RESUMO
Objective To establish the method of content determination of Berberine in Zhenjing San. Method The analysis was carried out on C18 column (4.6 mm?250 mm, 5 ?m) by HPLC. The mobile please was acetonitrile-0.033 mol/L KH2PO4 (22∶78), the flow rate was 0.800 mL/min and detective wave length was 345 nm. Result The cabibration curves showed good linearity in the range of 12.012～600.600 ?g. The average recovery was 98.85% (RSD=1.09%). Conclusion The method is good sensitive, accurate and reliable.
RESUMO
Objective To find out the differences of bergenin content in Ardisia crenata from different regions and its different parts,and suggest its medicinal parts. Methods The bergenin content in different parts of Ardisia crenata was identified by TLC and determined by HPLC. Results The difference of bergenin content in different parts of Ardisia crenata was significant,and that in stems was better than in roots,which in the leaves was the lest. Conclusion The stem was regarded as the available medicinal resources and is worth exploiting.

Objective To establish a quality standard of Niuhuang Qingwei Pills.Methods Hypersil C18 was used with methanol-0.1% Phosphoric acid as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,detective wavelength was 254 nm,column temperature was 30 ℃ and injection valume was 10 ?L.Results Emodin and chrysophanol showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.04～1.60 ?g(r =0.999 9).The average recovery was 99.92%(RSD=0.6%).Conclusion The established method is simple,feasible and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of Niuhuang Qingwei Pills.
