RESUMO

Ingestion of corrosive substances can severely burn the upper digestive tract leading to bleeding or perforation, and may even be life-threatening. Less commonly, damage to the trachea and bronchi is involved. In this paper, a case of corrosive digestive tract injury and lung injury after oral administration of pipeline dredging agent (the main components are hydroxide, sodium carbonate, sodium hypochlorite, etc.) was analyzed. After active rescue treatment, the patient died of massive hemoptysis. It is suggested that serious complications may occur after ingestion of corrosive substances. Timely diagnosis and reasonable medical management are needed to improve the level of recognition and treatment of such diseases.

RESUMO

Objective To study the physiological characteristics of Codonopsis Radix under drought stress; To reveal the physiological mechanism of Codonopsis Radix in response to drought stress. Methods Method of pot experiment was used to set up 4 water treatments: normal water supply, mild stress, moderate stress and severe stress. Through the determination of leaf relative water content, cell membrane permeability, osmotic adjustment contents and protective enzyme activity, the effects of drought stress on physiological characteristics of Codonopsis Radix were studied. Results With the drought stress increased, the chlorophyll a, total chlorophyll content and leaf relative water content of Codonopsis Radix decreased, but chlorophyll b had no obvious change; The conductivity increased first and then decreased; MDA contents increased first and then decreased and then increased; There was no significant change in the rate of superoxide anion production; POD and CAT activity increased; SOD had no significant change; The proline content increased first and then decreased; soluble sugar decreased; soluble protein had no significant change. Conclusion Under the condition of drought stress, by increasing the content of proline to regulate cell osmotic potential, Codonopsis Radixcan increase the antioxidant enzyme activity to reduce membrane lipid peroxidation damage to cells.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To establish the induction and culture system of adventitious roots of Aconitum pendulum Busch. METHODS: By tissue culture, the influences of different explants and plant growth substances on the induction and proliferation of adventitious roots of Aconitum pendulum Busch were investigated. RESULTS: Mixture of MS+2.5 mg·L-1 indole-3-butyric acid (IBA)+0.5 mg·L-1 6-benzylaminopurine (6-BA)+1.0 g·L-1 polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) was the best callus induction medium. Mixture of MS+0.5 mg·L-1 IBA+1.0 g·L-1 PVP was the optimum adventitious root induction medium. Mixture of MS+0.5 mg·L-1 IBA+1.0 g·L-1 PVP was the most suitable adventitious root proliferation medium. CONCLUSION: A culture system is preliminarily established for the induction and proliferation of adventitious roots of Aconitum pendulum, which provides a new way for the resource exploitation and utilization of Aconitum pendulum Busch.

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To optimize the conditions of purifying the total alkaloids in Aconitum szechenyianum with macroporous adsorption resin, and compare the content of total alkaloids and aconitine in A. szechenyianum from different producing areas, in order to provide basis for further studies.</p><p><b>METHOD</b>The orthogonal experiment method was adopted for optimizing the conditions of purifying the total alkaloids in A. szechenyianum with macroporous adsorption resin. The content of total alkaloids and aconitine were determined by using the titration method. The total alkaloids in A. szechenyianum from different producing areas were purified under optimum processing conditions. Aconitine was determined by HPLC.</p><p><b>RESULT</b>Different processing conditions showed different influences on the purification of total alkaloids. The optimum conditions were resin type HPD-722, ethanol concentration of 80% , and ethanol elution volume of 80 mL x min(-1). The contents of aconitine in A. szechenyianum from different producing areas--Qinghai, Maxianshan, Ningxia and Yongdeng were 0.493 5, 0.883 5, 1.527 8, 1.664 4 mg x g(-1), respectively.</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>The optimum processing conditions used in this essay could be used for purifying the total alkaloids and aconitine. A. szechenyianum from Yongdeng and Gansu contains the highest content of aconitine.</p>

RESUMO

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To research the relationship between the seedling grade of angelica and the biomass accumulation, output and quality of product, so as to provide base for establishing seedling standard.</p><p><b>METHOD</b>Thirty seedlings of Angelica were collected from the main production area in Gansu province, such as Minxian, Zahngxian, Dangchang and Weiyuan county, all the samples were measured with weigh of single seedling and the seedling were divided into three grade by the clustering analysis results, the grade were made to treatment to do field test and laboratory experiment.</p><p><b>RESULT</b>The weigh of dry root, above ground and the whole plant in growth period of treatment 2 (the weigh of single seedling between 0.74-1.38 g) were all superior to other treatments and the ck. The treatment 2 had low bolting percentage, the weigh of single root was higher and the yield was the highest. The characters of product from the treatment 2 was well and the content of ferulic acid was higher than the standard of Chinese pharmacopoeia (2010 year part 1).</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>The plant from the grade 2 seedling with larger growth increment, higher output and better quality, which can be the best seedling in production.</p>
