RESUMO

Osteoarthritis is the commonest joint disease, but its etiology is still not clear.Recently the role of inflammation in its pathogenesis has been attached increasingly importance.Long noncoding RNAs (LncRNAs) play a key role in regulating the occurrence and development of inflammation-related diseases.This artiele reviews the research progress of LncRNAs in regula ting the occurrence and development of osteoarthritis through various endochondral inflammation signaling pathways in recent years , exploring the application of LncRNAs as a potential therapeutic target in the prevention and treatment of osteoarthritis.

RESUMO

The anti-inflammatory effects of ginsenosides in the past ten years and the molecular mechanisms of anti-inflammatory effects were reviewed in this paper. The main pharmacological active component of ginseng is ginsenoside and it had been proved to be effective in many diseases. The application of ginsenoside in inflammatory diseases was mainly introduced. The anti-inflammatory mechanism of ginsenoside mainly includes three aspects: ①anti-oxidation effect; ②effects on inflammatory factors and inflammatory signaling pathways; ③effects on intestinal flora. Ginseng is a great tonic for vitality and health, This article provides scientific basis for further pharmacological activity study of ginsenoside, and for the development of new anti-inflammatory drugs with high curative effect and low toxic side effect, It also provides scientific basis for the clinical applications.
