RESUMO

Medical imaging technology course has the characteristics of strong professionalism, complicated content to understand, and quickly updated knowledge. In traditional teaching mode, it takes teachers a lot of time to prepare lessons, and the teaching tools are limited like only taking use of blackboard, model and wall maps, which not only makes teaching content boring but also hardly stimulates students' initiative. Teaching reform of medical imaging technology courses from the perspective of "Internet Plus-based teaching and diagnosis reform" involves teaching content, teaching concept, teaching mode, teaching evaluation and experiments, etc., in which computer-aided teaching, flipped classroom, micro-course and high-quality resource-sharing course are used to increase experimental content, reform experimental teaching methods, and create "real-situation" experimental environment as well as other teaching diagnosis and reform measures, aiming to explore a new teaching pattern that meets the development of students majoring in medical imaging technology and the demand for social talents.

RESUMO

In the field of forensic medicine, diagnosis of sudden cardiac death is limited by subjective factors and manual measurement methods, so some parameters may have estimation deviation or measurement deviation. As postmortem CT imaging plays a more and more important role in the appraisal of cause of death and cardiopathology research, the application of deep learning such as artificial intelligence technology to analyze vast amounts of cardiac imaging data has provided a possibility for forensic identification and scientific research workers to conduct precise diagnosis and quantitative analysis of cardiac diseases. This article summarizes the main researches on deep learning in the field of cardiac imaging in recent years, and proposes a feasible development direction for the application of deep learning in the virtual anatomy of sudden cardiac death at present.

RESUMO

Italian medical imaging education includes two parts: training for radiologists and for radiologic technologists. To be a radiologist, the six-year medical students after graduation must complete specialty training in radiology and pass the examination. Radiologic technologists are selected from the three-year bachelor graduates of medical imaging technology. There are basic medical science courses, cultural practice and clinical practice in medical college every year. Continuing medical imag-ing education includes lectures, case discussions and other forms. Radiologists are required to master all kinds of imaging techniques, working as clinical rotation in every section of medical imaging depart-ment. Patients need to make an appointment before having the medical imaging examination. Through the analysis of the characteristics of Italian medical imaging teaching and clinical patterns, the author puts forward the suggestion of putting emphasis on medical imaging curriculum reform, the full imple-mentation of the early clinical contact, and at the same time improving the professional medical image training mode to improve the radiologists' clinical ability.

This study analyzes the practices and ideas involved in the academic formation of an important social group: the doctors who, given their significant hierarchical position in the production of the obstetric ultrasound mark seem, in our opinion to be an interesting and fundamental "stopping" place in the circular flow of ideas, marks and things that form the ultrasound object. The ethnographic observation of the teaching situation allows the dynamic capture of this fundamental moment when beginners are introduced to a technology that was historically (and provisionally) considered indispensable in prenatal monitoring. The intention is thus to apprehend how the "visual socialization" of future professionals is produced; the empirical research showed that, together with a certain kind of gaze, other quite heterogeneous elements are also taught to the future doctors. A tension that is significantly present in the field is the dichotomy between an eminently clinical approach and another one that is strongly technicist. The contingent precariousness of technological devices evidences various paradoxes and incongruences in the latter. The changes during the development of the various processes that are articulated in the observed field are discussed in terms that provide insights into the works of the social groups that produced them.

Obstetrical ultrasound is a technology which has undergone a peculiar transformation. In Brazil what began as a medical imaging technology is progressively being transformed into a modality of consumption and 'leisure'. In this paper I discuss the production of 'truths' - founded on medical and non-medical beliefs about the 'objectivity' of medical imaging technologies -, during obstetrical ultrasound exams. The discussion is based on ethnographic material obtained in private imaging clinics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Ultrasound exams underscore the subjectivity/objectivity issue belonging to all medical imaging technologies, due to the peculiarity of being a dynamic and interactive practice. During an obstetrical ultrasound the actors are active agents in producing or reproducing medical and non-medical 'truths' about the pregnancy and the fetus. Those 'truths' play a central role simultaneously reconfiguring the pregnancy, subjectivizing the fetus, and transforming a medical practice into a spectacle. This production acts as a feedback mechanism, reassuring the actors about the healthy state of the pregnant woman and the fetus as well as reaffirming the position of medical imaging technologies as privileged producers of truths about the human body.

RESUMO

Objective To study contributing factors for multimedia teaching so as to increase teaching level. Materials and Methods The undergraduate classes of 2000, 2001 and 2002 from imaging medicine department of Nanfang Medical University were followed up and examined on "Medical Imaging Technology". Statistical software SPSS10.0 was used for one-factor analysis of variance. Results LSD method and Dunnett method were applied to multiple comparisons of equalizing values. The result by LSD method showed that significant difference didn't get involved in between classes of 2000 and 2001 but did between classes of 2000 and 2002 or between classes of 2001 and 2002. The result by Dunnett method was the same as that by LSD method. Interviewed students thought that there was no significant difference between classes of 2000, 2001 and 2002, so did teachers. Conclusion Multimedia teaching of "Medical Imaging Technology" gives birth to heavy demands for teachers, which shows their ability, spirit, knowledge and so on.
