ABSTRACT

Para llevar a cabo proyectos de desarrollo de software y como resultado final obtener un producto de alta calidad, con un bajo costo, un mínimo de esfuerzo y su entrega en tiempo, resultan fundamentales las actividades ejecutadas durante cada fase del proceso de construcción del software, en el que la identificación y elección de la metodología apropiada juegan un papel significativo para el éxito del proyecto. El objetivo del trabajo es proponer una metodología de desarrollo de software en ambiente web, para la gestión de los programas de maestrías del Instituto Pedro Kourí. Para llevar a cabo esta tarea se realizó una revisión sobre las metodologías de desarrollo de software existentes, los principios y fundamentos de las mejores prácticas para las metodologías ágiles y las tradicionales más relevantes en la actualidad, se estableció una comparación entre las metodologías seleccionadas y se propuso la metodología RUP (Rational Unified Process por sus siglas en inglés) para el desarrollo de los procesos de ingeniería de software del sistema web para la gestión de los programas de maestrías del Instituto Pedro Kourí(AU)


To carry out software development projects and as a final result obtain a high-quality product, with a low cost, a minimum of effort and its delivery on time, the activities carried out during each phase of the software construction process are fundamental, in which the identification and choice of the appropriate methodology play a significant role for the success of the project. The objective of the work is to propose a methodology for software development in a web environment, for the management of the master's programs of the Pedro Kourí Institute. To carry out this task, a review is carried out on the existing software development methodologies, the principles and foundations of best practices for agile methodologies and the most relevant traditional ones today, a comparison is established between the selected methodologies and the Rational Unified Process (RUP) methodology is proposed for the development of the software engineering processes of the web system for the management of the master's programs of the Pedro Kourí Institute(AU)

ABSTRACT

El presente trabajo tuvo por objetivo elaborar una estrategia para la implementación de un modelo didáctico para la enseñanza-aprendizaje del diseño de software mediante el método de proyectos, entre los contenidos de la asignatura Ingeniería y Gestión de Software de la carrera Sistemas de Información en Salud. Se adoptó un enfoque dialéctico -asumido también como base filosófica-, a partir del cual se emplearon métodos y procedimientos teóricos, empíricos y matemático-estadísticos. Atendiendo a las bases teóricas y principios previamente definidos, se elaboró una estrategia didáctica estructurada en seis acciones encaminadas a la preparación de profesores y directivos para el desarrollo de la virtualidad y la investigación. La propuesta se concretó a través de acciones específicas, dirigidas al perfeccionamiento del proceso de formación en diseño de software mediante proyecto, para la solución de problemas profesionales de los estudiantes de la carrera que se investiga(AU)


The objective of this work was to develop a strategy for the implementation of a didactic model for the teaching-learning of software design through the project method, among the contents of the Engineering and Software Management subject of the Health Information Systems career. A dialectical approach was adopted -also assumed as a philosophical basis, from which theoretical, empirical and mathematical-statistical methods and procedures were used. Based on the theoretical bases and previously defined principles, a didactic strategy structured in six actions aimed at preparing teachers and managers for the development of virtuality and research was developed. The proposal was materialized through specific actions, aimed at improving the training process in software design through a project, for the solution of professional problems of the students of the career under investigation(AU)

ABSTRACT

Objective: To report on an investigation of requirements, with focus on Psychological and Intuition Requirements (PIRs), to make adoption of Electronic Health Records (EHRs) more encompassing and expeditious. Methods: The investigation collected EHR features from the literature, commercially available EHR software and proposed EHR standards. By using a mix of a modified Delphi method, a questionnaire-based survey, and interviews with EHR developers and usage stakeholders, the investigation: 1) classified requirements of EHRs; 2) ranked resulting classes by their importance for EHR adoption; and, 3) analysed whether PIRs were in the most important classes. Results: Ten EHR requirements classes were elicited and had different concentrations of PIRs. PIRs were proven useful for EHR adoption, but standards should be also reinforced. Functional requirements had smaller importance. Conclusion: PIRs from security and ease of use classes should have higher priority in EHR development, maintenance, and evolution to ease adoption.


Objetivo: Relatar sobre investigação de requisitos, com foco em Requisitos Psicológicos e Intuitivos (RPIs), para aumentar e acelerar a adoção de Prontuários Eletrônicos de Paciente (PEP). Métodos: A investigação coletou características PEP da literatura, software PEP comercial e padrões PEP. Combinando um método Delphi modificado a uma pesquisa com questionário e entrevistas com desenvolvedores e outras partes interessadas em PEP, a investigação: 1) classificou requisitos PEP; 2) ordenou as classes resultantes por importância para adoção de PEP; e 3) analisou se os RPIs estavam nas classes mais importantes. Resultados: Dez classes de requisitos PEP foram extraídas e tiveram diferentes concentrações de RPIs. Os RPIs se mostraram úteis para a adoção de PEP, mas deve-se também, reforçar padrões. Os requisitos funcionais tiveram menor importância. Conclusão: RPIs das classes de segurança e facilidade de uso devem ser priorizados no desenvolvimento, manutenção e evolução de PEP para facilitar adoção.


Objetivo: Informar sobre la investigación de requisitos, con enfoque en Requisitos Psicológicos y Intuitivos (RPIs), para aumentar y acelerar la adopción del Registro Electrónico de Pacientes (REP). Métodos: La investigación recolectó características REPs de la literatura, software comercial y estándares REPs. Combinando un método Delphi modificado con un cuestionario y entrevistas con desarrolladores y otras partes interesadas en REPs, la investigación: 1) clasificó requisitos REP; 2) clasificó las clases resultantes por importancia para adopción de REPs; y 3) analizó si RPIs estaban en las clases más importantes. Resultados: Se obtuvieron diez clases de requisitos REPs y tuvieron diferentes concentraciones de RPIs. RPIs han demostrado ser útiles para la adopción de REPs, pero los estándares también deben ser reforzados. Los requisitos funcionales fueron menos importantes. Conclusión: RPIs de las clases de seguridad y facilidad de uso deben priorizarse en el desarrollo, mantenimiento y evolución de REPs para aumentar la adopción.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To help clinicians simplify the post-processing operations of structures by developing rapid processing software for target area and organs at risk structures based on ESAPI.Methods:SmartStructure script software was developed based on ESAPI, verified and evaluated in clinical work. 10 cases of rectal cancer receiving neoadjuvant radiotherapy, 10 breast cancer treated with postoperative radiotherapy, 10 cervical cancer receiving postoperative radiotherapy, 10 nasopharyngeal carcinoma receiving radical radiotherapy and 10 lung stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) were selected, and different types of tumors had different post-processing operations of structures. In each case, three methods were used for post-processing of structures. In the control group (manual group), normal manual processing was employed. In the experimental group 1(SmaStru-N group), scripts without templates were utilized. In the experimental group 2(SmaStru-P group). scripts combined with templates were adopted. The processing time of the three methods was compared. Clinicians scored the scripting software from multiple aspects and compared the feeling scores of scripting software and manual operation.Results:All three methods can be normally applied in clinical settings. The error rate in the manual group was 7.0%, 3.0% in the SmaStru-N group 0% in the SmaStru-P group, respectively. Compared with the manual method, SmaStru-N shortened the processing time of target area and organs at risk by 60.9% and 93.3% for SmaStru-P. In addition, SmartStructure was superior to manual method in terms of using feeling scores. Clinicians gave lower score for the" applicability" and" simplicity" , and higher score on the" accuracy" and" efficiency" .Conclusions:Compared with conventional manual structure processing method, SmartStructure software can rapidly and accurately process all structures of the target area and organs at risk, and its advantages become more obvious with the increasing number of structures that need to be processed. SmartStructure software can meet clinical requirements, reduce the error rate, elevate processing speed, improve the working efficiency of clinicians, providing basis for the development of adaptive radiotherapy.

ABSTRACT

Objetivo desenvolver um protótipo de web software de apoio ao planejamento da aposentadoria. Método trata-se de uma pesquisa metodológica, aplicada, pautada nos princípios do modelo de prototipação, que seguiu as etapas de comunicação, planejamento, criação do protótipo, testes de funcionamento e consolidação da versão 1 do web software . Resultados as funções do protótipo do web software foram definidas a partir de um fluxograma e do escopo. Na etapa de criação foram projetadas as telas que integraram o protótipo, composto por entrevista, a partir do preenchimento do Inventário de Recursos para a Aposentadoria, tela de acesso aos materiais de apoio ao planejamento, incluindo palestras, textos científicos e materiais técnicos, tela de notícias sobre a aposentadoria, tela de vivências, as quais permitem aos usuários publicar expectativas em relação à aposentadoria e comentar publicações de outros usuários. Após a realização dos testes de funcionamento, o protótipo foi disponibilizado no endereço www.aposentarsecomsaude.com.br. Conclusão o protótipo do web software consiste em um ambiente interativo, no qual o usuário sente-se ativo no processo de reflexão sobre a aposentadoria ao longo das diferentes telas. Com linguagem e expressões claras, de fácil entendimento ao público distinto a que se destina, torna-se aplicável aos usuários de diferentes perfis profissionais.


Objective To develop a web software prototype to support retirement planning. Method This is a methodological research, applied and based on the principles of prototyping model, which followed the steps of communication, planning, prototype creation, functional tests and consolidation of web software version 1. Results The functions of the web software prototype were defined from a flowchart and scope. In the creation stage, the screens that integrated the prototype, composed by interview, were projected from the filling of the Retirement Resources Inventory, screen of access to support planning materials, including lectures, scientific texts, and technical materials, retirement news screen, experiences screen, which allow users to post retirement expectations and comment on other users' posts. After performing tests, the prototype was made available at www.aposentarsecomsaude.com.br . Conclusion the web software prototype consists of an interactive environment in which the user feels active in the reflection process about the retirement along the different screens. With clear language and expressions that are easily understood by the public, they are applicable to users of different professional profiles.


Objetivo desarrollar un prototipo de web software de apoyo a la planificación de la jubilación. Método se trata de una investigación metodológica, aplicada, pautada en los principios del modelo prototipado, que siguió las etapas de comunicación, planificación, creación del prototipo, pruebas de funcionamiento y consolidación de la versión 1 del web software . Resultados las funciones del prototipo del web software se definieron a partir de un diagrama de flujo y del ámbito. En la etapa de creación fueron proyectadas las pantallas que integraron el prototipo, compuesto por entrevista, completando el Inventario de Recursos para la Jubilación, pantalla de acceso a materiales de apoyo a la planificación, incluyendo conferencias, textos científicos y materiales técnicos; pantalla de noticias sobre la jubilación, pantalla de vivencias, las cuales permiten a los usuarios publicar expectativas en relación a la jubilación y comentar publicaciones de otros usuarios. Después de la realización de las pruebas de funcionamiento, el prototipo estuvo disponible en la dirección www.aposentarsecomsaude.com.br. Conclusión el prototipo del web software consiste en un ambiente interactivo, en el cual el usuario se siente activo en el proceso de reflexión sobre la jubilación a lo largo de las diferentes pantallas. Con lenguaje y expresiones claras, de fácil entendimiento al público distinto al que se destinan, se vuelve aplicable a los usuarios de diferentes perfiles profesionales.

ABSTRACT

Resumen Se presenta una propuesta del diseño de infraestructura física con los requerimientos mínimos necesarios para la construcción de un laboratorio que se adapte y facilite el desarrollo e implementación de estrategias de enseñanza y aprendizaje en las asignaturas de Ingeniería de requisitos y Gestión de proyectos informáticos del programa de Ingeniería de Sistemas y Computación de la Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia (UPTC); dicha propuesta surge a partir de la aplicación y validación de estrategias metodológicas basadas en los niveles de la taxonomía de Bloom, como también en los lineamientos definidos por la guía de conocimientos de ingeniería de software Swebok; por tal razón el artículo presenta el resultado de la investigación que conllevó a esta propuesta donde se proponen el diseño y las características principales de los espacios requeridos para el desarrollo de las actividades propias de la ingeniería de software en las asignaturas mencionadas, es así que se detalla una sala principal, sala de juntas y sala de entrevistas.


Abstract It presents a proposal for the design of physical infrastructure with the minimum requirements necessary for the construction of a laboratory that adapts to the development of the subjects of Requirements Engineering and Management of computer projects of the program of Systems Engineering and Computing of the Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia (UPTC), this proposal arose from the validation of teaching and learning strategies based on the levels of Bloom's taxonomy and the guidelines defined by the Swebok Software Engineering Knowledge Guide. In such a reason the article presents the design and characteristics of the main spaces for the development of the activities of software engineering in the subjects mentioned, so the main room, meeting room, and interview room are detailed.


Resumo Uma infraestrutura física projeto proposta com os requisitos mínimos para a construção de um laboratório que atende e facilitar o desenvolvimento e implementação de estratégias de ensino e aprendizagem nas disciplinas de Engenharia de Requisitos e programa de gerenciamento de projeto de TI é apresentado Engenharia de sistemas e Computação Pedagógico e Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia (UPTC); Esta proposta decorre da aplicação e validação com base em níveis de taxonomia de Bloom, bem como nas orientações definidas pelo guia de estratégias metodológicas conhecimento software de engenharia SWEBOK; Por esta razão, o artigo apresenta os resultados do inquérito que conduziu a esta proposta, onde as características do projeto e principais dos espaços necessários para o desenvolvimento da engenharia próprio software nas disciplinas mencionadas actividades são propostas, de modo que detalha um salão principal, sala de reuniões e sala de entrevista.
