ABSTRACT
Quality is the key not only to the competence of the hospital,but also to the "two benefits".It is the essence of the development of the hospital.Aiming at improving the management of the hospital's quality,combining with some experience before,the article discusses on the aspects as follows: change ideal and intensify consciousness,reform system and improve institution,stick to the project and put emphasis on the implement.
ABSTRACT
The article presents the significance of propaganda about the present medical market competition. In the article the author requests the construction of hospital propaganda system in a strategic way; points out that the establishment of the modern hospital brand is impossible without propaganda; emphasizes the necessary consciousness of the propagandists; discusses the strategy which the workers should be aware of; and analyzes the common mistakes during the propagating work.

A grand view of hospital propaganda should be built in the new era to manifest the characters of healthcare services,transmit health and medical information to the general public,promote mutual communication between society and hospitals,and construct a harmonious circumstance between hospital staff and patients.We should aim to optimize the image of the whole medical industry and change the parochialism in current hospital propaganda.We should innovate the operational ways and means of hospital propaganda to strengthen the working quality and effect,aiming to advance both the social and economic benefit of hospitals.
