RESUMO

ObjectiveTo investigate the attenuating effect of Dioscoreae Bulbiferae Rhizoma(DBR) processed with Phaseoli Radiati Semen(PRS) juice, and explore the attenuating mechanism based on ferroptosis of the main toxic target organ. MethodSixty male ICR mice were randomly divided into blank group, DBR group, water roasted DBR group(hereinafter referred to as water group), PRS juice-roasted DBR group 1(DBR-PRS 10∶1, stuffy moistening for 40 min, stir-fried at 130 ℃ for 18 min, hereinafter referred to as group 1), PRS juice-roasted DBR group 2(DBR-PRS 10∶1, stuffy moistening for 80 min, stir-fried at 100 ℃ for 14 min, hereinafter referred to as group 2), PRS juice-roasted DBR group 3(DBR-PRS=20∶3, stuffy moistening for 40 min, stir-fried at 160 ℃ for 14 min, hereinafter referred to as group 3). The raw and processed groups of DBR were gavaged with their corresponding 95% ethanol extract at a dose of 3 g·kg-1·d-1, while the blank group was gavaged with an equal volume of 0.5% sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, once a day for 14 consecutive days. Hematoxylin-eosin(HE) staining was used to observe the histopathological changes of mouse liver. Alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) levels in serum, as well as malondialdehyde(MDA), ferrous ions(Fe2+), reduced glutathione(GSH) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) levels in liver tissue were detected by the biochemical detection. Western blot was used to detect the expression of iron key proteins such as ferritin heavy chain 1(FTH1) and glutathione peroxidase 4(GPX4). ResultHE staining results showed that the liver tissue structure of the blank group was clear, the morphology of hepatocytes was normal, the cytoplasms of hepatocytes in the DBR group and water group were loose and vacuolar, with obvious pathological damages, and the pathologic damages of mice in the group 1-3 were significantly improved. Compared with the blank group, the levels of ALT, AST, MDA and Fe2+ in mice from the DBR group were significantly increased(P<0.01), while GSH and SOD levels were significantly reduced(P<0.01), and the protein expression levels of FTH1 and GPX4 were significantly decreased(P<0.01). Compared with the DBR group, the ALT, AST,MDA and Fe2+ levels of mice in the group 1-3 were significantly reduced(P<0.05, P<0.01), the GSH and SOD levels and the protein expression levels of FTH1 and GPX4 were significantly increased(P<0.01). Compared with the water group, the AST and MDA levels of mice in the group 1-3 were significantly reduced(P<0.05, P<0.01), the SOD level significantly increased(P<0.05, P<0.01), the FTH1 protein expression significantly increased(P<0.01), and the serum ALT level of mice in the group 2-3 significantly reduce(P<0.01), Fe2+ level significantly reduced(P<0.01), GSH level significantly increased(P<0.05, P<0.01), and GPX4 protein expression significantly increased(P<0.05, P<0.01). Among the group 1-3, the group 3 had the best detoxification effect. ConclutionProcessing with PRS juice can reduce the liver injury induced by DBR, and the mechanism may be related to the inhibition of ferroptosis in the liver.

Objective:To explore the consistency of MRI-based ovarian-adnexal report and data system (O-RADS) score and its diagnostic value for ovarian adnexal masses.Methods:The MRI data of 309 patients with ovarian adnexal masses confirmed by pathology were retrospectively collected from January 2017 to August 2021 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University, including 327 lesions consisted of 250 benign lesions, 21 borderline lesions, and 56 malignant lesions confirmed by pathology. Borderline and malignant lesions were classified into the malignant group ( n=77) and benign lesions were classified as benign group ( n=250). Two radiologists scored all lesions according to the MRI-based O-RADS, and scored again after 6 months. The proportion of borderline/malignant lesions in each MRI-based O-RADS score was calculated. The weighted Kappa test was used to assess the intra-reader and inter-reader consistency of the image interpretation results. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis was used to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of MRI-based O-RADS classification for distinguishing benign and malignant ovarian adnexal masses. Results:The weighted Kappa value of the MRI-based O-RADS score between the two radiologists was 0.810 (95%CI 0.764-0.855), and the weighted Kappa values of the two radiologists′ scores at different times were 0.848 (95%CI 0.806-0.889) and 0.875 (95%CI 0.835-0.914), respectively. The borderline/malignant lesions accounted for 0/16, 0.8% (1/127), 10.1% (10/99), 76.0% (57/75), 9/10 and 0/17, 0 (0/122), 8.0% (8/100), 76.2% (48/63), and 84.0% (21/25) of the lesions in the two radiologists based on the MRI O-RADS score of 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, respectively. When adopting O-RADS score>3 as a cut-off value, the area under the ROC curve of the two radiologists for distinguishing benign and malignant ovarian adnexal masses was 0.928 (95%CI 0.895-0.954) and 0.942 (95%CI 0.911-0.965), respectively. The sensitivity was 0.857 and 0.896, the specificity was 0.924 and 0.924, and the accuracy was 0.908 and 0.917 respectively.Conclusion:The MRI-based O-RADS yields high diagnostic efficiency in the evaluation of benign and malignant ovarian adnexal masses, and the intra-reader and inter-reader consistency of the image interpretation is strong.

Objective:To investigate the effect of continuous balloon pressure monitor in children with postoperative tracheal intubation after congenital heart disease(CHD).Methods:Children admitted to the intensive care unit after CHD surgery were selected and divided into two groups using a random number table.Under the same treatment principles, the intervention group used a continuous balloon pressure monitor to manage the balloon pressure, and the control group used a manual balloon pressure meter.The clinical outcomes of two groups were compared.Results:A total of 84 children were enrolled, including 40 in intervention group and 44 in control group.There were no significant differences in age, sex, intubation depth and intubation type between two groups(all P>0.05).The rates of ventilator leakage in the intervention and control groups were 17.5% and 20.5%, respectively, and the rates of misaspiration in two groups were 0 and 6.8%, respectively, with no statistically significant differences(all P>0.05).The duration of mechanical ventilation in intervention group was longer than that in control group[median ventilator time 44.0(41.7, 73.5)h vs.43.0(38.9, 60.5)h, P=0.024], but the rates of abnormal balloon pressure(10.0% vs.81.8%, P<0.001), the rate of laryngeal edema after withdrawal(2.5% vs.18.2%, P=0.031)and the rate of vocal difficulties(7.5% vs.25.0%, P=0.032)were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion:Continuous balloon pressure monitoring can automatically maintain balloon pressure in the normal range, reduce complications associated with artificial airways, and have a positive effect on the maintenance of the airway in children.

ObjectiveBased on the antidepressant activity, the optimal ratio of Rehmanniae Radix and Lilii Bulbus in Baihe Dihuangtang was optimized and its possible mechanism was preliminarily explored. MethodA total of 100 male mice were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Rehmanniae Radix single decoction group, Lilii Bulbus single decoction group, and 5 different ratios of Baihe Dihuangtang group (Rehmanniae Radix-Lilii Bulbus 5∶6, 5∶5 , 5∶4, 5∶3, 5∶2), fluoxetine hydrochloride group. Except for the normal group, the remaining 9 groups were treated with chronic unpredictable mild stress method (CUMS) for 21 consecutive days to establish the depression mouse model.The Rehmanniae Radix single decoction group, Lilii Bulbus single decoction group and 5 different ratios of Baihe Dihuangtang group were administered with corresponding drugs at a dose of 2 g·kg-1 respectively, and fluoxetine hydrochloride group was administered fluoxetine hydrochloride at a dose of 0.01 g·kg-1, the normal group and the model group were respectively given an equal volume of normal saline by gavage for 21 consecutive days. The antidepressant effect of Baihe Dihuangtang with different ratios was evaluated by behavioral experiments. Western blot was used to detect the expression levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and tyrosine kinase receptor B (TrkB) in hippocampus. The level of total superoxide dismutase (SOD) in hippocampus was detected by hydroxylamine method. The level of reduced glutathione (GSH) in hippocampus was detected by spectrophotometric method. The levels of glutathione peroxidase (GPX) and glutathione S-transferase (GST) in hippocampus was detected by colorimetric method. The level of malondialdehyde (MDA) in hippocampus was detected by thiobarbituric acid method, and preliminary exploration of its antidepressant mechanism. ResultCUMS caused a significant decrease in the preference rate of sugar water and a significant prolongation of forced swimming and tail suspension immobility time (P<0.01), while the different ratios of Baihe Dihuangtang and the single decoction of Rehmanniae Radix and Lilii Bulbus were significantly reversed to varying degrees. Abnormalities of the above indicators were observed (P<0.05, P<0.01), especially when the ratio of 5∶6 had the most obvious effect on the above indicators, Moreover, CUMS caused the hippocampal BDNF and the expression of TrkB, SOD and glutathione antioxidant-related indexes were significantly decreased (P<0.01), and the levels of lipid peroxidation product MDA was significantly increased (P<0.01). However, the superior ratio of Baihe Dihuangtang (Rehmanniae Radix-Lilii Bulbus 5∶6, 5∶5, 5∶4) and the single decoction of Rehmanniae Radix and Lilii Bulbus significantly reversed the abnormality of the above indicators to varying degrees (P<0.05, P<0.01). ConclusionIn summary, 5 different ratios of Baihe Dihuangtang and the single decoction of Rehmanniae Radix and Lilii Bulbus can produce antidepressant effect, especially when the ratio of 5∶6 had the most obvious effect on the above indicators, and the antidepressant effect gradually weakens with the proportion of Lilii Bulbus in the recipe decreases, and its mechanism may involve enhancing the nutritional level and antioxidant defense ability of hippocampal central nervous system.

Objective To explore the difference in efficacy between multiparametric MRI (Mp-MRI) based on prostate imaging reporting and data system version 2 (PI-RADS v2) and abbreviated biparametric MRI (Bp-MRI) in detecting prostate cancer (PCa) and clinically significant prostate cancer (csPCa), and to evaluate the consistency of image interpretation between different readers. Methods The imaging, pathological and clinical data of patients with prostatic Mp-MRI in our hospital from February 2015 to June 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. At the beginning, 250 patients were randomly selected. Two radiologists visually evaluated the images of those patients using two 5-point scoring schemes based on Mp-MRI and Bp-MRI. The remaining cases were independently proceeded by one of the radiologists using two schemes respectively. Weighted Kappa test was used to assess the consistency of the results interpreted by the two radiologists. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to evaluate the efficiency of the two scoring schemes in detecting PCa and csPCa, and with Z test to investigate whether there was any difference in detection efficiency between the two schemes. Results Nine hundred and seventy eight patients were eventually enrolled in the study. The results of the consistency assessment showed that there was good agreement between the two radiologists, whether using Mp-MRI or Bp-MRI, with the weighted Kappa coefficient of 0.800 and 0.812, respectively. The ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve (AUC) of PCa detected by Mp-MRI and Bp-MRI was 0.873 and 0.879, respectively, and the AUC of csPCa detected was 0.922 and 0.932, respectively. In addition, there was no statistically significant difference between the AUC of PCa and csPCa detected by the two schemes (P>0.05). Conclusion The Bp-MRI scoring scheme has good stability in the evaluation of benign and malignant prostate, and its detection efficiency of PCa or csPCa is not lower than that of standard Mp-MRI based on PI-RADS v2.

Objective@#To explore the effect of cluster skin management (SSKIN) on reducing the incidence of stress skin injury in children with congenital heart disease during perioperative period.@*Methods@#Delphi method was used to establish cluster skin management specialty to formulate SSKIN. Skin outcomes of 863 children before SSKIN implementation (control group) and 819 children after SSKIN implementation (experimental group) were analyzed and compared through personnel training, program application and supervision.@*Results@#The incidence of stress skin injury, stage I stress skin injury and occipital pressure injury were 5.1% (44/863), 4.4% (38/863), 2.5% (22/863) in the control group and 2.3% (19/819), 2.2% (18/819), 0.7% (6/819) in the experimental group, respectively. There were significant differences between the two groups (χ2 = 8.999, 6.350, 8.472, P < 0.01 or 0.05). The incidence of stress skin injury in delayed chest closure and continuous positive airway pressure were 27.9%(17/61), 23.4%(18/77) in the control group and 11.5%(6/52), 8.9%(7/79) in the experimental group, respectively. There were significant differences between the two groups(χ2=4.618, 6.105, P<0.05).@*Conclusions@#The SSKIN is effective at prevent congenital heart disease patients with high risk of stress skin injury. It can improve the skin outcomes in children.

Objective@#To improve the clinical outcomes and critical care quality for pediatric extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), the multidisciplinary team including doctors, nurses and respiratory therapist designed a daily checklist for patients with ECMO and evaluated the effect of the checklist.@*Methods@#A daily checklist for ECMO patients was designed based on the expert consensus and multi-centers relevant researches. ECMO patients from January 2015 and May 2017 in the pre-application group, while the other patients from June 2017 to December 2018 in the post-application group were compared in the clinical outcomes.@*Results@#All 78 pediatric patients used the venoarterial extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (VA-ECMO) including 27 patients in the pre-application group and the other 51 patients in the post-application group. The mortality rate was 49.02%(25/51) in the post-application group and 81.48%(22/27) in the pre-application group, the differences were significant (χ2=7.768, P=0.005). The rates of central line-associated bloodstream infection, pressure injury and the body weight change was 2/5, 4/5, -2.70(-3.50--2.05) in the pre-application group and 3.85%(1/26), 26.92%(7/26), -0.09(-1.00-0.00) in the post-application group,the differences were significant (χ2=4.505, 5.161, Z=3.252, P<0.05 or 0.01).@*Conclusions@#It is helpful for clinical staff to follow up the progress of the multiple organs when using the daily checklist, to facilitate team communication for, and to improve nursing management through setting the daily targets for individual VA-ECMO patients.

Objective To investigate the value and diagnostic efficiency of the quantitative dynamic contrast enhanced-magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI) and intravoxel incoherent motion (IVIM) parameters using three dimention (3D)-histogram analysis for discriminating the Gleason score (GS) of prostate cancer. Methods A total of 53 patients pathologically confirmed as prostate cancer by systemic prostate biopsy who had routine , DCE and DWI-MRI scans were retrospectively analyzed. There were 15 cases for low-risk and 38 cases for intermediate/high-risk prostate cancer. The 3D ROI of all lesions based on T2WI was achieved by image registration to get the quantitative parameters of DCE-MRI and DWI-IVIM. The parameters of DCE-MRI contains: transfer constant (Ktrans), rate constant (Kep) and extracellular-extravascular volume fraction (Ve).The DWI-IVIM related quantitative parameters were ADC, diffusion coefficient (D), diffusion coefficient related to perfusion (D*) and perfusion fraction (f). Then the histogram analysis of these quantitative parameters was performed to get the mean, median, 25th percentile, 75th percentile, Skewness and Kurtosis. Using the Spearman rank correlation analysis to evaluate the correlation of these parameters and GS of prostate cancer. The diagnostic performance of these quantitative histogram parameters related to the GS in identifying low-risk and intermediate/high-risk of prostate cancer was carried by ROC. Results The Kep and Ktrans (mean, median, 25th, 75th) of DCE-MRI were positively correlated with GS (r value was 0.346 to 0.696, P<0.05). The ADC (mean, median, 25th, 75th), D (mean, median, 25th, 75th, Skewness, Kurtosis) and D*(25th) of DWI-IVIM were correlated with GS (r value was-0.544 to 0.428, P<0.05). The DCE-MRI quantitative parameters Kep (25th) had the highest area under curve (AUC, 0.961); The ADC (median) and D (25th) had higher AUC( 0.832, 0.888) in the quantitative parameters of DWI-IVIM, the difference between Kep(25th) and ADC (median) was statistically significant (Z value was 2.212, P value was 0.027). The difference of AUC between Kep (25th) and D (25th), D (25th) and ADC (median) was not statistically significant (Z values were 1.027 and 1.398, P values were 0.162 and 0.304, respectively).Conclusion DCE and IVIM quantitative parameters (Kep, Ktrans, ADC, D) histogram analysis results are correlated with GS, and can be used for distinguishing low-risk from intermediate/high-risk prostate cancer.

Objective To explore the chromosome abnormality characteristics and ethnic differences in patients with M2 subtype acute myeloid leukemia (AML-M2) in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.Methods The chromosome karyotypes of 80 cases of AML-M2 were detected by using 24 hours short-term culture method and R banding technique.The chromosome abnormality characteristics and ethnic differences were analyzed.Results In 80 patients,48.75 % (39/80) patients had abnormal chromosome karyotype,with t(8;21) abnormaled in 48.71% (19/39),including pure t(8;21) [15.38 % (6/39)] and t(8;21) with other chromosomal abnormalities [33.3 % (13/39)],witch majority with t(8;21) and lack of sex chromosome (-X or -Y) [23.08 % (9/39)].51.28 % (20/39) patients with the exception of t(8;21) chromosomal abnormalities.The differences of abnormal chromosome karyotype in Han and Uygur patients were statistically significant [62.50 % (25/40) vs 35.00 % (14/40),x2 =16.66,P < 0.01].Conclusion The chromosome karyotype characteristics of Han and Uygur M2 patients exist differences.

Objective To discuss the relationship betwee n chromosome abnormalities and disease progress and prognosis in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). Methods The karyotype of 56 patients with CLL were analyzed, and combined probe was applied to do fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) detection. Results Conventional cytogenetics detection found abnormal karyotype in 26 cases (46.4 %), by comparing the median overall survival (OS), the normal karyotype group (>31.9 months) and abnormal group (24.0 months) had statistically difference (χ2=6.60, P0.05), the OS of patients with p53 or ATM gene abnormality was significantly shorter than that of normal patients. Compared with the patients without genetic abnormality and with 1, 2 or 3 kinds of gene abnormalities, the patients with 4 kinds of gene abnormalities had minimum median OS. According to the modified installment Rai, the OS rate of low and intermediate risk group was higher than that of low risk group (χ2= 10.61, P< 0.05). According to the modified installment Binet stage,the OS rate of stage C was lower than that of stage B (χ2= 6.60, P< 0.05). Conclusion The prognosis of CLL patients in same risk group is very strong heterogeneity, cytogenetics changes and biological indicator are the important prognostic factors of CLL.

Objective To investigate the characteristics of chromosome kayotypes and the relationship between the prognosis and chromosome karyotypes in subtypes of myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS).Methods The study retrospectively analyzed the characteristics of chromosome karyotype of initially diagnosed 151 MDS patients and investigated the rate and time of leukemia transformation and mortality,IPSS score,and compare the ethnic differences of Han and Uyghurs.Results Abnormal karyotype detection rate was 55.0 % (83/151),including simple abnormalities was 53.0 % (44/83),complex abnormalities was 47.0% (39/83).h showed that common abnormal karyotype include-5/5q-,-7/7q-,+8,-20/20q-,-X/-Y,i(17q),9p-/9q-,+21.IPSS score had differences among subtypes (x2 =117.802,P < 0.01).The detection rates of abnormal chromosome had significantly differences between each group,the abnormal karyotype detection rate in high-risk group was significantly higher than those in low risk group and moderate group(P < 0.05).Followup 31 months (5-68 months) and found that the rates of leukemia transformation and mortality were 25.2 % (38/151) and 43.7 % (66/151),the rates of leukemia transformation and mortality in abnormal karyotype group were significantly higher than those in normal karyotype group (P < 0.05).The median survival time in abnormal karyotype was shorter than that in normal one.The distribution of Han and Uyghur patients with MDS subtypes,the characteristics of abnormal karyotype,the rates of leukemia transformation and the rates of mortality had no statistical difference (all P > 0.05).Conclusion Abnormal chromosome karyotype is important index for disease progression and prognosis of MDS patients.

Objective To explore the chromosome kauotype characteristics and the relationship with curative effect in the acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).Methods The bone marrow cells were collected using a short-term culture method.The R banding technique of chromosome karyotype analysis was used in 80 cases of ALL patients.Results Normal karyotype were found in 53 cases (66.2 %),and abnormal karyotype in 27 cases (33.8 %),including structure of chromosome karyotype in 10 cases (12.5 %),chromosome numerical abnormality in 2 cases (2.5 %),abnormal complex karyotype in 15 cases (18.8 %).According to the classification number of distortion,it was found that > 50 diploid in 2 cases (2.5 %),47-50 diploid in 5 cases (6.25 %),false diploid in 18 cases (22.5 %),normal diploid in 53 cases (66.25 %),the diploid in 2 cases (2.5 %),it did not shown any karyotype was triploid or nearly four times.The curative effect of normal karyotype was superior to that of the abnormal karyotype (x2 =19.371,P < 0.01),that of complex karyotype had poorer than that of other karyotype (x2 =9.145,P =0.004),and patients accompaning with the t(9;22)(q34;q11) had poorer than that of other karyotype (x2 =5.785,P =0.021).Conclusions The abnormal chromosome karyotype is random.More common abnormal karyotype is complex karyotype and t(9;22) (q34;q11),which curative effects are poorer.

RESUMO

Objective To observe the antidepressant effect of the volatile oil of Myristica in mice and investigate its mechanism.Methods Healthy male Kunming mice were divided into control group,fluoxetine hydrochloride group,high,medium and low dose group,and all of the mice were gavaged for 7 days.The role of antidepressant on the mice were observed with tail suspension tests and forced swimming tests.Then serotonin(5-HT),dopamine(DA) and norepinephrine (NE) in the brain of the mice were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results Compared with the control group((82.60 ± 24.70)s),the medium dose group could shorten the immobility time of the tail suspension tests ((54.40± 15.87) s),and showed statistical significance (P< 0.05).The content of 5-HT,DA,NE in the brain of the medium group were (19.35±2.79) ng/ml,(12.16±0.71)pg/ml,(0.27±0.12) ng/ml,and control group were (14.95±4.83) ng/ml,(11.32±0.95) pg/ml,(0.20±0.11) ng/ml.Compared with the control group,the content of 5-HT of the medium dose group was increased and showed statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The volatile oil of Myristica fragrans Houtt has antidepressant effect,and may be related to raising the content of 5-HT,DA,NE in the brain of the mice,especially 5-HT.

Objective To examine the use of combination probe fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) in detecting common chromosome abnormalities in myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS),and compare conventional cytogenetic analysis (CCA) with FISH in the role of MDS detection.Methods The chromosome abnormalities of No.5,No.7,No.8,No.20 and Y chromosome in 51 cases of MDS and 10 cases of normal controls were compared by CCA and FISH.Results 51 cases of MDS patients were found by CCA that 43.14 % (22/51) had chromosome anomaly,showing 33.33 % (17/51) abnormalities in above five chromosomes [-5/5q-abnormal 11.76 % (6/51),-7/7q-abnormal 11.76 % (6/51),+8 anomaly 11.76 % (6/51),and q-abnormal 9.80 % (5/51),-Y anomaly 3.92 % (2/51),respectively].Abnormalities in other chromosomes were 9.80 % (5/51).4 cases had abnormal numbers,8 cases had abnormal structures,1 case had abnormalities in both numbers and structures,and 9 cases were diagnosed with complex anomaly.FISH with probe combination detected 22 positive cases (43.1%),among which were-5/5q-abnormal 11.76 %(6/51),-7/7q-abnormal 15.69 % (8/51),+8 anomaly 13.73 % (7/51),q-abnormal 13.73 % (7/51),and-Y anomaly 3.92 % (2/51),respectively.Conclusion Combination of CCA and FISH can improve the detection rate of MDS chromosome anomaly.FISH can identify and correct the false negatives by CCA.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the multi-phase imaging ability of dual source CT coronary angiography and the effects of whole-phase interval reconstruction and the four dimensional(4D)mode of"Inspace"software on the imaging quality of dual source CT coronary angiography.MethodsFifty patients performed coronary CT angiography(CTA),and the images were reconstructed from 10% to 100% of the R-R interval(the reconstruction interval was 10%).The imaging quality scores of the three main coronary arteries were assessed by two experienced radiologists using the 4D mode of"Inspace"software On workstation.ResultsThe average scores of imaging quality in the RCA.LAD and LCX at all 10 reconstruction phases were 1.71,2.57 and 2.03 respectively. The scores of imaging quality in the three main coronary arteries were all over 2.0 when the reconstruction phase were at 30%,40%and 70%of the cardiac circle.The imaging quality scores in the three main coronary arteries reached 3 at least one phase both in systole(10%-40%)and in diastole(50%-100%)in 41 cases(82%).The imaging quality scores in the left anterior descending artery reached 2 at all phases in 25 cases(50%),and reached 3 in 5 cases(10%).Conclusion Dual source CT coronary angiography can achieve good image quality in mid-late systole(30%-40%)or mid-diastole(70%).
