RESUMO

The Serum monlandlyhyde (MDA) and the rea blood cell superoxide dismutase (SOD) were measured in 33 primary liver cancer patients. The results showed: (t). The content level of the serum MDA increased in these patients. (2) . The SOD activity markedly decreased. These demonstrated that in the pathologic process of primary liver can- cer, lipid peroxidation reaction increased, which may be caused by chemistry carcinogin.
