Se pretende implementar, por medio de la identificación de auto esquemas, un nuevo aporte al desarrollo de la selección, el cual permita agilizar estos procesos, con aportes de diversas técnicas, teorías, metodologías y modelos, retomando lo más relevante y característico de ellos.

It is intended to implement, through the identification of self-schemes, a new contribution to the development of the selection, which allows to speed up these processes, with contributions of various techniques, theories, methodologies and models, taking up the most relevant and characteristic of them.
