Objective:To investigate the effect of child psychological abuse on adult depression in non-only-child families, and to investigate the mediating effects of sibling relationship and resilience.Methods:The child psychological abuse scale (CPAS), the life span sibling relationship scale(LSRS), Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC) and the center for epidemiologic studies depression scale (CES-D) were were used to evaluate 2 995 non-only-child college students from March 2020 to July 2020.Descriptive analysis and correlation analysis were performed by SPSS 21.0 software.The mediating effect was tested by AMOS 23.0 software.Results:(1) The positive rate of childhood psychological abuse was 55.29%.The positive rate of depression(16(9, 24)) was 51.62%.(2) Psychological abuse, sibling relationship, resilience and depression were significantly different in the dimensions of parental relationship ( Z=-17.986, -13.822, -13.771, -12.620, -10.650, -11.524, all P<0.01). There was a significant difference in depression variables ( Z=-2.176, P<0.05). (3) Psychological abuse was positively correlated with depression ( r=0.558, P<0.01), and negatively correlated with sibling relationship and resilience ( r=-0.379, r=-0.270, both P<0.01). Sibling relationship was positively correlated with resilience ( r=0.380, P<0.01), and negatively correlated with depression ( r=-0.366, P<0.01). There was a significant negative correlation between resilience and depression ( r=-0.431, P<0.01). (4) The indirect effect value of psychological abuse on depression was 0.138, accounting for 9.37% of the total effect.Further testing the mediating effect of psychological resilience, adult sibling relationship and child sibling relationship, the single mediating effect of resilience accounted for 3.33% of the total effect, and the chain mediating effect of adult sibling relationship and resilience accounted for 2.76%. Conclusion:The relationship between psychological abuse and depression in non-only child is very close.The relationship between psychological resilience and sibling relationship, especially adult sibling relationship, can alleviate the depression, but this effect is limited to reducing the degree of depression and can not improve the incidence of depression.

Objective: To further optimize the hospital inspection process, shorten the patient waiting time of examination and improve the overall utilization of medical equipment. Methods:HIS and PACS to realize the information system integration by using hospital information platform, and then develop a set of medical equipment reservation system. The doctor workstation through the system could real-time help patient appoint check items, and eliminate patients to check the front desk or reservation center reservation registration steps. Results:The successful application of medical equipment reservation system not only optimize hospital inspection process, shorten the patient waiting in line inspection time, but also increase the utilization rate of MR equipment by 35%. Conclusion: The use of medical equipment reservation system saves the patient queuing registration, waiting for the examination of the time, and improve the utilization rate of hospital medical equipment, create economic benefits for the hospital and brought widespread popularity and reputation for the hospital.

Command of the JCI standards and lessons learnt from practice and experience in JCI accreditation preparation,can help identify the gap between the hospitals and JCI standards.These standards can also guide the clinical pathway system,pharmacy intravenous admixture services system and medical business intelligence system.The information system built under such guidance not only makes an effective solution to existing problems,but also proves innovative.All these pave the way for successful JCI accreditation.

The proliferation of MG63 cells under high glucose intervened with metformin was measured by CCK-8 assay.The activity of intracellular alkaline phosphatase (ALP) was detected by SFBC assay.The expression of related genes was detected by RT-PCR.Metformin promoted the proliferation of MG63 cells (P＜0.01),the activity of ALP was increased (P＜0.05).The expressions of collagen Ⅰ and osteocalcin were up-regulated while the expressions of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-1,MMP-2,MMP-3,and MMP-8 were down-regulated (P＜0.05).The results indicate that metformin may protect osteoblast,via promoting osteoblast proliferation,differentiation and mineralization,as well as by inhibiting degradation of osteoblast extracellular collagen matrix.
RESUMO
Objective To evaluate the PDCA cycle on the rehabilitation of postoperative patients with anal fistula, aiming at improving the recovery of patients and preventing recurrence. Methods 144 postoperative patients of anal fistula were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 72 cases in each group. The observation group received intervention based upon the PDCA cy-cle, and the control group was given the traditional oral propaganda. The recovery time, recurrence rate, mastering of education content and self-control ability were compared in the two groups using t test and χ2 test. Results The mastering level of education content and the self-management skills in the observation group were superior to those of the control group. After 3 to 24 months of follow-up, the observation group showed shorter recovery time and less recurrence rate than that of the control group. Conclusions Nurs-ing intervention based upon PDCA cycle can strengthen the patients' mastering of related knowledge, pro-mote the recovery, reduce recurrence rate and improve the patients' quality of life.
