RESUMO

To explore the reconstruction and practice of medical English education in medical colleges and universities in China, totally, 23 deans of foreign language schools of medical universities and teachers in charge of English for Medical Purpose from prestigious universities where students have access to multidisciplinary education were interviewed via WeChat respectively. Additionally, a valid questionnaire survey was collected of 2 270 medical undergraduates in Xi'an Medical University, thus to evaluate feedback related to medical English education. In terms of medical English education, medical colleges and universities have such commonly shared disadvantages as insufficient medical knowledge of medical English teachers, imbalance between medical teaching and medical education, insufficient humanistic education in medical English teaching, poor integration of language and medicine science, ineffective coordination and matching between curriculum teaching and education objectives. Advisably, mixed mode of medical English education and teaching system in medical colleges and universities should be restructured. As for the development of English teachers for Medical Purpose, the synergy between medical English teachers in medical colleges and clinicians in affiliated hospitals should be developed via cooperative lesson preparation and classroom teaching characterized by hospital-school collaboration. Also, concerning teaching approaches and education and teaching objectives, the mixing of online and offline teaching should be adopted to achieve the objectives of making students be intellectually, competently, and emotionally qualified for future post. Last, medical English discipline should be prioritized to provide support for medical English education and teaching. The teaching and research competence of medical English teachers is the key factor for medical English education and teaching in medical colleges and universities. Importantly, integration of academia and medical industry needs to be deepened to facilitate the integration of medical industry, education and research, thus to ensure the development of high-quality medical talents with good mastery of English and medical English talents with good mastery of medicine in the fields of medical diplomacy and medical aid in African countries.

OBJECTIVE:To explore th e applicatio n of team situatio nal simulation education and teaching mode in clinical pharmacy teaching. METHODS :A total of 60 clinical pharmacy interns were selected as the research objects ,and course disease was type 2 diabetes mellitus. Thirty interns were randomly selected as control group ,using traditional teaching mode ;other 30 interns were selected as trial group ,which carried out team situational simulation education and teaching mode. The teaching effects were evaluated by using the satisfaction of interns to the two modes ,the comprehensive score of graduation examination and the self-evaluation of learning effect. RESULTS :Compared with traditional teaching mode ,team situational simulation education and teaching mode was conducive to stimulate the learning interest of interns ,improve their interpersonal communication ability , cultivate teamwork spirit ,improve the awareness of humanistic care ,and cultivate the professional attitude of clinical pharmacists (P<0.05). Compared with control group ,the comprehensive score of trial group was dominantly increased (P<0.001),and the scores of professional quality ,humanistic care and communication skills in the trial group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.01). In terms of self-evaluation of learning effect ,except for the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes and the commonly used treatment regimens ,the self-evaluation scores of the other items in trial group were significantly higher than control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). CONCLUSIONS :Team situational simulation education and teaching mode is superior to traditional teaching mode for clinical pharmacy teaching.

São apresentados os conceitos de "encontros de aprendizagem" e de "projetos pedagógicos singulares", ambos resultantes do estudo sobre o ensino da saúde em programas de residência. O primeiro refere-se à ética do acompanhamento e ao acoplamento educação-trabalho; o segundo, à constituição de currículos singulares em substituição a currículos conservadores. A metodologia do estudo foi designada como "pesquisar com Alice" (Alice no País das Maravilhas), usando a multiplicidade de comunicações sistemáticas (convite à conversa) e assistemáticas (escutas em cenas de debate) proporcionadas por um Encontro Nacional de Residências em Saúde, diante das palavras ensino e aprendizado. Pode-se compreender que os aprendizados da prática são resultantes de exposições e apreensões afetivas, e que um currículo se faz pela capacidade de se apreenderem perguntas e dar-lhes lugar, não à curricularização escolar daquilo que há por aprender, especialmente quando a educação ocorre em serviço.(AU)

El primero se refiere a la ética del acompañamiento y al acoplamiento educación-trabajo, el segundo a la constitución de currículos singulares en substitución a los currículos conservadores. La metodología del estudio se designó como "investigar con Alicia" (Alicia en el país de las maravillas), utilizándose la multiplicidad de comunicaciones sistemáticas (invitación a la conversación) y asistemáticas (escuchas en escenas de debate) proporcionadas por un Encuentro Nacional de Residencias de Salud, ante las palabras enseñanza y aprendizaje. Es posible comprender que los aprendizajes de la práctica resultan de exposiciones y captaciones afectivas y que un currículo se realiza por medio de la capacidad de captar preguntas y darles espacio, no por la colocación en currículo escolar de lo que se debe aprender, especialmente cuando la educación se realiza durante el trabajo.(AU)


This is a presentation of the concepts of "learning meetings" and "singular pedagogical projects", both resulting from a study on health education in residency programs. The first concept refers to follow-up ethics and the educationwork pair, whereas the second refers to the constitution of singular syllabuses in replacement of conservative syllabuses. The methodology was designed as "researching with Alice" (Alice in Wonderland), making use of the multiplicity of systematic (invitation to dialogue) and nonsystematic communication (hearings in debate scenes) provided in a in a Health Residency Programs National Meeting, in light of the words teaching and learning. It is understood that practical learning results from emotional exposure and apprehensions, and that a syllabus is made up of the possibility to apprehend questions and contextualize them, rather than creating a school syllabus based on what will be learned, especially when it comes to in-service education.(AU)

RESUMO

First-period examination in empirical study of clinical medical national licensing staged examination has been implemented for two years in Binzhou Medical University (BZMU).During the examination,BZMU obtained the experience of organization,guarantee,and training,which adopted corresponding reform measures including course teaching,assessment method,incentive reward and punishment,etc.The first-period examination of staged examination is national examination of quality of education and teaching on the university,which has promoting effect to strengthen the core of the education teaching and renew the idea of teachers' teaching evaluation.It can improve the evaluation system of curriculum assessment and promote students correctly using the theoretical knowledge to clinical practice skills and improve alignment between the university and hospital.Finally,it can promote the reform and development of medical education.

O artigo apresenta uma pesquisa bibliográfica sobre os conceitos da Rítmica Dalcroze na Educação Física escolar como contribuinte no processo de formação e desenvolvimento da criança. Com isso, foi desenvolvida uma proposta pedagógica para a educação infantil que consiste no cancioneiro infantil associado ao trabalho da Plástica Animada como uma estraté-gia de musicalização, sensibilização rítmica e desenvolvimento da expressividade do corpo. Foram selecionadas três músicas do cancioneiro infantil e, a partir delas, são apresentadas formas de trabalho para a Educação Infantil.


The article presents a bibliographic research on the concepts of Rhythmic Dalcroze in Physical Education as a contributor in the child's education and development. Thus, we developed an educational proposal for children's education which is the Children's Songbook associated with the work of Plastique Animée as a musicalization strategy, rhythmic awareness and the development of expressiveness of the body. Three songs from the Child's Songbook were selected, and, from them, are presented ways of working for Early Childhood Education.


El artículo presenta una investigación bibliográfica sobre los conceptos de Rítmica Dalcroze en la educación física escolar como colaborador en el proceso de formación y el desarrollo del niño. Por eso, hemos desarrollado una propuesta educativa para la educación infantil, que consiste en el cancionero infantil asociado al trabajo de Plástica Animada, como una estrategia musicalizacion, sensibilización rítmica y el desarrollo de la expresividad corporal. Se seleccionaron 3 músicas del cancionero infantil y, a partir de ellas, se presentan formas de trabajar con ellas en la Educación Infantil.

RESUMO

Objective:To explore the optimal design for education and teaching mode of general medical students.Methods: 60 general medical students of 2013 grade of ChengduMedical College were divided into experiment group and 60 general medical students of 2013 grade of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College were divided into control group. The students of experiment group received the interactive teaching mode of whole teaching process, while students of control group received conventional theory teaching. And then the general medical curriculum assessment, examination results and teaching effects of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results: The understanding degrees of general medical basic theory, overview of community health services, general medical education of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). The series of indicators, such as health care which was human centered, family as a unit, community as basis and prevention as precursor, and the general medical service of health and fitness in women, children and old people, and physician patient relations and communication in general medicine, and the establishing ability of general medical treatment and health archive of chronic disease, of experiment group were significantly higher than that of control group. After a phase, the examination results of experiment group was significantly higher than that of control group (t=4.303,P<0.05), and the ratios of cultivating vocational interest, stabling vocation belief, establishing occupational planning of experiment group were significantly higher than that of control group (x2=12.83,x2=11.14,x2=9.35,P<0.05).Conclusion: In the teaching for general medical student, the interactive mode of tutor and student in whole teaching process was better than conventional mode of theory teaching.

It has been a major topic for the reform on higher medical education and teaching to cultivate medical students' professional information literacy so asto make them equipped with the information competence required for disease control or medical research.In this thesis,the concept of professional information literacy for medical students was introduced,and by analyzing the relationship of information literacy education and medical education modes,countermeasures and methods of cultivating medical students' professional information literacy by combining the reform on medical education and teaching were put forward.
