RESUMO

Nowadays, global industry is witnessing the explosion of exible manufacturing systems considered as key role for the fourth industrial revolution. Almost hardware and software producers tried their best to assure the best performance for those system. However, some chemical processes in particular requires more strict conditions beside high-accuracy operation of actuators. Chemical reactions may lead to a poor quality for output product even a small change. Therefore, beside the necessary of high-performance integrated control system, monitoring operation should be fast and correct enough to detect and isolate faults when any problems happened in system. In this paper, a method for process fault detection and diagnostic based on data-driven estimation is investigated. In this method, the process fault is detected based on the error between process model response and process response. The Kernel Principal Component Analysis (KPCA) is utilized to classify errors for fault diagnostic. In this research, the method is veried on Stirred-Tank Heating Process. The simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of proposed method

RESUMO

Through the analysis of PAC module faults in two GE Signa HDxt 1.5 T MRI cases, the fault performance was analyzed. According to the working principle of PAC module, the fault was analyzed and processed, and then the suspicious fault parts were located and repaired to make the equipment run normally. Finally, the operating principles of PAC module in terms of power supply, signal transmission and data transmission were summarized to facilitate the subsequent quickly and find out fault points for maintenance accurately.

OBJECTIVE@#To analyze the causes leading to hemodialysis machine & accessories faults and to give preventive measures.@*METHODS@#The causes of 34 hemodialysis machine & accessories faults during hemodialysis process were studied through retrospective analysis from January 2017 to June 2018 in our hemodialysis center.@*RESULTS@#The main factors were hemodialysis machine failure, water & electricity failure, dialytic pipeline failure, unstandardized using. The members in hemodialysis center benefited a lot from the faults, The engineers strengthened the preventive repair & quality control of hemodialysis machine, the monitoring of water & electricity. The nursing staff strengthened the quality control of the pipeline and the study of the principle & standard use of hemodialysis machine.@*CONCLUSIONS@#The study on hemodialysis machine & accessories faults improved the professional level of nurses & engineers, helped them to solve and prevent faults more precisely and improved the quality of hemodialysis.

Objective:To research the prevention and emergency optimization of shutdown fault of cooling water system of proton and heavy ion accelerator, and elucidate their application effect through analyzed the fault of cooling water system of accelerator (IONTRIS) in SPHIC.Methods: Through analyzed the reasons of shutdown faults, the predictive diagnosis and reconstruction scheme of shutdown fault were implemented. The voltage compensator was installed for preventing the voltage fluctuation of external power grid. And the detection method of mechanical vibration was used to prevent fault of water pump. The emergency constant pressure facility and rapid switching system of fault were designed and installed to prevent fault of constant pressure facility. At the same time, the emergency system of preventing leakage was designed and installed to reduce the risk of water leakage.Results: After the optimal emergency scheme was implemented, the ability of fault emergency of cooling water system of proton and heavy ion accelerator were enhanced and improved.Conclusion: The design and operation of large medical facilities need to fully consider the requirements for security and redundancy and scheme for faults diagnosis and emergency.

RESUMO

Objective:To analyze the operation principle and property of medical drying sterilizer. The common faults and repair method for automatic controlling and pneumatic system of drying sterilizer are studied. Methods:Taking Austar drying sterilizer as example, based on the dry-heat sterilization principle, the operating process and using notes are described. Based on the operating experience, normal alarm processing, failure recovery and maintenance methods are given. Results:under proper and systemic maintenance, the Austar drying sterilizer can keep normal operating condition for a long time without any accident. Conclusion:as a kind of familiar sterilization equipment, medical drying sterilizer can hold a good operating state for long time with scheduled maintenance, periodic inspection and timely repair.

Trata-se de um estudo descritivo, exploratório e de abordagem quantitativa, em que foram utilizadas as sugestões metodológicas de Gil(1994), Duverger (1962), Goode & Hatt (1997) e Kerlinger (1980). Nessa pesquisa, foram utilizados cento e catorze registros de ocorrências (infrações) éticas levantadas pela comissão de ética de enfermagem da instituição, campo do estudo, no período de 1995 a 2001. Os objetivos foram: 1) caracterizar os profissionais de enfermagem envolvidos em ocorrências éticas; 2) identificar as falhas cometidas, as causas de erros, as providências tomadas e casos de reincidências; 3) correlacionar as falhas com as características dos profissionais envolvidos. O instrumento para a coleta de dados foi uma ficha especialmente preparada. Resultados: 1) a maioria das ocorrências éticas foi praticada por pessoas do sexo feminino, da faixa etária predominante de 30 a 39 anos. 2) Os auxiliares de enfermagem foram responsáveis pelo índice mais expressivo de ocorrências éticas. 3) Detectou-se maior incidência de erros durante o dia. 4) A principal causa de ocorrências foi a negligência, seguida da imprudência, imperícia, indução ao erro e omissão. 5) O tipo de falha técnica mais freqüentemente observado foi o erro no preparo e/ou administração de medicamentos. Este estudo, longe de haver esgotado as questões éticas que permeiam a prática de enfermagem, visa contribuir para a compreensão dessas questões que envolvem a prática cotidiana de enfermagem e alertar os profissionais para previnir eventos dessa natureza.


This is a descriptive and exploratory paper using a quantitative approach. Methodological suggestions were taken from Gil (1994), Duverger(1962), Goode& Halt (1997) and Kerliner(1980). In this research, hundred fourteen cases of nursing ethical occurences (or infractions) between 1995-2001. These cases were identified and recorded by the Nursing Ethical comitte. Objetives of the study coere: 1) to charaterize the nursing professionals involved in ethical occurences; 2) to identify mistakes made and measures takend as well as possible cases of reincidences; 3) to correlate mistakes and occurrences with the involved staff members characteristics. A special paper was used as instrument for collection of data. Results obtained showed that: 1) most of the ethical occurences was practiced by women and the predominant age group of those involved was from 30 to 39 years. 2) the nursing auxiliaries were responsable for the majority of ethical occurences. 3) Very large incidence of mistakes occurred during the day. 4) the main causes of occurences were negligence, followed by imprudence, inability, induction to mistake and omission. 5) the more frequent technical mistake observed was in the preparation an/or administration of medicines. This research, far away from having done a complete study, has just opened a view about the ethical issures that permeate the nursing practice. Its aim is also to contribute for a better understanding of the ethical issues involved in the daily nursing practice, as well as to alert profesionals in order to not be involved in similar ethical events.
