RESUMO

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of compound bone peptide injection in patients with thoracolumbar osteoporotic fracture. Methods 96 patients admitted from January 2018 to January 2020 with thoracolumbar osteoporotic fracture were selected. The patients were randomly divided into group A (receiving calcine D with compound bone peptide injection) and group B (receiving calcine D treatment) with 48 patients in each group. TCM symptom scores, bone metabolism, degree of osteoporosis, bone density level, visual analogue scale (VAS) and lumbar spine disease treatment score (JOA) were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results After treatment, the TCM symptom score and JOA score in group A were higher than those in group B (P<0.05). The levels of bone alkaline phosphatase (BALP) and type I procollagen N-terminal propeptide (PIINP) in group A were significantly lower than those in group B (P<0.05). The grade 3 osteoporosis ratio in group A was lower than that in group B (P<0.05). The bone mineral density level in group A was higher than that in group B (P<0.05). The visual analogue scale (VAS) in group A was lower than that in group B (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of thoracolumbar osteoporotic fracture with compound bone peptide injection effectively improved the bone metabolism and bone mineral density, relieved pain and promoted the recovery of lumbar function.

RESUMO

Objective To observe the treatment of patients with limb fractures after taking the bone 7% + bone peptide injection program after treatment. Methods 200 patients with limb fractures in our hospital from January 12, 2016 to May 12, 2017 were selected,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,100 cases in each groups. control group was given bone peptide injection, and observation group was re-used with 7 cm slice, and the healing time and treatment effect of each group were compared. Results The cure time of humeral shaft fractures in patients with limb fractures was (7.59±1.59) w, and the average time (10.97±2.41) w of tibial shaft fractures was (11.15±2.16) w.The total effective rate data 90.00%, both showed better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of bone peptide injection and bone septal syndrome is a method to treat patients with limb fractures, which can effectively shorten the cure time and achieve better therapeutic effect.

Objective To study the effect of ossotide injection on bone metabolism and bone mineral density after internal fixation of closed reduction and proximal femoral anti rotation intramedullary nail in patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture( PFNA) . Methods 90 patients with PFNA were randomly divided into two groups according to the digital table, each group in 45 cases. The control group underwent internal fixation of closed reduction and proximal femoral anti rotation intramedullary nail for PFNA. The observation group was given ossotide injection after internal fixation of closed reduction and proximal femoral anti rotation intramedullary nail for PFNA. The healing time, postoperative hospitalization time and recovery rate were compared, and the serum osteocalcin level, serum alkaline phosphatase level,bone density,serum calcium and phosphorus levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The average healing time and postoperative hospital stay of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (t =5. 924,8. 824,all P <0. 05). The recovery rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ2 =5. 075,P<0. 05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences between the two groups in serum osteocalcin level, serum alkaline phosphatase level,bone mineral density,serum calcium and phosphorus levels. After treatment,the serum osteocalcin level,serum alkaline phosphatase level, bone mineral density, serum calcium and phosphorus levels in the observation group respectively(5.69±0.56)μg/L,(92.52±10.59)IU/L,(0.88±0.48)g/cm2,(2.89±0.87)mmol/L,(1.93± 0. 59)mmol/L,significantly better than those in the control group(t=5. 423,5. 413,4. 633,5. 883,5. 734,all P<0. 05). Conclusion Femoral intertrochanteric fracture patients underwent closed reduction and internal fixation with PFNA application of ossotide injection can effectively improve the bone metabolism,increase bone density,accelerate fracture healing,shorten the hospitalization time,postoperative effect,it is worthy of promotion.

Objective To analyze the effect of bone peptide injection in patients with osteoarthritis of the activity of alkaline phosphatase. Methods A total of 74 patients with osteoarthritis of the bone were selected from March 2015 to May 2017 in our hospital and were randomly divided into two groups,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with glucosamine sulfate, the observation group was treated with ossotide injection.The therapeutic effect and alkaline phosphatase activity were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate was 97.30% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (70.27%) (P<0.05) .The score of knee function was (79.62±5.80) in the observation group.which was significantly higher than that in the control group (71.06±5.41) (P<0.05).The alkaline phosphatase activity after the treatment of 30d and 45d (0.97±0.12), nkat/L (1.39±0.12) nkat /L was significantly higher than the control group (0.71±0.10), nkat/L, (0.88±0.10) nkat/L, the incidence rate of adverse reaction(5.41 %) was significantly lower than the control group (24.32 %) (P<0.05). Conclusion Bone peptide injection has significant therapeutic effect on bone and joint osteoarthritis, can effectively improve the knee joint function of the patients, improve the patients with alkaline phosphatase activity, and high safety, is worthy of promotion.
