RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To synthesize sacroflavonoside for laying foundation for the future study of its anti-tumor activity. METHODS: Sacroflavonoside was synthesized by nucleophilic addition, electrophilic substitution and dehydration cyclization reaction, and its structure was identified by NMR and MS. RESULTS: Sacroflavonoside was obtained by chemical synthesis and the yield was 53%. CONCLUSION: The synthesis process of sacroflavonoside is simple, the reaction condition is moderate, the raw material is easy to obtain and it is easy to prepare on a large scale.

OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of the ether extract from Artemisia integrifolia L. METHODS: The chemical constituents of the ether extract from Artemisia integrifolia L were isolated by chromatography. Their structures were identified by NMR data analysis. RESULTS: Ten compounds, namely chamazulene(1), acetylene(E)-2(2), acetylene(E)-3(3), acetylene(Z)-4(4), eugenol(5), palmitic acid(6), oleic acid(7), linoleic acid(8), linolenic acid(9), and 12,13-epoxy linolenic acid(10) were obtained from the ether extract from Artemisia integrifolia L. CONCLUSION: Compounds 1-5 are isolated from this plant for the first time.

RESUMO

AIM To study the chemical constituents from Hosta plantaginea (Lam.) Aschers flowers.METHODS The aqueous extract of H.plantaginea was isolated and purified by Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC column,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by spectral data.RESULTS Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde (1),4-hydroxylacetophenone (2),5,7-dimethoxy-8-rnethyl-4'-hydroxyflavan (3),5,7-dimethoxy-4'-hydroxyflavan (4),epicatechin (5),catechin (6),epigallocatechin (7),gallocatechin (8),coumaric acid (9),phenethyl-O-β-D-glucoside (10),acetophenone-4-O-β-D-glucoside (11),2-hydroxyl-6-methoxyacetophenone-4-O-β-D-glucoside (12),3,4-dihydroxycinnamyl alcohol-3-O-glucoside (13).CONCLUSION All the compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.

OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of the chloroform extract from the aerial parts of Artemisa sacrorum. METHODS: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel and LH-20 column chromatography and preparation HPLC. Their structures were identified by spectral analysis methods. RESULTS: Thirteen compounds were obtained and identified as 5-hydroxyl-7, 4'-dimethoxyflavone(1), 4-hydroxylacetophenone(2), 5, 4'-dihydroxyl-7, 3'-dimethoxyflavone(3), 5, 7-dihydroxyl-6, 4'-dimethoxyflavone(4), 5, 7-dihydroxyl-6, 4'-methoxyflavone(5), 5, 4'-dihydroxyl-7-methoxyflavone(6), caffeic acid(7), 8-hydroxyl-6, 7-dimethoxycoumarin(8), 3, 4-dihydroxylbenzoic acid (9), acetophenone-4-O-β-D-glucoside(10), 6-methoxycoumarin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(11), 6, 8-dimethoxycoumarin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(12), and 2-hydroxyl-6-methoxyacetophenone-4-O-β-D-glueoside(13). CONCLUSION: Compounds 3, 4, 5, 9, 10 and 12 are isolated from this plant for the first time.

RESUMO

The present study was designed to isolate and characterize the analgesic compounds of Artemisa sacrorum Ledeb. The EtOAc crude extracts from the aerial parts of Artemisa sacrorum Ledeb were separated by chromatography and the structures of new compounds were elucidated based on spectral analyses. Analgesic activities of the isolated compounds were assessed in rats with hot plate test and paw pressure assay. Two new flavone C-glycosides, named as Sacroroside A and B (Compounds 1 and 2) were isolated from the EtOAc crude extract of the aerial parts ofArtemisa sacrorum Ledeb. They showed significant analgesic effects. In conclusion, Compounds 1 and 2 are new natural products, which show significant analgesic effects in a dose-dependent manner.

RESUMO

Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from the stems of Syringa pinnatifolia var. alashanensis. Methods: The volatile oil from the stems of S. pinnatifolia var. alashanensis was obtained by steam distillation. They were isolated by chromatography on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 columns and TLC, etc. The structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods, including extensive 1D and 2D NMR techniques. Results: Five sesquiterpenes were isolated from the volatile oil. Conclusion: Compound 1 is a new sesquiterpene. © 2013 Tianjin Press of Chinese Herbal Medicines.

OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of roots of Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch) Bge. var. mongholicus (Bge) Hsiao. METHODS: The chemical constituents of Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch) Bge. var. mongholicus (Bge) Hsiao were isolated and purified by D101 column chromatography and preparation HPLC. Their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis methods. RESULTS: Seven compounds were obtained and identified as 4, 4′-dimethyl-6′-hydroxychalcone (1), 4-methoxy-4′, 6′-dihydroxychalcone(2), 7, 4′-dihydroxyflavonone(3), 4, 4′, 6′-trihydroxychalcone(4), 4′-hydroxyflavonone-7-O-β-D-glucoside(5), 2′-hydroxy-3′, 4′-dimethylisoflavan-7-O-β-Z)-glucoside(6), and 3, 2′-dihydroxy-3′, 4′-dimethylisoflavan-7-O-β-D-glucoside (7). CONCLUSION: All these compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.

RESUMO

Objective: To study the chemical constituents of CHCl3 extract from Helianthemum ordosicum. Methods: The chemical constituents of CHCl3 extract from H. ordosicum were isolated and purified by kinds of chromatography. Their structures were identified by spectral methods. Results: Twelve compounds, namely β-sitosterol (1), stigmast-4-en-3-one (2), ferulic acid butyl ester (3), benzoic acid dibutyl ester (4), benzoic acid (5), coffee acid (6), ferulic acid (7), epicatechin (8), catechin (9), gallocatechin (10), epigallocatechin (11), and gallocatechin-(4α, 8)-epigallocatechin (12), were obtained and identified from the CHCl3 extract. Conclusion: Compounds 1-12 are isolated from this plant for the first time, of which compounds 2 and 8-12 are isolated from genus Helianthemum Mill. for the first time.

AIM@#To study the chemical constituents of Lomatogonium carinthiacum (Wulfen) Rchb.@*METHOD@#The CHCl3-soluble fraction was separated by chromatography and the structures of the new compounds were elucidated by spectral experiments.@*RESULTS@#Two new xanthones, 1, 8-dihydroxy-4, 5-dimethoxy-6, 7-methylenedioxyxanthone (1), 1, 4, 8-trimethoxyxanthone-6-O-β-D-glucoronyl-(1→6)O-β-D-glucoside (2) were isolated from the whole plant of Lomatogonium carinthiacum.@*CONCLUSION@#Compounds 1 and 2 are new natural products.

OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of the aerial parts of Cuscuta chinensis Lam. METHODS: The chemical constituents of Cuscuta chinensis Lam were isolated and purified by silica gel, LH-20 column chromatography and preparation HPLC, etc. Their structures were identified by means of spectra comparison with authentic samples. RESULTS: Ten compounds were obtained and identified as 5,3'-dihydroxy-3,6,7,4'-tetramethoxy flavone (I), 5,3'-dihydroxy-6,7,4'-tritermethoxy flavone (II), 5,7,3'-triterhydroxy-6,4'-dimethoxy flavone (III), quercetin (IV), hyperoside (V), kaempferol (VI), 5,7,3'-triterhydroxy-4'-methoxy flavone (VII), luteolin (VIII), 3-methoxy-chrysoeriol-4'-O-β-D-glucoside (IX), and luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (X). CONCLUSION: Compounds I, II, III, VII, IX and X are isolated from this plant for the first time.

Objective To study the chemical constituents of the CHCl3 and EtOAc extracts from Artemisia frigida.Methods The chemical constituents in A.frigida.were isolated with silica gel and LH-20 chromatography and their structures were identified by means of spectra,in same cases by direct comparison with authentic samples.Results Thirteen compounds were obtained and identified as quercetin(Ⅰ),luteolin(Ⅱ),5,7,3'-triterhydroxy-4'-methoxy flavone(Ⅲ),5,7,3'-triterhydroxy-6,4'-dimethoxy flavone(Ⅳ),5,3'-dihydroxy-6,7,4'-tritermethoxy flavone(Ⅴ),5,3'-dihydroxy-3,6,7,4'-tetramethoxy flavone(Ⅵ),methyl phenol(Ⅶ),7-hydroxy coumarin(Ⅷ),7-methoxy coumarin(Ⅸ),caffeic acid(Ⅹ),?-sitosterol(Ⅺ),6,7-dihydroxy coumarin(ⅩⅡ),and 7-hydroxy-5,6-dimethoxy coumarin(ⅩⅢ).Conclusion All these compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
