RESUMO

Objective To observe the clinical application effects of Disposcope endoscope in Univent tube intubation and positioning. Methods Eighty patients underwent scheduled thoracic sur gery (51 males,29 females, aged 18-77 years,ASA Ⅰ-Ⅲ) under one-lung ventilation (OLV) were randomly grouped into two groups:Disposcope endoscope group (group D) and laryngoscope group (group L),40 patients in each group.Group D used Disposcope endoscope for intubation and positio ning while group L used laryngoscope for intubation and auscultation positioning.Patients with difficult intubation, severe ventilation dysfunction and large sputum volume, such as pulmonary hemoptysis and bronchiectasis, were excluded.Intubation and positioning time, airway pressure and arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure (PaCO2) were recorded during double-lung ventilation and OLV,lung collapse effect, and one-time successful intubation ratio, positionging adjustment ratio and the incidence of intubation complications were calculated. Results Intubation and positioning time were significantly longer in group L than in group D [(169.98±52.65)s vs.(102.38±44.45)s](P<0.05),one-time successful intubation ratio in group L was lower than that in group D (80% vs.97.5%) (P <0.05).The difference of airway pressure and PaCO2 during double-lung ventilation and OLV between the two groups were not statistically significant. The blocker positioning adjust ratio of Univent tube in group L was significantly higher than that in group D (22.5% vs.7.5%)(P<0.05).The incidence of bleeding and sore throat after operation in group L were significantly higher than those in group D (27.5% vs.7.5%,37.5% vs.15%) (P<0.05).Conclusion Compare with laryngoscope for intubation and auscultation positioning,Disposcope endoscope used for Univent tube intubation and positioning needs shorter time for intubation and positioning, higher successful one-time intubation ratio, less positioning adjustment. It also reduces the incidence of intubation complications.

RESUMO

Meiotic recombination is carried out through a specialized pathway for the formation and repair of DNA double-strand breaks (DSBs) made by the Spo11 protein. The present study shed light on the functional role of cyclin, CYC2, in Tetrahymena thermophila which has transcriptionally high expression level during meiosis process. Knocking out the CYC2 gene results in arrest of meiotic conjugation process at 2.5-3.5 h after conjugation initiation, before the meiosis division starts, and in company with the absence of DSBs. To investigate the underlying mechanism of this phenomenon, a complete transcriptome profile was performed between wild-type strain and CYC2 knock-out strain. Functional analysis of RNA-Seq results identifies related differentially expressed genes (DEGs) including SPO11 and these DEGs are enriched in DNA repair/mismatch repair (MMR) terms in homologous recombination (HR), which indicates that CYC2 could play a crucial role in meiosis by regulating SPO11 and participating in HR.

RESUMO

Cells can adapt to environment and development by reconstructing their transcriptional networks to regulate diverse cellular processes without altering the underlying DNA sequences. These alterations, namely epigenetic changes, occur during cell division, differentiation and cell death. Numerous evidences demonstrate that epigenetic changes are governed by various types of determinants, including DNA methylation patterns, histone posttranslational modification signatures, histone variants, chromatin remodeling, and recently discovered chromosome conformation characteristics and non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs). Here, we highlight recent efforts on how the two latter epigenetic factors participate in the sophisticated transcriptional process and describe emerging techniques which permit us to uncover and gain insights into the fascinating genomic regulation.

RESUMO

Objective To probe into the effect of community health education in comprehensive treatment of type 2 diabetes mellltus(T2DM)patients.Methods 120 cases of T2DM patients were claasified randomly into the intervention group(55 cases)and the control group (65 cases). After systematic diabetes knowledge education was given to the intervention group, individualized intensive education was accepted by each patient of the intervention group.General diabetic education was taken by the control group. The levels of plasma glucose, urinary glucoee, glycosylated hemoglobin and blood-fat were tested before and 3,6 months after education. Results Six months after education, the level of self care ability, self care technique, self care sense of responsibility and health knowledge were higher than those before education in both groups. And six months after education the levels of HbAlc,TC and TG in the intervention group and the control group improved obviously. All indicators in the intervention group were better than those in the control group.Conctusions Community health education can effectively improve self care ability, self care technique, self care sense of responsibility and health knowledge of diabetes patients, and can improve their glucolipide metabolic level as well.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate the effect of prescription of dispersing stagnated liver and strengthening spleen combined with psychological care in treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods 60 patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into the nursing group and the control group with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with oral intake of non-boiled prescription of dispersing stagnated liver and strengthening spleen. The nursing group was treated with psychological care on the basis of the control group. Both groups were assessed with SCL-90,HAMD,HAMA and symptom scales before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment. Results HAMD,HAMA,SCL-90 scores and symptom score were improved after treatment in both groups, the treatment effect of the nursing group improved more significantly than the control group. Conclusions To give patients with functional dyspepsia the prescription of dispersing stagnated liver and strengthening spleen combined with psychological care can significantly improve symptoms of functional dyspepsia and psychological symptoms.

RESUMO

Objective To probe the effect of nursing interventions on depression of patients with acute stroke. Methods 72 cases of stroke patients with depression screened by Hamilton depression scale (HAMD)were divided into the intervention group and the control group with 36 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment. The intervention group wag given nursing intervention based on routine treatment. The effect was assessed before and after 3,6 and 12 months of intervention with Zung self-rating depression scale(SDS)and improved Rankin scale(MRS). Results The value of SDS after 3,6 or 12 months was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the value of MRS was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention can reduce depression in patients with post-stroke depression.
