RESUMO

Objective To observe the efficacy of CTLA-4Ig gene local transfection on the survival of renal allografts. Methods The kidneys of BN rats were transfected with CTLA-4Ig gene-recombined adenovirus. The transfected kidneys were transplanted to Lewis rats (transfection group). BN→Lewis kidney transplantation with non-transplanted kidneys served as controls. The allograft survival time and the allograft function between the two groups were compared. Results The allograft survival time of transfection group was longer than that of controls significantly (32? 8.0?days vs 8.5 ? 1.4?days , P

RESUMO

Objective To explore the mechanism and the therapeutic effects of the pelvic floor muscle electrical stimulation on female patients with urinary incontinence Methods Forty three female patients with incontinence were recruited. With different electrical currents, the pudendal nerves were intermittently stimulated by the electrode probe placed in the middle of vagina. To prevent incontinence, the contractions of the detrusor were depressed and the capacity of the bladder was increased by neural reflex, while the urethra obstruction was enhanced by the contractions of pelvic floor muscles. Results The incidence of urethrorrhea was decreased by 46%, and the frequency of micturition was reduced by 49%, while the frequency of urination in 24h ranged from 10 to 12. The general subjectively rated improvement rate of patients was 68%, while the general objectively one was 74%. Conclusion The pelvic floor muscle electrical stimulation, which can improve the patients' life quality, has significant therapeutic effects on female patients with incontinence.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate the role of sICAM-1 and TNF in the acute rejection of renal graft. Methods Serum sICAM-1 and TNF were sequentially determined in 41 patients with renal graft by ELISA and L_(929) target cell methods. Results The change of serum sICAM-1 was same as TNF, there was no significant difference in serum sICAM-1 and TNF among healthy controls, uremic patients, CsA toxioosis and stable transplantation. During acute rejection(AR) and infection episode, both serum sICAM-1 and TNF were obviously elevated. While the serum creatinine had no significant changes during infection, the serum sICAM-1 and TNF were elevated as early as 1~3 days before the rise of serum creatinine. Conclusion The serial assay of serum sICAM-1 and TNF would be helpful in the early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of AR.

RESUMO

Objective: To study the best condition of extracting effective component in Daphne odora Thurrb fresh flower by CO 2 supercritical fluid extraction(SFE). Methods: Uniform design was taken in these 4 factors: extracting pressure, extracting temperature, releasing pressure and releasing temperature, together with the experiments of 7 levels in each factor. Results: The best conditon in SFE: extracting pressure 35MPa, extracting temperature 40 ?C , releasing pressure over 8MPa and releasing temperature 36 ?C . Conclusion: This method is simple, highly selective and efficient in extracting effective component of Daphne odora thurrb fresh flowers.
