RESUMO

OBJECTIVE@#To investigate the expression of neuropeptides in the nasal septum of the perennial allergic rhinitis patients, and the mechanism of the alleviation effect of nasal septum rectification to allergic rhinitis.@*METHOD@#Forty-five patients with deviation of nasal septum (20 with allergic rhinitis and 25 without), who undergone nasal septum rectification in Changhai hospital during Jun to Dec, 2007, were included in this research. The levels of SP, VIP, CGRP of the nasal septum were determined by radioimmunoassay.@*RESULT@#In the normal controls, the SP, VIP and CGRP levels of the nasal septal cartilages were lower than that of the nasal septal bones (P0.05), and the CGRP level of the nasal septal cartilages was higher than that of the nasal septal bones (P0.05). There were no statistical significance between the CGRP levels of the nasal septal cartilages in the two groups (P>0.05), neither did that of the nasal septal bones in the two groups (P>0.05).@*CONCLUSION@#The SP level of the nasal septum in the perennial allergic rhinitis patients was higher than that in the normal controls, which was more obvious in the nasal septal cartilages. The VIP level of the nasal septum in the perennial allergic rhinitis patients was higher than that in the normal controls, which was more obvious in the nasal septal cartilages. There were no statistical significance between the CGRP levels of the nasal septum in the perennial allergic rhinitis patients and the normal controls.

RESUMO

Objective:To investigate the expressions of MMP-2,MMP-3,MMP-9 and CD147 in human ovarian cancer and their clinicopathological significance. Methods:Immunohisto chemical S-P method was performed to detect the expressions of MMP-2,MMP-3,MMP-9,CD147 in 40 malignant and 9 benign ovarian tumors.Result:The expression rates of MMP-2,MMP-3,MMP-9 and CD147 in ovarian cancer were 92.5%,100%,100% and 95%,respectively.The expressions of MMP-2,MMP-3,MMP-9 and CD147 in ovarian cancer were related with clinical stage and pathological garade(P0.05).There were positive correlations between the expressions of CD147 and MMP-2,MMP-3,MMP-9(r=0.802,0.786,0.914)in ovarian cancer. Conclusion:Expressions of CD147,MMP-2,MMP-3 and MMP-9 have relevance to clinical stages and pathological grades in ovarian cancer, and overexpression of CD147 may induce the secretion of MMP-2,MMP-3,MMP-9.

RESUMO

Objective To compare and analyze the difference of ?-tubulin and aurora-A expression in human cervical cancer cells (CasKi ) and immortalized human cervical squamous H8 cells with positive HPV16 E6E7.Methods Difference of ?-tubulin and aurora-A expression in CasKi and H8 cells was analyzed by showing the fluorescence intensity of ?-tubulin with indirect immunofluorescence.Expression level of aurora-A mRNA was detected by RT-PCR.Expression level of ?-tubulin and aurora-A in CasKi and H8 cells was semi-quantitatively analyzed by Western blot. Results The immunofluorescence signal of ?-tubulin was stronger in Caski cells than in H8 cells (57.78?3.13 vs 37.37?2.37,P
