RESUMO
Atualmente, uma das estratégias de dominação organizacional e institucional ocorre quando se manipula o indivíduo - pela cultura, pelas relações de poder, ou pelo marketing interno.A ideologia é mais estimulada quando o alvo da manipulação exibe objetiva ou subjetivamente uma necessidade regressiva de proteção. É nesta situação que a organização assume, simbólica e imaginariamente, um papel maternal e, conseqüentemente, o indivíduo é impedido de exercer uma autonomia afetiva. Constata-se que o neoliberalismo vai legislando e influenciando escolas e universidades para submeterem-se cada vez mais para as metas e condutas consideradas essenciais pelo mercado e significativamente privilegiadas pelo capitalismo transnacional.
