The kidney schwannoma is a tumor developped from the schwann sheat. This tumor is very rare [0,9%] and the limited number of publications issued to this date on the matter gives evidence of this. The observing of a case of this type at the urologic wad of the Rabat CHU has allowed us to study this extremely rare disease. There fore, thanks to a literary review, we were able to underline the diagnostic difficulties the clinical, and anatomical - pathological features. However, the kidney schwannomas diagnosis is un anatomical-pathological discovery. The surgery is extremely important as to the treatment. The benign schwannomas prognosis is excellent because of the infrequency of the recurrences and the exceptional malignant transformation. Nevertheles, the prognosis of the malignant schwannomas is redoutable from which the necessity fan early discovery
