solution combined with rhEGF solution for external use can significantly improve tongue lesion and have good analgesic effect and safety.

Clinical Observation of Kangfuxin Solution Combined with Intense Pulsed Light in the Treatment of Rosacea / 中国药房

OBJECTIVE:To observe effects and safety of Kangfuxin solution combined with intense pulsed light in the treat-ment of rosacea. METHODS:A total of 50 rosacea patients in our hospital during May 2014-Jun. 2016 were divided into control group(25 cases)and observation group(25 cases)according to random number table. Based on oral administration of Metronida-zole tablets,control group received intense pulsed light. Observation group was additionally given Kangfuxin solution for local wet compress after 4 to 6 layers of gauze saturated with liquid,5-10 min,qn. Both groups received treatment for 4 weeks. Clinical effi-cacies,as well as symptom score and DLQI score were compared between 2 groups before and after treatment,and the occurrence of ADR was recorded. RESULTS:The response rate of observation group was 92.0%,which was significantly higher than 64.0%of control group,with statistical significance (P0.05). After treatment,erythe-ma,papules,pustules,itching,telangiectasia score and total score,DLQI score of 2 groups were decreased significantly,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). The incidence of ADR in observation group was 16.0%,which was significantly lower than 40.0% in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Kangfuxin solution combined with intense pulsed light show significant efficacy for rosacea,and can effectively improve erythema,papules,pustules,itching and telangiectasia,and improve the quality of life with good safety.

Efficacy and safety of probiotics combined with kangfuxin solution in treatment of mild and moderate active ulcerative colitis / 中国生化药物杂志

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of probiotics combined with kangfuxin solution in treatment of mild and moderate active ulcerative colitis.Methods 80 cases of patients with mild and moderate active ulcerative colitis(UC)in Nanyang Central Hospital were divided into two groups according to order of admission,each group had 40 cases.The study group of patients were treated with probiotics combined with kangfuxin solution,while the control group of patients were given probiotics alone.All patients were treated for eight weeks,to compare comprehensive efficacy and colonoscopy disease activity score between two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.5%,significantly higher than 80%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 );The colonoscopy disease activity score of the study group after treatment was significantly lower than before treatment and of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 );The two groups of patients had no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion Probiotics combined with kangfuxin solution has a significant efficiency in treatment of active mild and moderate ulcerative colitis.

An observation on therapeutic effect of Kangfuxin solution combined with compound Bingpengsan on pressure sore in patients with diabetes mellitus / 中国中西医结合急救杂志

Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of combining Kangfuxin solution with compound Bingpengsan on patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with pressure sores. Methods Fifty-two diabetes mellitus patients complicated with pressure sores admitted in Department of Emergency in the PLA 155th Central Hospital were divided into observation group and control group by lot method,26 cases in each group. Observation group was treated by combining Kangfuxin solution with compound Bingpengsan,the control group was given Mepliex application therapy,they all had change of dressing once a day. After treatment for 20 days,the therapeutic efficacy of pressure sore,healing time and frequency of changing dressing were observed. Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group〔96.1%(25/26)vs. 80.6%(21/26),P<0.05〕, in the observation group,the pressure sore healing time was significantly shorter than that of the control group(day:Ⅱstage:9.5±1.7 vs. 13.0±2.1,Ⅲstage:13.1±3.1 vs. 18.1±5.1,Ⅳstage:15.3±3.7 vs. 19.6±5.9,all P<0.05)and the number of times of changing dressing was significantly reduced compared with that of control group (times:Ⅱ stage:16.39±1.89 vs. 19.32±2.26,Ⅲ stage:19.56±2.52 vs. 22.36±2.69,Ⅳ stage:23.54±2.86 vs. 26.47±3.96,all P<0.05). Conclusion The Kangfuxin solution combined with compound Bingpengsan for treatment of deep pressure ulcers in patients with diabetes mellitus has significant effect,its cure rate is relatively high,the pressure sore healing time is reduced and the patients' suffering is alleviated.

Clinical observation on effects of Kangfuxin solution in the auxiliary treatment of chronic periodontitis / 中国基层医药

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of Kangfuxin solution as the auxiliary treatment of chronic periodontitis.Methods 41 patients with chronic periodontal diseases were randomly divided into test group and control group.Following initial therapy,Kangfuxin solution was applied to the test group,but the control group received no drug.The bleeding on probing(BOP)was observed before treatment and 1 week after treatment.Results Before treatment.there was no significant difference in the index between the two groups.After initial therapy 1 week,both groups showed improvement in their examined index(all P＜0.01).The results of the test group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.01).Conclusion Kangfuxin solution as the auxiliary treatment of periodontitis could effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and gain good clinical effect.It was worth to be used widely.

Study on Action of kangfuxin Solution on Experimental Gastric ulcer / 中成药

Objective: To study the action of kangfuxin solution on the experimental gastric ulcer.Methods: The rat gastric ulcer models induced by the ligated pylorus and burned acetic acid, the gastric moucosa injury model induced by the absolute ethyl alcohol were used.Results: Kanfuxin solution possessed the protective action on the rat gastric ulcer model induced by the ligated pylorus and rat gastic mucosa injury model induced by the absolute ethyl alcohol, but didn't affect the rat gastric ulcer model induced by burned acetic acid. Conclusion: Kangfuxin Solution also has the actions of inhibiting the output of gastric acid and pepsin.
