ABSTRACT

Este artigo remete-se a resultados de uma pesquisa iniciada em 2014 que construiu um mapeamento de pesquisadores(as) de programas de pós-graduação (PPGs) brasileiros em psicologia social e em psicologia que identificavam a psicologia social como área de atuação no Lattes e apresentavam publicações científicas sobre temas políticos. A partir deste mapeamento, apresento um panorama sobre as universidades de formação em mestrado e doutorado e de atuação dos(as) pesquisadores(as), articulando-o com a reflexão sobre a construção e consolidação de PPGs no Brasil. Selecionamos 169 pesquisadores(as) vinculados a 37 PPG distintos, localizados nas cinco regiões do país. Os dados foram organizados em termos das universidades de formação e de atuação dos(as) pesquisadores(as) por períodos temporais. O panorama construído converge com um aspecto histórico marcante no desenvolvimento da pós-graduação brasileira: a concentração da formação em mestrado e doutorado e da atuação de pesquisadores(as) em PPGs da região sudeste. A Universidade de São Paulo (USP) e a Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) formaram 45% dos 169 docentes. Os/as pesquisadores(as) que mais orientaram os(as) docentes da pesquisa tiveram participação ativa na construção da psicologia social crítica brasileira. Considera-se importante realizar novas pesquisas sobre: a) o impacto do deslocamento de pesquisadores formados no sudeste para outras regiões no modo em que atuam nestas regiões; b) as consequências de mudanças na avaliação das assimetrias regionais propostas no VI Planos Nacionais de Pós-graduação ­ PNPG; c) as implicações do teto de gastos do Governo Federal na desigualdade regional referente ao investimento científico em pós-graduação....(AU)


This article refers to the results of a research initiated in 2014 that mapped the researchers of Brazilian Graduate Programs (PPG) in Social Psychology and in Psychology that identified social psychology as a working area in the Lattes curriculum and presented scientific publications on political issues. Based on this mapping, we present an overview of the universities that provide master's and doctorate studies and of the work of these researchers, articulating it with some considerations on the construction and consolidation of PPGs in Brazil. We selected 169 researchers from 37 different PPGs situated in all five regions of the country: The data were organized according to academic formation and work universities of the researchers per period. The built panorama converges with a notable historical aspect in the development of Brazilian graduation: concentration in the Southeast region. USP and PUC-SP constituted 45% of the 169 professors. The researchers who most oriented the professors of the research had active participation in the construction of Brazilian critical social psychology. The results show the importance of conducting new research on: a) the impact of the operational displacement of researchers trained in the Southeast to other regions; b) the consequences of changes in the evaluation of the regional asymmetries proposed in the VI Planos Nacionais de Pós-graduação (PNPG); c) the consequences of the Federal Government's limitation of expenditures on regional inequality related to scientific investment in graduate studies....(AU)


Este artículo se remite a los resultados de una investigación iniciada en 2014, que objetivó construir un mapeamiento de investigadores/as de Programas de Postgrado (PPG) brasileños en psicología social y en psicología que identificaban la psicología social como el área de actuación en el currículo Lattes y presentaban publicaciones científicas sobre temas políticos. A partir de ese mapeamiento, presentamos un panorama sobre las universidades de formación en maestría y doctorado y de actuación de los/as investigadores/as, articulándolo con la reflexión sobre la construcción y consolidación de los PPG en Brasil. Seleccionamos 169 investigadores vinculados a 37 PPG distintos, ubicados en las cinco regiones del país. Los datos fueron organizados en cuanto a las universidades de formación y de actuación de los/as investigadores/as por períodos temporales. El panorama construido es convergente conun aspecto histórico marcante en el desarrollo del postgrado brasileño: la concentración de la formación en maestría y doctorado y de la actuación de investigadores/as en PPG de la región Sudeste. La Universidad de São Paulo (USP) y la Pontificia Universidad Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) formaron el 45% de los 169 docentes. Los investigadores que más orientaron a los docentes de la investigación tuvieron participación activa en la construcción de la psicología social crítica brasileña. Se considera importante la realización de nuevas investigaciones sobre: a) el impacto del desplazamiento de investigadores formados en el Sudeste a otras regiones en el modo en que actúan en esas regiones; b) las consecuencias de cambios en la evaluación de las asimetrías regionales propuestas en los VI Planes Nacionales de Postgrado (PNPG); c) las implicaciones de los límites de gastos del Gobierno Federal en la desigualdad regional referente a la inversión científica en postgrado....(AU)

ABSTRACT

O estudo analisa a percepção dos atores envolvidos sobre a contribuição da Residência Integrada com ênfase em Saúde da Família e Comunidade (RISSFC-ESP) para o fortalecimento da Estratégia Saúde da Família (ESF). A metodologia utilizada foi estudo de caso analítico, sendo realizadas 42 entrevistas com gestores, trabalhadores, preceptores e residentes de sete municípios do Ceará, Brasil, de julho de 2015 a agosto de 2016. Na percepção dos entrevistados, a RISSFC-ESP, por meio da dinâmica da educação pelo trabalho, implementou equipes multiprofissionais de residentes na ESF e no Núcleo de Apoio à Saúde da Família (Nasf), promoveu o diagnóstico situacional de saúde das comunidades; e o planejamento e operacionalização de ações de promoção e de atenção à saúde, tendo contribuído para a melhoria do acesso, da integralidade e da coordenação do cuidado dos usuários nos territórios contemplados. Conseguiu-se superar deficiências infraestruturais com ressignificação de práticas e articulação das redes sociais nas comunidades.(AU)


The study analyses the perception of the players involved in the Integrated Residency with an emphasis on Family and Community Health (RISSFC-ESP) for strengthening the Family Health Strategy (FHS). The method applied was the analytical case study, whereas 42 interviews with managers, workers, tutors, and residents from seven cities of Ceará state, Brazil, from July 2015 to August 2016, were carried out. In the perception of the respondents, the RISSFC-ESP, through the education in work dynamics, implemented multidisciplinary teams of residents in FHS and in Family Health Support Centers (NASF), promoted the health situational diagnosis of the communities; and the planning and operationalization for promoting activities and health care; thus contributing to improve health care access, integration, and coordination for users in the covered regions. Infrastructure deficits were overcome with the redefinition of the practices and the coordination of social networks in the communities.(AU)


El estudio analiza la percepción de los actores envueltos sobre la contribución de la Residencia Integrada con énfasis en Salud de la Familia y Comunidad (RISSFC-ESP) para el fortalecimiento de la Estrategia Salud de la Familia (ESF). La metodología utilizada fue un estudio de caso analítico, realizándose 42 entrevistas con gestores, trabajadores, preceptores y residentes de siete municipios de Ceará, Brasil, de julio/2015 a agosto/2016. En la percepción de los entrevistados, la RISSFC-ESP, por medio de la dinámica de la educación por el trabajo, implementó equipos multi-profesionales de residentes en la ESF y en el NASF, promovió el diagnóstico situacional de salud de las comunidades; y la planificación y puesta en operación de acciones de promoción y de atención a la salud, habiendo contribuido en la mejora del acceso, de la integralidad y de la coordinación del cuidado de los usuarios en los territorios incluidos. Fue posible superar deficiencias infraestructurales con resignificación de prácticas y articulación de las redes sociales en las comunidades.(AU)

ABSTRACT

A programme proposal for competency-based Neurosurgery training adapted to the specialization project is presented. This proposal has been developed by a group of neurosurgeons commissioned by the SENEC (Spanish Society of Neurosurgery) and could be modified to generate a final version that could come into force coinciding with the implementation of the specialization programme. This document aims to facilitate the test of the new programme included in the online version of our journal. DURATION OF THE PROGRAMME: Total training period is 6 years; initial 2 years belong to the surgery specialization and remaining 4 years belong to core specialty period. STRUCTURE OF THE PROGRAMME: It is a competency-based programmed based on the map used by the US Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) including the following domains of clinical competency: Medical knowledge, patient care, communication skills, professionalism, practice-based learning and improvement, health systems, interprofessional collaboration and professional and personal development. Subcompetencies map in the domains of Knowledge and Patient care (including surgical competencies) was adapted to the one proposed by AANS and CNS (annex 1 of the programme). A subcompetency map was also used for the specialization rotations. INSTRUCTION METHODS: Resident's training is based on personal study (self-learning) supported by efficient use of information sources and supervised clinical practice, including bioethical instruction, clinical management, research and learning techniques. EVALUATION METHODS: Resident evaluation proposal includes, among other instruments, theoretical knowledge tests, objective and structured evaluation of the level of clinical competency with real or standardised patients, global competency scales, 360-degree evaluation, clinical record audits, milestones for residents progress and self-assessment (annex 2). Besides, residents periodically assess the teaching commitment of the department's neurosurgeons and other professors participating in rotations, and annually assess the overall operation of the programme. Results of evaluations are registered, together with other relevant data, in the Resident's Book. PROGRAMME'S NATIONAL COMMITTEE: The creation of a Programme Committee directly attached to the SENEC (National Commission) that, aside from generating a final version of the programme, monitors its implementation (level of adherence and operation in the different departments), assumes the creation of test banks and the centralized administration of knowledge tests (in the middle of the residency and/or at the end of it) and centralizes information collected by tutors that could be used for re-accreditation of the services, is proposed.

ABSTRACT

La evaluación de los procesos educacionales es un importante factor en el desempeño académico. Se realizó una investigación retrospectiva descriptiva para evaluar el impacto en la esfera intelectual del programa de la especialidad de pediatría en los egresados de los últimos siete años en que se realiza la especialidad en el municipio especial Isla de la Juventud. El universo quedó compuesto por los 13 graduados desde el comienzo de la especialidad en el año 1995. La muestra estuvo constituida por los ocho egresados en los últimos siete años. Los resultados muestran que cuatro de ellos obtuvo o realizó el cambio a una categoría docente, ninguno alcanzó categoría científica o investigativa, ni se promovieron a la especialidad de segundo grado. Cuatro de los egresados obtuvo un título de Maestría, uno realizó un Diplomado, ninguno realizó un Doctorado. No presentaron Proyecto de Investigación, uno logra publicar artículos científicos. Conclusión: el programa de la especialidad de Pediatría no ha tenido un impacto positivo en la esfera intelectual de los egresados de los últimos siete años(AU)


The evaluation of the educational process is an important factor in academic performance. We conducted a descriptive retrospective study to assess the impact in the intellectual sphere the specialty program in pediatric graduates of the last seven years that the specialty performs special municipality of Isle of Youth. The universe was composed of the 13 graduates from the beginning of the specialty in 1995. The sample consisted of the eight graduates in the past seven years. The results show that four of them won or made ​​the change to a class teacher, none achieved scientific or research category or specialty promoted to second grade. Four of the graduates earned a masters degree, a Diploma performed, none held a PhD. Not present research projects, one is able to publish scientific articles. Conclusion: the program of the specialty of Pediatrics has not had a positive impact on graduates of the last seven years(AU)

ABSTRACT

O vínculo entre aprendizagem continuada e vida profissional deve ser um compromisso assumido desde graduando para atender às novas exigências do mercado de trabalho. Objetivou-se desvelar a trajetória discente em um programa de pós-graduação em enfermagem. Estudo desenvolvido de 2006 até o momento e analisado a partir de referenciais da temática do ensino de pós-graduação. Conquistas alcançadas com a pesquisa motivaram a buscar a pós-graduação para dar continuidade às atividades realizadas no projeto de pesquisa saúde ocular. Neste artigo são discutidos os percursos do mestrado, doutorado e pós-doutorado. Percebe-se o quanto a pesquisa tem se consolidado na atividade profissional dos enfermeiros, tanto por meio do crescimento dos programas de pós-graduação como dos grupos de pesquisa dentro das universidades.


The link between permanent learning and professional life should stem out of a commitment made in undergraduate days to meet the new demands of the job market. This study aimed at describing the students’ pathway in a nursing graduate program. The research was developed from 2006 to date. Analysis was based on reference frameworks on graduate teaching. Research achievements prompted students to move into graduate programs to ensure continuation of the activities performed in the eye health research project. This article discusses the trajectory of master’s, doctoral and post-doctoral programs. Research has proven to be consolidated among nurses both as a result of the growth of graduate programs and of research groups in universities.


El vínculo entre aprendizaje continuado y vida profesional debe ser un compromiso asumido desde graduando para atender a las nuevas exigencias del mercado de trabajo. La finalidad fue desvelar la trayectoria discente en un programa de postgrado en enfermería. Estudio desarrollado de 2006 hasta el momento y analizado a partir de referenciales de la temática de la enseñanza de postgrado. Conquistas alcanzadas con la investigación motivaron la búsqueda por programas de postgrado para dar continuidad a las actividades realizadas en el proyecto de investigación salud ocular. En este artículo son discutidos los recorridos de la maestría, doctorado y post-doctorado. Fue percibido el nivel en que la investigación se ha consolidado en la actividad profesional de los enfermeros, mediante el crecimiento tanto de los programas de postgrado cuanto de los grupos de investigación dentro de las universidades.
