RESUMO

Objective To investigate the antitumor effect of Haishengsu injection extracted from marine shellfish. Methods Transplant tumor models of sarcoma 180 (S 180), Ehrlich ascites carcinoma (EAC), and hepatoma (Heps) in mice were established. Different doses of Haishengsu injection were given to the mice and the tumor inhibition rates of Haishengsu injection, life span of the mice were calculated. Results The tumor inhibition rates of haishengsu injection (490~1000mg?kg -1?d -1,iv) were 41.10%~49.08% in mice with S 180 and 36.29%~49.19% in mice with hepatoma,respectively. The same doses of Haishengsu injection prolonged the life spans of EAC-bearing mice by 22.93%~69.98%. Conclusion The haishengsu injection has the antitumor effects on the tumor-bearing mice without evident side effects.

RESUMO

Objective To establish the quality control methods and HPLC fingerprint for Haishengsu Injection,a kind of extractions from Tegillarca granosa.Methods Biuret reaction and ninhydrin reaction were used for identification of the Haishengsu Injection.Nitrogen content in the Haishengsu Injection was determined by N_(2) method(semi-trace method).HPLC was used to establish the fingerprint.Other indices of the product were determined.Results The results of the biuret reaction and ninhydrin reaction were positive.Nitrogen content in the Haishengsu Injection was not less than 0.4mg?mL~(-1).And different batches of the Haishengsu Injection have the same dactylogram diagrams.Conclusion We have established rapid,convenient and accurate methods which is suitable and can be used for quality control of the Haishengsu Injection.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate the influence of a new marine preparation(Haishengsu) isolated from Tegillarca granosa on NSCLC patients after chemotherapy.Methods Eighty-three patients with NSCLC were randomly divided into two groups.Forty-two patients,in the treatment group were received the injection 2.4mg+0.9%NaCl 250mL,iv.drip from 1 to 15 days while they were received the routine chemotherapy of MVP.Forty-one patients in the control group were received only the chemotherapy of MVP.Twenty-eight days were considered as one treatment cycle and each patient was received two or more consecutive treatment cycles respectively.Results The gastrointestinal tract reactions in treatment group were alleviated obviously with increased food-intake and body weight gain.Moreover the KPS value and the curative effect in treatment group were higher than those in control group.Conclusion Treatment of Haishengsu injection plus MVP chemotherapy improves the curative effect and life quality of the NSCLC patients without marked adverse effects.

RESUMO

Objective To observe the effect of haishengsu preparation extracted from Tegillarca granosa on patients with NSCLC and renal cancer that lose the opportunity of operation, radical cure or large dose chemotherapy. Methods 61 cases of NSCLC and 27 cases of renal cancer patients received the haishengsu injection 2.4mg+0.9%NaCl 250ml iv once daily for a consecutive 20 days. 28 days was considered one treatment cycle and each case received 3 to 6 cycles respectively.Results In NSCLC patients,2 cases completely remitted (CR), 28 cases of partially remitted (PR) with the total effective rate of 49.18%. Curative effects in cases with initial treatment, IIIb stage, adenocarcinoma or high behavior condition were higher than those of cases with retreatment, Ⅳ stage, squamous carcinoma, or low behavior condition respectively (P

RESUMO

Aim To study the infuences of Haishengsu extracted from Tegillarca granosa on cultured tumor cells of lung cancer, breast cancer and carcinoma of stomach from human in vitro and its preventive antitumor effect on transplanted tumor in mice in vivo. Methods The inhibitory effect of Haishengsu on tumor cells proliferation was assayed by MTT method, and transplant tumor models of sarcoma 180 (S 180), Ehrlich ascites carcinoma (EAC), and hepatoma (Heps) were used. Before and after transplantation, different doses of Haishengsu were given to the mice for 10 days. The inhibition rates and life span of the mice were calculated. Results Haishengsu at concentrations of 0.5%~2.0% inhibited the proliferation of tested tumor cells in vitro,especially on lung cancer cells with a dose dependent manner (r= 0.974,P
