RESUMO

Simulation teaching is helpful to learn general principles of solving complex problems,making decisions,resource management and teamwork behaviors during clinical treatment in order to prevent,ameliorate and resolve critical incidents and crisis situations.The medical staff will improve their medical,cognitive and social skills in the recognition and treatment of realistic and complex medical situation.

RESUMO

With the development of all kinds of new simulative training equipment,the way of medico's clinic skill training method will change radically.Their clinic skill will be greatly improved.This article analyzed the necessities and imminence of setting up the clinic skill training center,and discussed how to manage it.At last we discussed how to build the clinic skill training center in the large comprehensive hospitals.

RESUMO

Objective To discuss the importance of the clinic skill learning center in diagnostics teaching.Methods The experiment group was taught in the clinic skill learning center with the reformed method,while the control group was taught in the traditional laboratories with the traditional one.Results The experiment group's two average scores of diagnostics and skill examine are higher than the control group's,and the difference between the two group's average scores are significant in the statistics analysis.Conclusion The applications of the clinical skill learning center in medicine teaching is the need of developing the medical education business and fostering standardized medical talents.

RESUMO

Object:To explore the value of multi-station examination in medical students'clinic skills.Methods:The bedside examination was compared with the multi-station examination.Results:The multi-station examination was more comprehensive,objective and impartial in the evaluation of medical students'clinical skills.Conclusion:The multi-station examination is superior to the bedside examination.
