Introduction: The International Judo Federation introduced a ranking system in 2009 that determines top athletes for the Olympic Games and seeds them in competitions. Previous research indicated that this ranking list and past performances predicted 19%-27% of performance in the Olympic Games and World Championships. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the relationship between Judo World Tour competitions and Olympic Games performance may have been affected. This study aimed to examine the relationship between athletes' performance in Judo World Tour competitions and their competitive performance at the Olympic Games. Methods: Data from 393 athletes who participated in the Tokyo Olympics were analyzed considering both long and short-term performance measures. Pearson correlation was used to determine the relationship between variables and multiple linear regressions were used to predict performance for each sex and the entire sample. Results: The results revealed a range of magnitudes in the correlation between variables, varying from small to large. In terms of regression analyses, it was observed that, for females, the percentage of matches won during the classification period and competition in the year prior to the Olympic Games predicted 37% of their performance. For males, the percentage of matches won during the classification period and competition in the six months before the Olympic Games predicted 36% of their performance. Discussion: Thus, athletes' quality and reduced exposure to competition near the Olympic Games appear to be important factors in their performance at the event.

Localization is a crucial skill in mobile robotics because the robot needs to make reasonable navigation decisions to complete its mission. Many approaches exist to implement localization, but artificial intelligence can be an interesting alternative to traditional localization techniques based on model calculations. This work proposes a machine learning approach to solve the localization problem in the RobotAtFactory 4.0 competition. The idea is to obtain the relative pose of an onboard camera with respect to fiducial markers (ArUcos) and then estimate the robot pose with machine learning. The approaches were validated in a simulation. Several algorithms were tested, and the best results were obtained by using Random Forest Regressor, with an error on the millimeter scale. The proposed solution presents results as high as the analytical approach for solving the localization problem in the RobotAtFactory 4.0 scenario, with the advantage of not requiring explicit knowledge of the exact positions of the fiducial markers, as in the analytical approach.

Os Jogos Escolares do Rio Grande do Sul (JERGS) são um evento esportivo promovido pela Secretaria da Educação do Rio Grande do Sul (SEDUC) que, no tempo atual, tem como público-alvo estudantes de escolas públicas do estado. As primeiras iniciativas para a criação dos JERGS ocorreram no ano de 1970, quando o Brasil perpassava pelo período político da Ditadura Militar (1964-1985). Na época, o evento era denominado Campeonato Estudantil Gaúcho (CEG). Sendo assim, esta pesquisa objetivou compreender que modelo esportivo pairava sobre a Educação Física durante a implementação do CEG no estado do Rio Grande do Sul na década de 1970. A partir de fontes analisadas, verificamos que os JERGS têm características e representações culturais inerentes à conjuntura política em que foi implantado.


The Jogos Escolares do Rio Grande do Sul (JERGS) are a sporting event promoted by the Secretaria da Educação do Rio Grande do Sul (SEDUC) which, at the present time, is aimed at students from public schools in the state. The first initiatives for the creation of JERGS took place in 1970, when Brazil was going through the political period of the Military Dictatorship (1964-1985). At the time, the event was called Campeonato Estudantil Gaúcho (CEG). Therefore, this research aimed to understand what sports model hovered over Physical Education during the implementation of the CEG in the state of Rio Grande do Sul in the 1970. From analyzed sources, we found that JERGS have characteristics and cultural representations inherent to the political situation in which they were implemented.


Los Jogos Escolares do Rio Grande do Sul (JERGS) son un evento deportivo promovido por la Secretaria da Educação do Rio Grande do Sul (SEDUC) que, en la actualidad, está dirigido a alumnos de escuelas públicas del estado. Las primeras iniciativas para la creación de JERGS tuvieron lugar en 1970, cuando Brasil atravesaba el período político de la Dictadura Militar (1964-1985). En ese momento, el evento se llamaba Campeonato Estudantil Gaúcho (CEG). Por lo tanto, esta investigación tuvo como objetivo comprender qué modelo deportivo se cernía sobre la Educación Física durante la implementación de la CEG en el estado de Rio Grande do Sul en la década de 1970. A partir de las fuentes analizadas, encontramos que los JERGS tienen características y representaciones culturales inherentes a la situación política en la que se implementaron.

The intrinsic features of documents, such as paper color, texture, aging, translucency, the kind of printing, typing or handwriting, etc., are important with regard to how to process and enhance their image. Image binarization is the process of producing a monochromatic image having its color version as input. It is a key step in the document processing pipeline. The recent Quality-Time Binarization Competitions for documents have shown that no binarization algorithm is good for any kind of document image. This paper uses a sample of the texture of the scanned historical documents as the main document feature to select which of the 63 widely used algorithms, using five different versions of the input images, totaling 315 document image-binarization schemes, provides a reasonable quality-time trade-off.

The nature of the area of mathematical competitions as a design science is considered, historical roots of mathematical problem-solving competitions are traced, the complementary aspects of mathematics as theory building and as problem solving are touched upon in relation to the practice of competitions. Two historical figures, Euler and Erdos, emerge, and the appropriateness of many of Euler's mathematical ventures are seen as role models for competition mathematics as first put into practice in mathematical competitions towards the end of the nineteenth century. Distinctions and definitions are made, a venture into identifying competition syllabi and the principal types of reasoning employed in solving competition problems is explored, and a description of the many different types of competitions is considered. Interaction between the field of mathematics itself and problem-solving competitions is briefly explored, as are the possibilities that open when competitions and their access to huge amounts of data, both national and international, are taken into account in research belonging to mathematics education. Finally, the range of topics addressed in this special issue of ZDM is covered, along with some possible conclusions relating to the components of the overview.

The azooxanthellate corals Tubastraea coccinea and T. tagusensis invaded the Brazilian coast in the 1980s and is still in expansion, favored by lower predation and competition pressure in their new habitats. Interestingly, the native sponge Desmapsamma anchorata has been observed overgrowing these corals. Considering that competitive displacement is expected to play a major role in the successful outcome of an invasion, the present study tested the physical and chemical mechanisms possibly involved in the competition between D. anchorata and the Tubastraea corals through field and aquaria experiments as well as the Raman spectroscopy technique for chemical analysis. Our results showed that the sponge grew in all directions including over Tubastraea colonies and regardless of its presence. There was no evidence of a specific chemical response among sponges or corals. However, we observed the extrusion of mesenteric filaments and tentacles of corals and the projection of sponge tissue during interspecific interaction, which suggests that physical imposition plays a key role for space competition at micro scales. Given the interspersed nature of benthic species distributions and the fast expansion of Tubastraea, it is unlikely that D. anchorata or any other sponges could serve a biological control against these invasive corals at larger scales, but our results showed that at a microscale they can withstand the corals presence and even outgrow them locally.

This study aimed to determine the age groups, breeds, and morphological characteristics of horses used in vaquejada competitions, as well as to define how often the animals compete, the results achieved in the contests, and the duration of training. A sample of 1,271 horses used in vaquejada competitions was employed in the study. The first step consisted in interviewing owners to obtain information on the age and breed of the horses, vaquejada circuits in which they compete, frequency of competition in vaquejada, results reached in the trials, and training duration per month, week, and day. The second step obtained 15 linear measurements and calculated eight morphometric indices. The data obtained from the interviews were submitted to descriptive statistical analyses. The linear measurements and morphometric indices were used to compare sexes using a completely randomized experimental design. The results showed that 80.3% of the vaquejada horses were between four and ten years old and that 89% of the animals were of the Quarter Horse. The morphometric measures showed that stallions had higher height at withers, back, and croup and wider heads, chest, and croup than mares and geldings. On the other hand, among the eight indices calculated, only the value of the height at the chest of the stallions was higher than the mean values in mares and geldings. It was found that 79.7% of the horses took part in two to four vaquejada trials a month while 93.3% of the animals underwent fitness training 12 months a year. The results show a predominance of Quarter Horses in the vaquejada contests in Pernambuco and that the trials require the selection of physically larger and stronger stallions. In addition, the animals are submitted to intense training and competition routines.


O estudo objetivou determinar as faixas etárias, raças e características morfológicas dos equinos competidores de vaquejadas em Pernambuco, assim como definir a frequência em que os animais competem, os resultados conquistados nas disputas e a duração dos treinamentos. Foram utilizados 1271 equinos participantes de provas de vaquejada realizadas no sertão e agreste pernambucano. A primeira etapa do trabalho consistiu em uma entrevista aos proprietários dos animais para obter informações sobre a idade dos equinos, raça, circuitos de vaquejada em que competem (oficiais ou não oficiais), frequência de participação em vaquejadas, resultados alcançados nas provas e a duração mensal, semanal e diária dos treinamentos. Na segunda etapa foram mensuradas 15 medidas lineares e calculados oito índices morfométricos. Os dados obtidos a partir das entrevistas foram submetidos à análises estatísticas descritivas. Já as medidas lineares e índices morfométricos foram utilizados para comparar os sexos, por meio de delineamento experimental inteiramente ao acaso. Os resultados morfométricos foram submetidos à análise de variância e as médias comparadas pelo teste de Tukey (P<0,05). Observou-se que 80,3% dos equinos de vaquejada tinham entre quatro e 10 anos de idade e que 89% dos animais eram da raça Quarto de Milha. Em relação às medidas morfométricas, registrou-se nos garanhões maiores alturas na cernelha, dorso e garupa e maiores larguras de cabeça, peito e garupa que nas éguas e nos machos castrados. Por outro lado, dentre os oito índices calculados, apenas o valor do vazio subesternal dos garanhões foi superior as médias das fêmeas e dos machos castrados. Constatou-se que 79,7% dos equinos participavam de duas a quatro provas de vaquejada por mês e que 93,3% dos animais eram condicionados fisicamente 12 meses por ano. Concluiu-se que nas vaquejadas realizadas no estado de Pernambuco há predomínio de equinos da raça Quarto de Milha, na faixa etária entre quatro e dez anos e as provas exigem seleção de garanhões fisicamente maiores e mais fortes. Além disso, os animais são submetidos a intensas rotinas de competições e treinamento.

In the area of medical education, and particularly in our country, medical residencies are the best educational programs for a graduated physicians; however, when young medical doctors begin a residence at hospitals, they hardly possess knowledge about the way medical services work as well as the processes they involve, which directly affects the fulfillment of their tasks, their process of learning and more importantly, it interferes in the services provided by the hospital. Therefore, it is imperative to immerse residents in the management of medical care and let them know that its main function is to harmoniously articulate every medical-administrative process related to patients as well as human, material and financial resources. One of the main goals is to achieve the fulfillment of the hospital's mission and vision with operational efficiency and humanism. This path will help physicians to make the best decisions, as well as achieving an adequate management of resources always remembering that quality in medical services and patient's safety are important.


En el área de la enseñanza médica, y particularmente dentro de nuestro país, las residencias médicas en hospitales son el mejor modelo para realizar un posgrado; sin embargo, cuando un médico joven inicia su residencia y arriba a un hospital, difícilmente posee los conocimientos de los servicios, tipo de pacientes y procesos que se realizan en dicho lugar, lo que repercute directamente en el cumplimiento de sus tareas, aprendizaje y, más importante, los servicios que ofrece el hospital. Por lo tanto, es imperante hacer partícipes a los médicos residentes en la gestión de la atención médica, darles a conocer que esta es la encargada de articular de forma armónica todos los procesos médico-administrativos en los que participan pacientes, recursos humanos, materiales y financieros, para alcanzar el cumplimiento de la misión y la visión hospitalaria con eficiencia operativa y sentido humano. De esta manera será posible orientarlos a realizar una correcta toma de decisiones y una gestión adecuada de los recursos, y a que su contribución en los procesos médico-administrativos brinde un servicio de calidad y seguridad para el paciente.

The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of the trainer and the adopted daily work on the behavior and performance of horses of the Mangalarga Marchador breed on a horse farm and in racetracks in northern Minas Gerais State, Brazil. Twenty equines and nine trainers from four farms and three competition events of the breed were observed. The experiment was divided into two stages. In the first stage, the animals were observed together with their trainer on the farm, during the daily work, and the behavior reactions were recorded based on scores. The duration of training and the behavior told by the trainer of the animal were recorded in scores. The second stage happened in three competitions of the breed in agricultural fairs. The same observations were made on horse farms, including the behavior of the animal, before and after the trial, as well as the emotional state in the same period. For data analysis, multivariate statistics were used based on the principal components and factor analysis, using the statistical software R (version 3.3.2). From the data analyzed, it was verified that the variables embouchure, behavior and voice of the presenter, and reward and incentive in the competition influenced the reactivity of the animal. Variables of human behavior in training influenced the animal behavior variables in training. The behavior of the trainer and the form of the training, as well as the fact that the trainer is the presenter, interfered in the behavior of the horses on the horse farm and in the competitions, resulting in safer animals. However, the need for time adaptation and training management is necessary for the whole man × animal relation to get better rankings in the race competitions.(AU)

Resumo O artigo problematiza as ações e campanhas educativas voltadas à infância na área odontológica, abordando aspectos centrais, como a implantação de gabinetes dentários nas escolas públicas e a criação de concursos de "bons dentes" para a propagação de preceitos da higiene moderna. Os dentistas foram agentes decisivos na difusão da "ciência odontológica moderna", presentes nas escolas e em diversas instituições, atuando em atividades educativas e também no âmbito de ações e lutas por políticas públicas que reconhecessem as questões de saúde bucal. O artigo se baseia em extensa pesquisa, incluindo documentação variada e, a partir de diálogos com a nova história cultural, busca questionar as formas de prescrever a saúde bucal nas primeiras décadas do século XX.


Abstract Educational actions and campaigns in the area of dentistry geared towards children are addressed, focusing on the introduction of dental cabinets, or offices, at public schools and the creation of "good teeth" competitions to spread modern precepts of hygiene. Dentists were key agents in the spread of "modern dental science" at schools and different institutions, taking part in educational activities and also in actions and struggles for public policies that recognized the issues of oral health. The article is based on extensive research of a variety of documental sources and, through dialogues with the new cultural history, questions the ways oral health was prescribed in the early decades of the twentieth century.

Por lo tanto, es imperante hacer partícipes a los médicos residentes en la gestión de la atención médica, darles a conocer que esta es la encargada de articular de forma armónica todos los procesos médico-administrativos en los que participan pacientes, recursos humanos, materiales y financieros, para alcanzar el cumplimiento de la misión y la visión hospitalaria con eficiencia operativa y sentido humano. This study is aimed at analysing the scientific literature related to physiological responses in synchronized swimmers, produced from 2006 to 2016. A systematic review was conducted using electronic databases (Google Scholar, PubMed, SportDiscus, Web Science, Scielo and Scopus) in national and international journals. The articles were selected using the following inclusion criteria: composed samples of synchronized swimmers of both sexes, articles in English, Spanish and Portuguese, published from 2006 to 2016. Ten studies were included. The concentration of the articles and their publication was as follows: Europe (77%) and North America (23%). The protocols used analyse physiological responses in synchronized swimmers athletes during competitions or laboratory tests, lactate measurements, heart rate, rates of perceived exertion, VO2 and lung volume. The subjects of 100% of the studies included in this review were athletes of junior and senior categories who volunteered. Only 03 of the 10 studies have compared the physiological responses in volunteers who were not synchronized swimmers to synchronized swimmer athletes. The studies were conducted using different methodologies, which makes it difficult to compare them, so the standardization of instruments and definitions is essential for the scientific advancement in this field. In addition, it would be interesting to expand the research of these physiological responses in synchronized swimmers using base level or beginners as sample.

El término competencias profesionales se define en la actualidad, como la posesión por parte del individuo de los conocimientos, destrezas y actitudes necesarias para realizar su actividad. El actual estudio tiene como objetivo profundizar en el análisis de la literatura sobre las competencias profesionales con un enfoque de formación y desarrollo de la expresión escrita en las universidades médicas. Con la revisión documental, se corroboró que en estas instituciones, el tratamiento de los contenidos de los programas de las asignaturas, no garantizan el desarrollo de las competencias profesionales, atendiendo a que los currículos están diseñados por habilidades lo que trae como resultado que sus egresados no cuenten con el desarrollo adecuado de tales competencias, en particular las que garantizan la práctica afectiva de la expresión escrita.


Professional competencies are currently defined as an individual's knowledge, skills and attitudes required to work in a specific profession. The current study aimed to further examine the literature related to professional skills with a focus on the development of writing in medical universities. Through document review, it was confirmed that in these institutions, the syllabi do not ensure the development of professional competencies since curricula are skills based. This in turn hinders the proper development of professional competencies, particularly those that guarantee strong writing practices.

Se conformó el Grupo de trabajo # 2, de la V Cumbre Iberoamericana de Medicina Familiar, Quito, Ecuador 2014. Se realizaron encuestas, entrevistas, y reuniones vía skype, internet y correo electrónico; los resultados de esta investigación fueron analizados y se presentaron en el marco de la V Cumbre Iberoamericana de Medicina Familiar. Se recopilaron todas las actividades de participación social realizadas en los países Iberoamericanos. Se pretenden establecer proyectos que fomenten alianzas y permanezcan trabajando después de la Cumbre en el tema de "Participación y Comunicación Social en MF y APS" junto a instituciones que tienen este asunto como su misión.


Group # 2 from the V Iberoamerican Summit of Family Medicine, Quito, Ecuador 2014 was formed. There were surveys, interviews, and reunions via Skype, internet, and e-mails and the results from this investigation were presented and analyzed in the V Iberoamerican Summit of Family Medicine, which was focused in: "Participation and Social Communication in Family Medicine and Primary Health Care".


Inicialmente, foi conformado o Grupo de trabalho #2 da V Cúpula Ibero-Americana de Medicina de Família, Quito, Equador, 2014. Foram realizados inquérito, entrevistas e reuniões via Skype, internet e correio eletrônico; os resultados desta pesquisa foram analisados e se apresentaram no marco da V Cúpula Ibero-Americana de Medicina de Família. Foram recompiladas todas as atividades de participação social realizadas nos países Ibero- Americanos. Se pretende estabelecer projetos que fomentem alianças e parcerias e que permaneçam trabalhando após a Cúpula acerca do Tema "Participação e Comunicação Social em Medicina de Família e Atenção Primária à Saúde" junto a instituições que tenham este assunto como missão.

La Educación Continua en México, puede ser esencial para la formación integral de los futuros ingenieros y responder a las demandas reales y potenciales de capacitación y actualización permanente de la comunidad universitaria y su entorno. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo exponer alcances y limitantes de la Educación Continua para la formación integral de los estudiantes en la Facultad de Ingeniería Mecánica y Eléctrica, Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León. La muestra está compuesta por 52 directivos, 25 docentes, 30 estudiantes y 33 colaboradores de la Coordinación de Educación Continua. Para el análisis y procesamiento de los resultados se consideró que los argumentos aportados mediante los métodos teóricos, pudieran relacionarse con los obtenidos a través de los métodos y técnicas empíricas. Los hallazgos expuestos favorecen el proceso de formación permanente de los individuos. Los resultados se discuten considerando la influencia del proceso de la Educación Continua en los estudiantes de ingeniera.


The Education Continues on Mexico, it can be essential for the future engineer's integral formation and be answering to the real requests and potentials of capacitation and permanent updating of the university community and his surroundings. This investigation objective is to expose the advances and limitations of the Continuous Education for the integral formation of the students in the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Electric, Nuevo León's College. The example is composed of 52 executives, 25 teachers, 30 students and 33 Continuous collaborators of Educación's Coordination. For analysis and processing of the results was considered that the arguments contributed by the theoretic methods, can relate with the obtained through the methods and empiric techniques. The findings improve the individual's process of permanent formation. The results discuss considering the influence of the process of the Continuous Education in Engineer.

Para quienes se forman como profesionales de la salud, el desarrollo de habilidades y competencias para la prevención y atención de las adicciones, constituye una prioridad. Solo a partir de ello podrán enfrentar dicha problemática de salud y controlar ese flagelo de la humanidad. Objetivos: describir los resultados alcanzados a partir de la aplicación de la estrategia de formación académica para la prevención y atención de las adicciones desarrollada por el Centro para el desarrollo académico sobre drogodependencias (CEDRO) entre los años 2008 y 2013. Métodos: se realizó un estudio descriptivo no experimental a partir de un diseño mixto en dos etapas de manera secuencial. Se utilizaron los enfoques cuantitativo y cualitativo de forma independiente. Como unidades de análisis se tomaron los programas docentes y un grupo de expertos en el campo de las adicciones. Como técnicas se utilizó el análisis de documentos y la entrevista. Resultados: en sentido general los contenidos sobre adicciones están incluidos en los programas de formación de profesionales de la salud en Cuba. No obstante fueron identificadas algunas insuficiencias sobre aspectos específicos. La estrategia de formación académica desarrollada ha resultado útil para complementar la formación recibida y perfeccionar habilidades y competencias. Conclusiones: cinco años después del estudio acerca de los contenidos sobre adicciones en las carreras de Ciencias Médicas, en el que se identificaron algunas insuficiencias, se ha desarrollado una estrategia de formación académica tanto en el pregrado como en el posgrado que ha devenido exitosa...


For those who are being formed as health professionals, the development of abilities and competencies for the prevention and care of addictions is a top priority. On the basis of this premise, they will be able to face this health problem and to control this scourge that afflicts the mankind. Objectives: to describe the results of the application of the academic formation strategy for the prevention and care of addictions developed by the Center for the Academic Development on Drug Dependence (CEDRO) in the period of 2008 to 2013. Methods: a non-experimental and descriptive study based on a mixed design in two sequential stages. The quantitative and qualitative approaches were used separately. The analysis units were the educational programs and a group of experts in addictions. Documentary analysis and interview were the techniques used for this purpose. Results: generally speaking, the contents on addictions are included in the formative programs of health professionals in Cuba. Nevertheless, some specific inadequacies were identified. The strategy of academic formation has been useful to supplement the received formation and to refine abilities and competitions. Conclusions: five years after the study about the contents on addictions included in the medical science careers, in which some inadequacies were identified, a successful academic formation strategy has been developed both at undergraduate and graduate educations...

Este trabalho aborda a faceta esportiva da capoeira, em particular os Jogos Competitivos de Capoeira, promovidos pela Federação de Capoeira do Estado de São Paulo e pela Associação Brasileira de Apoio e Desenvolvimento da Arte Capoeira, em âmbito regional. Esta análise inicia-se por meio de uma revisão da literatura e complementa- se com um estudo de campo que incluiu entrevistas com os mestres dessas instituições e o registro em diário de campo de uma competição promovida por cada uma delas. Os resultados revelam as principais características da estrutura competitiva desses campeonatos, bem como algumas diferenças no que tange à divulgação dos resultados, organização das categorias e chaves e premiação, entre outros aspectos


This paper addresses the sport aspect of Capoeira, in particular the "Competitive Games Capoeira", sponsored by the Federation of Capoeira of São Paulo and the Brazilian Association for Support and Development of the Arts­Capoeira, at the regional level. This analysis starts by a review of the literature and it is combined from a field study that included interviews with “mestres” of these institutions and the record in a field diary of a competition promoted by each of them. The results show the main features of the competitive structure of these championships, as well as some differences with regard to disclosure of results, and organization of key categories, awards, among others

RESUMEN

Este artículo hace parte del macroproyecto “El perfil competente del docente, redimensionando su cotidianidad en la vivencia del currículo: un análisis a la luz del formador de formadores en la Licenciatura en Educación Física y Deportes de la Universidad San Buenaventura, Medellín”, del año 2010. La pregunta orientadora se centró en comprender cuál es el perfil competente de los docentes de determinadas asignaturas en el uso de estrategias de enseñanza aprendizaje genéricas y específicas para la cualificación del futuro profesional y las demandas estatales de la evaluación de la educación superior, redimensionando su cotidianidad en la vivencia del currículo, con la implementación de orientaciones y finalidades educativas desde la propuesta pedagógica de Paideia Franciscana, propias de una universidad católica, franciscana y privada, espacio del presente estudio; como objetivo general se propuso reconocer los saberes, prácticas y discursos de los docentes de asignaturas específicas develando estrategias y competencias como factor clave de éxito, llegando a conclusiones orientadoras para proceder en la formación continua del profesorado, en las posibles rutas y ámbitos de la evaluación del desempeño, en reflexiones frente a los procesos de identidad bonaventuriana y en la prospectiva de pautas para un rediseño curricular por competencias.


The present article is part of the macro project “the competent profile of the educational one, analyzing its reality in the experience of the curriculum: A analysis in the light of training of the training ones in the Degree in Physical education and Sports of the University of San Buenaventura, Medellín”, in 2010. The orientation question concentrated in including/understanding which is the competent profile of educational of specific subjects in the use of strategies of generic and specific education the learning for the future professional qualification of and the state demands of the evaluation of the education superior, analyzing its eality in the experience of the curriculum, with the implementation of directions and educative purposes from the pedagogical proposal of Franciscan Paideia, own of the catholic, Franciscan and deprived University, space of the present study; as general mission to recognize knowledge, practices and speeches of the educational ones of specific subjects revealing strategies and competitions like key factor of success, reaching conclusions advisers to come in the continuous formation of the teaching staff, in the possible routes and scopes of the evaluation of the performance, in reflections in front of the processes of bonaventuriana identity and in prospective of you rule for a curricular redesign by competitions.

El presente artículo forma parte de la línea de investigación "Construcción de procesos de identidad en las organizaciones", del Grupo de Investigación de Psicología del Trabajo y las Organizaciones de la Facultad de Psicología de la Universidad Santo Tomás, la cual busca construir procesos contextualizados que permitan en las organizaciones pensar sus modos de generación de identidad y sentido de pertenencia. Examina, de manera parcial, las conceptualizaciones acerca del proceso de formación en este ámbito, así como su planteamiento sistemático analizado desde diferentes autores. El objetivo principal es presentar una propuesta de este proceso basado en la educación permanente, el enfoque de competencias y la gestión del aprendizaje, partiendo de una orientación comportamental de la psicología. Para ello se expone un breve recuento sobre los procesos implicados, al igual que una muestra documental de la formación para finalizar con la propuesta.


This article comprises of the investigation line "Construction of identity processes in the organizations", of the investigation group of work and organizations psychology of the Psychology Faculty of the Santo Tomás University, which looks for the construction of contextual processes, that allow in the organizations, to think its ways of identity generation and belongs to sense. It examines in a partial way the conceptualizations about the formation process in this ambit, as well as its systematic exposition analyzed from different authors. The primary intention is to present a proposal of this process based in the permanent education, the competitions approach, the learning management, and starting off of a behavioral direction of psychology. For it a brief count of the implied processes is exposed, also a documentary sample of the formation to finalize with the proposal.
