RESUMO

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of treating chloasma with Huoxue Xiaoban Decoction.Methods A total of 80 cases were randomly recruited into a control group and a treatment group, 40 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Huoxue Xiaoban Decoction, while the control group was treated with high dose of Vitamin C. After both groups were treated for a therapeutic course of four weeks, the therapeutic effects were compared between them. Results The total effective rate was 85.0% and 47.5% in the treatment group ands the control group respectively, showing significant difference between the two group (χ2= 12.26, P<0.01 ) . Conclusion Huoxue Xiaoban Decoction was effective in treating chloasma.

RESUMO

Objective To isolate and identify the anti-MRSA bioactive fraction from the fermentation broth of the marine-derived actinomycete AM105.Methods By means of silica gel column chromatography,preparative TLC and Sephadex LH20 column chromatography,the bioactive component was purified.The structure was determined by the spectral methods.Results and Conclusion The bioactive component AM105-Ⅱ was purified and the spectra showed that AM105-Ⅱ was composed of rifamycin S and its isomer,named isorifamycin S,which is a novel structure compound.Its antibacterial activity is better than rifamycin SV according to MIC.

RESUMO

The effects of carbon source, Sodium glutamate, salinity, and incubation temperature on the growth of Thraustochytrium aureum H0 and the production of docosahexaenoic acid were studied. The time course of the cell growth of Thraustochytrium aureum H0 was determined. The results showed that glucose is the best carbon souce and the optimum concentrations of glucose and Sodium glutamate are 30g ? L-1 and 5g ? L-1 respectively. The suitable salinity is half of salinity of sea water. Under the optimum culture conditions, 6. 2g ? L-1 of the dry cell weight and 0. 51g ? L-1 of the docosahexaenoic acid were obtained.

RESUMO

Objective To establish a gas chromatography(GC) method for the determination of camphor,isoborneol,borneol,cinnamaldehyde and eugenol in Tonglikang ointment.Methods Polyethylene glycol with 100 %of application concentration was used as stationary liquid phase.GC was equipped with FID detector at 250 ℃and programmed heating method was applied.Results The resolution and the linearity were good with the recovery rate of camphor being 96.21 %(RSD=1.03 %),isoborneol 97.34 %(RSD=0.99 %),borneol 97.07 %(RSD=1.00 %),cinnamaldehyde 96.00 %(RSD=1.37 %),and eugenol 100.99 %(RSD=1.07 %) respectively.Conclusion The method is convenient,rapid and accurate.It can be used to control the quality of Tonglikang ointment.
