ABSTRACT
Este trabajo se enmarca en la investigación "La urgencia en salud mental en el hospital público en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires" dirigida por la Dra. Inés Sotelo (Ubacyt 2014-2017). Es el propósito de esta investigación extender los resultados de la investigación UBACyT 2008-2010 "Análisis comparativo de la demanda e intervenciones en salud mental" a una muestra anclada en hospitales de Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires cuyo objetivo es describir las características de la demanda en urgencia así como el modo de intervención y resolución de la misma. Luego de un primer análisis de los resultados obtenidos en esta investigación, nos interesa ubicar el concepto de elaboración psíquica, sus alcances y límites en el tratamiento de la urgencia subjetiva como punto de partida para describir, desde un marco psicoanalítico lacaniano, el movimiento subjetivo posible en la urgencia.
The following paper is framed within the research project \\\\\\\"Mental health urgency in the public hospital in the City of Buenos Aires\\\\\\\" directed by Dra. Inés Sotelo (UBACyT 2014-2017). The purpose of this investigation is to extend the results of the UBACyT 2008-2010 investigation \\\\\\\"Descriptive comparative study on emergency completion in four general hospitals of the MERCOSUR countries\\\\\\\" to a sample restricted to hospitals within the City of Buenos Aires; its objective is to characterise the population in emergency consultation as well as the mode of intervention and its resolution in hospitals in the City of Buenos Aires. Having analysed the results of both investigations, the main objective of this article is the description, from the psychoanalytic perspective based mainly on Lacan's work, of the possible subjective movement within the emergency and the interventions that could facilitate it; to that effect, this work will be centered on the concept of psychic work and its importance in the treatment of subjective urgency.

O principal objetivo deste trabalho é contribuir para a compreensão das mudanças ocorridas na clínica psicanalítica contemporânea, a partir do ponto de vista histórico e conceitual. O artigo aborda as três etapas históricas sucessivas da atividade do analista (seguindo o fio condutor da teorização e da contratransferência): freudiana, pós-freudiana e contemporânea. Concentra-se, em particular, nas mudanças introduzidas na passagem do segundo para o terceiro modelo: de um "conceito totalizante" da contratransferência - que inclui a totalidade do funcionamento mental do analista e que é o núcleo do modelo clínico pós-freudiano - até a "concepção enquadrada" da contratransferência dentro de uma mais ampla e complexa visão contemporânea do trabalho psíquico do analista (na qual as noções de enquadre e de "enquadre interno" são centrais, e na qual a contratransferência enquadra-se e está subordinada ao pensamento clínico do analista).
The main objective of this work is to contribute to the understanding of the changes occurred in contemporary psychoanalytic practice, from a historical and conceptual point of view. The article approaches the three successive historical phases of the activity of the analyst (following the thread of theorization and countertransference): Freudian, post-Freudian and contemporary. It focuses particularly on the changes introduced during the passage from the second to the third model: from a "totalizing concept" of countertransference - which includes the totality of the mental functioning of the analyst and the nucleus of the post-Freudian clinical model - to the "framed conception" of countertransference in a more broad and complex contemporary vision of the analyst's psychic work (in which the notions of framing and of "internal framing" are central, and in which countertransference is framed and is subordinate to the analyst's clinical thinking).
Aportar a la comprensión, desde un punto de vista histórico y conceptual, del cambio en la clínica psicoanalítica contemporánea es el principal objetivo de este artículo. Este se ocupa de la sucesión de tres etapas históricas en la evolución de la actividad del analista (siguiendo el hilo de la teorización de la contra-transferencia): freudiana, post-freudiana y contemporánea. En particular se centra en los cambios introducidos en el pasaje del segundo al tercer modelo: desde un "concepto totalizante" de la contra-transferencia, que incluye la totalidad del funcionamiento mental del analista, y que es el núcleo del modelo clínico post-freudiano; hacia una "concepción encuadrada" de la contra-transferencia dentro de una más amplia y compleja visión contemporánea del trabajo psíquico del analista (en la que las nociones de encuadre y de "encuadre interno" son centrales; y en la que la contra-transferencia se encuadra y subordina al pensamiento clínico del analista).
ABSTRACT
L'auteure présente dans cet article les caractéristiques des dispositifs groupaux d'analyse de la pratique qu'elle a conçus en s'appuyant sur les recherches des psychanalystes post-kleiniens tels que Michael Balint et Wilfred R. Bion ; ces dispositifs offrent un espace d'élaboration de la souffrance professionnelle des enseignants et formateurs auxquels ils sont destinés. À la suite de cette présentation, l'auteure propose l'analyse d'une situation rapportée par Pascal, professeur de philosophie, à propos d'un moment de l'un de ses cours où il s'est senti quelque peu malmené par son groupe d'élèves et plus particulièrement par l'un d'entre eux. Le travail groupal permet à Pascal de relier cette scène à des moments-clés de sa biographie d'élève et de commencer à métaboliser les émotions qui ont surgi au cours de la situation racontée. Les participants de ce groupe expérimentent ainsi une forme de travail psychique à visée formative et professionnalisante.(AU)
In this article, the author presents the characteristics of the approach to Group Analysis she has developed based on the reflections of such post-kleinian psychoanalysts as Michael Balint and Wilfred R. Bion ; this conception defines a groupal psychic space for examining suffering in the professional life of the teachers and instructors for whom it has been defined. Following this presentation, the author will analyze a situation related by Pascal, a philosophy teacher, concerning a moment in one of his courses in which he felt somewhat mistreated by his group of students and, in particular, by one among them. Group analysis allowed Pascal to relate this scene to key moments in his own personal biography as a student and to begin metabolizing the emotions provoked by the present situation. The participants in the group thus explore a form of psychic work with formative, professionalizing orientation.(AU)

Este artigo aborda a questão do destino do originário. São apresentadas três concepções do destino do originário: 1) material-pedestal: o originário como material de base a processos posteriores; 2) material reativável em um segundo tempo: o originário como material reativado por ocasião de etapas mais tardias da vida; 3) tipo de trabalho psíquico retomado em níveis ulteriores: o originário como modalidade de trabalho psíquico duradouramente eficiente por meio de um certo número de transposições ao longo de toda a existência do sujeito. O autor defende que os processos originários - quer eles sejam pensados em termos de pedestal, base de processos psíquicos posteriores, em termos de materiais iniciais reativados em segundo tempo ou em termos de modalidades de trabalho psíquico - só podem ser modelados integrando os efeitos de a posteriori. Trata-se de uma temporalidade não-linear.
This article approaches the issue of the destination of the originary through three different theories: 1) pedestal-material: the originary as a basis material for posterior processes; 2) a material that can be re-activated in a second moment: the originary as an element that can be re-activated in later stages of life; 3) a type of psychic work that can be resumed in ulterior levels: the originary as a type of psychic work that efficiently lasts through a certain number of transpositions that take place throughout an individual's existence. Whichever the theory adopted, the author defends the idea that originary processes can only be modeled integrating the effects of the a posteriori. It is, in this sense, a non-linear temporality.
