Résumé

Sphingolipid metabolism is widely involved in the functional regulation of different cells, and also plays an important role in ocular tissues.Sphingosine 1-phosphate (S1P) is the end product of sphingolipid metabolism and has been shown to play an important role in the onset and development of eye diseases.S1P signaling pathway is widely expressed in various ocular cells and is involved in the regulation of cell proliferation, differentiation, migration and apoptosis.S1P activates a variety of signaling pathways by binding to corresponding receptors and thus plays a wide range of physiological and pathological effects in the eye.Recent studies have found that the S1P signaling pathway can not only mediate the normal development of blood vessels and nerves in the eye, maintain the normal structure of the ocular tissues, and participate in the metabolism of lipids in the eye, but also has a close relationship with immune-related inflammatory response, pathological fibrosis, destruction of cell functional barrier and other related pathological changes. This paper mainly reviewed the basic overview of the S1P signaling pathway, its physiological role in the eye, and its role in the pathological changes of anterior and posterior segment diseases, so as to provide new directions and targets for the treatment of eye diseases.

Résumé

Objective To determine the effects of the"double random"supervision model of public places in Yangpu District, Shanghai. Methods Using the"double random"data of public places in Yangpu District of Shanghai from 2018 to 2019, we determined the proportion of unqualified public places assessed by daily supervision and"double random"supervision in 2018 and 2019. Moreover, we identified that if the public places that had been penalized in 2018 would be penalized in 2019, which may reflect the effects of the"double random"supervision model. Results The proportion of unqualified public places assessed by"double random"supervision was significantly higher than daily supervision in 2018(χ2 = 58.04, P < 0.05)and 2019(χ2 = 79.24, P < 0.05);however, the proportion of being penalized in the following year between"double random"supervision and daily supervision had no significant difference(χ2 = 1.81, P = 0.18). Conclusion "Double random"supervision may be easier to identify the problems of the supervision subjects than daily supervision; however, it warrants continual efforts to consolidate the regulatory effects.

Résumé

Alzheimer's disease is a neurodegenerative disease closely related to age, which is characterized by cognitive and memory impairment. Extensive studies have confirmed that Wnt/β-catenin signal pathway is involved in the occurrence and development of Alzheimer's disease. With the characteristics of holistic concept and syndrome differentiation, acupuncture is widely used in clinic. Acupuncture plays a role in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease through the regulation of each target and the whole of the pathway. The author reviewed and combed the research on acupuncture treatment of Alzheimer's disease in recent years, and reviewed the regulatory effects of acupuncture on the important components of Wnt/β-catenin signal pathway (Wnt protein, β-catenin, glycogen synthase kinase-3β) and whole, ATP-binding cassette subfamily B member 1 (ABCB1), low density lipoprotein receptor associated protein-1 (LRP-1)..

Résumé

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are endogenous,single-stranded,noncoding RNAs with 18 to 24 nucleotides in length.miRNAs play important regulatory roles by targeting mRNAs for cleavage or translational repression. Thus, they negatively regulate gene expression at the post-transcriptional level.miRNA can degrade target mRNA or inhibit the translational level of their target mRNAs,which in turn affects cell differentiation, proliferation and apoptosis, and thus plays an important role in the regulation in the occurrence of diseases and the development of the organism.Recent studies have shown that miRNA also plays an important regulatory role in the development of thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy (TAO).This article reviewed the regulatory effect of miRNA in the development of TAO,providing a new insight in the pathogenesis and treatment of TAO.

Résumé

OBJECTIVE: To understand the current situation of psychological resilience of sanitation workers and its impact on their happiness. METHODS: A total of 277 sanitation workers from Dongguan City of Guangdong Province were enrolled as study participants by stratified random sampling method. The psychological resilience and happiness were measured by Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale and Campbell Index of Well-being Scale respectively. RESULTS: The median scores of psycological resilience and happiness of the study subjects were 49. 0 and 7. 8,respectively. Psycological resilience was positively correlated with happiness( P < 0. 01). The multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the types of work, education level, personal monthly income and daily working time were the influencing factors of sanitation workers 'psychological resilience( P < 0. 05). The types of work and psychological resilience can significantly predict happiness(P < 0. 05). After controlling the demographic variables such as age, type of work, education level, personal monthly income, and daily working time, the psychological resilience prediction happiness contribution rate increased by 34. 1%(P < 0. 01). Age has a regulating effect on psychological resilience and happiness. Psychological resilience is easier to predict in the second generation( born after 1978) of sanitation workers in the sense of happiness. CONCLUSION: Psycological resilience of sanitation workers affects their happiness. Enhancing psychological resilience can help improve the happiness of sanitation workers.

Résumé

γδT cells account for approximately 1%-10% of T lymphocytes in peripheral blood, but they are more abundant in mucosal tissue.γδT cells can produce a diverse range of cytokines to exert cytotoxic effector function. In addition,γδT cells can act as antigen-presenting cell(APC) to enhance the activity of effector T cells and contribute to autoimmunity.Based on the recognized ligands and their common lack of major histocompatibility (MHC) restriction,γδT cells are considered as nontraditional T cells that link innate and adaptive immunity.Previous studies showed that γδT cells have dual function. They can help to strengthen an immune process, and they might also help to suppress immune response.Up to now, many researches have focused on how γδT cells to impact and regulate the experimental autoimmune uveitis by the interaction between γδT cells with αβT cells,interleukine-17 (IL-17),regulatory T cell (Treg),dendritic cell(DC) and toll-like receptor(TLR).In uveitis,a further understanding of the plasticity of γδT cells is required to specifically identify strategies for intentional modulation of their beneficial or detrimental regulatory activity. Here, the basic biological characteristics and the current knowledge on the regulation mechanism of γδT cells in uveitis disease were reviewed.
