RESUMO

Objective This paper aimed at the management needs of the digital technique research-type laboratory of stomatology to explore a "three-stage training management" mode under the concept of "Standard Operating Procedures" (SOP) to improve the traditional training model for laboratory.Methods Experimental technology training management is an important step to insure the safely running of college research-type laboratory.Digital oral medical experimental technique is a kind of new technique developed in recent years,it is one of the important technical means of oral medical research today.In this paper,we based on the scientific research service demand of digital technique research-type laboratory in oral medical colleges explored and established a kind of three-stage training management mode under the concept of "Standard Operating Procedures".This training management mode included network self-study training,laboratory practical training and regular self-study training.Results The SOP training management model has achieved a good preliminary application effect in Peking University School and Hospital of Stomatology.Conclusions The training management model established in this study could improve the traditional training model and provide a theoretical support and experience for the domestic oral medical colleges.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate the association between DNA methyltransferase 3B(DNM T3B) promoter single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) with susceptibility to gastric cancer (GC) in Han population of Suqian region .Methods A total of 233 pa-tients with gastric cancer were recruited into the study group ,208 healthy persons were recruited in the control group .Genomic DNA was extracted from peripheral blood ,and the frequency distribution of -579G> T locus in DNMT3B promoter region was de-tected by polymerase chain reaction with restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) .Results The distribution of TT genotypes compared with GT +GG in all the two groups were significantly different (χ2 =6 .517 ,P<0 .05) .When stratified by age , there was significant difference between TT and GT + GG genotypes at the age range ≥60 years(χ2 = 4 .728 ,P< 0 .05) .When stratified by gender ,there was no significant difference between different gender groups (χ2 = 3 .541 ,P> 0 .05 ;χ2 = 3 .676 ,P>0 .05) .Conclusion The DNMT3B -579G> T is associated with the genetic susceptibility of gastric cancer .It might be a risk fac-tor of gastric cancer .

RESUMO

Objective To observe the influence of inactive FRMD4A gene′s expression on the biological behavior of tongue cancer CAL-27cell. Methods FRMD4A-siRNA was transfered into CAL-27 cell by lipidosome, to the expression of FRMD4A-siRNA in CAL-27 cell after transfection was detect by qRT-PCR cell proliferation , was checked by CCK-8,the influence of inactive FRMD4A gene on cell cycle distribution of CAL-27 cell was assayed by flow cytometry. Results Compared with the control group, FRMD4A mRNA expression significantly reduced in FRMD4A-siRNA interfering group (94%) and the cell proliferation index decreased(P<0.05). The cell cycle arrested in G1 period (P<0.05). Conclusion FRMD4A-siRNA could effectively inhibit FRMD4A mRNA expression in tongue cancer CAL-27cell, impact the distribution of cell cycle, and reduce cell proliferation.

RESUMO

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To develop a dental CAD/CAM system with the autonomic intellectual property.</p><p><b>METHOD</b>28 standard teeth crowns were scanned using a newly 3-D laser scanner. As a development platform the Matlab 5.3 were used to process the acquired data, also be used to define the characterized areas on the surfaces of the crowns and to change the crowns form. The software of Surfacer 10.5 to develop a new CAD software for fixed prosthetics, and the 3.5 axis numerical controlled machine to manufacture the prosthetics were used.</p><p><b>RESULT</b>It is the first time, the 3D graphic data bank of Chinese teeth crowns with a standard form was established. A software of the occlusal adjustment and the form modification were developed. It is also the first time, the authors realized the whole process to use the CAD-CAM for the manufacture of a crown.</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>The successful result shows, that we have already mastered well the base theory, the mathematics method, the technology of a CAD-CAM system. It provides the basics for the future development.</p>
