ABSTRACT

Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a heterogeneous hematopoietic tumor originated from hematopoietic stem cells. FLT3 is an important receptor tyrosine kinase in cell signal transduction pathway and one of the common mutated genes in AML. AML patients with FLT3-ITD mutation have a poor prognosis and tendency to relapse. Therefore, early identification of FLT3 gene mutation and selection of appropriate treatment are particularly important. Currently, the small moleculetargeted drugs have been new treatment methods for AML patients with FLT3-ITD mutation, but accompanied drug resistance need to be solved. This paper reviews the mechanism of FLT3 mutation, the clinical significance of FLT3 mutation in AML, FLT3 inhibitors and drug resistance mechanism.

ABSTRACT

Objectives@#. Reactive oxygen species in the stria vascularis (SV) of the cochlea may be involved in the pathogenesis of sensorineural hearing loss. However, the effects of oxidative stress on SV endothelial cells (SV-ECs) remain largely unknown, and no feasible in vitro cell culture model exists for the functional study of SV-ECs. @*Methods@#. We isolated primary SV-ECs from the SV of neonatal mice. The apoptosis-reducing effects of fibronectin in SV-ECs cultured with serum-free medium were determined using β-galactosidase staining and flow cytometry. SV-ECs incubated in serum-free medium were treated with various H2O2 concentrations to evaluate the effects of H2O2 on their viability. The secretome of SV-ECs treated with or without H2O2 (100 μM or 500 μM) was analyzed using high-resolution mass spectrometry. The function of the SV-EC secretome was evaluated by a macrophage assay. @*Results@#. We successfully isolated and characterized the SV-ECs. Treatment with H2O2 at concentrations up to 500 μM for 2 hours and further incubation with serum-free medium in plates precoated with fibronectin showed no significant effect on apoptosis. Compared to the control SV-ECs, the amount of differential proteins in the secretome of SV-ECs stimulated with 500 μM H2O2 was much higher than in those treated with 100 μM H2O2. Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes and Gene Ontology analyses suggested that the proteins differentially expressed in SV-ECs treated with 500 μM H2O2 were involved in the regulation of multiple signaling pathways and cellular processes. The secretome of H2O2-stimulated SV-ECs exhibited significant pro-inflammatory effects on macrophages. @*Conclusion@#. We successfully established an in vitro serum-free culture method, identified the differential proteins released by oxidative stress-induced ECs and their functions, and revealed the pro-inflammatory effects of the secretome of H2O2-stimulated SV-ECs. Therefore, SV-ECs might elicit immunoregulatory effects on bystander cells in the microenvironment of oxidative stress-induced cochlea, especially cochlear macrophages.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To detect the serum level of chitinase-3-like protein 1 (YKL-40) in patients with pemphigus vulgaris, and to analyze its correlation with the severity of pemphigus vulgaris.Methods:From January 2017 to May 2018, serum samples were collected from 38 patients with pemphigus vulgaris in Department of Dermatology, the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University, and those collected from 14 age-, gender- and body mass index-matched healthy volunteers served as controls. Serum levels of YKL-40 and Th1/Th2/Th17-related cytokines were detected by using Luminex ? 200 TM system. Mann-Whitney U test was used to compare serum levels of cytokines between the patient group and control group; binary logistic regression was used to investigate factors independently related to the severity of pemphigus vulgaris; a receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was drawn, and the area under the curve, sensitivity and specificity were calculated to evaluate the ability of YKL-40 to predict the severity of pemphigus vulgaris. Results:Compared with the control group, the patient group showed significantly increased serum levels of YKL-40 (expressed as median[ Q1, Q3]: 15.22 [14.19, 15.93] vs. 13.64 [13.21, 14.63]μg/L, z=-3.88, P < 0.05) , interleukin (IL) -6 (2.05 [1.49, 4.21] vs. 1.57[1.38, 1.75]ng/L, z=-2.44, P < 0.05) , IL-7 (7.45[5.63, 11.63] vs. 3.77[2.21, 5.97]ng/L, z=-3.26, P < 0.05], IL-8 (6.59[3.60, 14.73] vs. 4.36[2.96, 6.53]ng/L, z=-1.96, P < 0.05) , IL-2R-α (509.08 [386.36, 757.67] vs. 336.44[309.86, 458.71]ng/L, z=-2.35, P < 0.05) , and C5a (100.35 [78.31, 140.84] vs. 72.08 [37.23, 82.08] ng/L, z = -3.04, P < 0.05) . The concentration of serum YKL-40 gradually decreased along with the reduction of lesion areas ( r = 0.63, P < 0.001) , and YKL-40 was independently correlated with the severity of pemphigus vulgaris ( P = 0.025, OR = 46.54, 95% CI: 1.61, 1 347.19) . The area under the curve of YKL-40 was 0.783 (95% CI: 0.613, 0.953) for distinguishing between patients with severe to extremely severe pemphigus vulgaris and those with mild to moderate pemphigus vulgaris. Conclusion:The serum level of YKL-40 is strongly correlated with the severity of pemphigus vulgaris, and has a potential value in predicting the severity of this disease.

ABSTRACT

Background@#The gut microbial dysbiosis and gender differences in the pathogenesis of acne vulgaris have long been postulated respectively. However, there was no data about a genderrelated discrepancy in gut microbiota and microbial metabolism in acne. @*Objective@#This study aimed at identifying the underlying gender-related difference in gut microbiota and metabolism in acne vulgaris. @*Methods@#Fecal samples were collected from 43 acne patients and 43 age and gender-matched controls. Gut microbiota was analyzed by sequencing the V3-V4 region of 16SrDNA gene and microbial metabolites were quantitatively detected using gas chromatography time-of-flight mass spectrometry. @*Results@#Compared with healthy controls, the men had a lower abundance of 18 microbes such as Butyricicoccus, Clostridium sensu stricto, Faecalibaculum, Bacillus, Lactococcus, Blautia, Clostridiales, Lachnospiracea incertae sedis, Ruminococcus at genus level. However, the female patients only showed increased Clostridium sensu stricto and declined Oscillibacter and Odoribacterin. Additionally, the disordered metabolism of fatty acids was identified in male patients, while the dysbiosis of amino acids metabolism in female ones. @*Conclusion@#The disorder of gut microbiota and metabolism in acne vulgaris was genderspecific, which supported the potential role of gender difference in the pathogenesis of this disease.

ABSTRACT

Objective Constructed Pseudomonas aeruginosa PA14 PA0745 mutant and verified its pathogenicity.Methods Constructed Pseudomonas aeruginosa PA0745 gene deletion and point mutant by homologous recombination.Pseudomonas aeruginosa mutant strains E126A,E146A and △PA0745 were screened by plasmid resistance and auxotrophy.Analysed mutant PA0745,PA14 growth characteristics and pathogenic changes.Results PA14 PA0745 mutant strains E126A,E146A and △PA0745 were successfully constructed.The results of growth curve showed that PA14 PA0745 mutation did not affect PA14 normal growth.The results of cell infection showed that the infection ability of E126A,E146A and △PA0745 decreased by 29.51%,60.66% and 79.34% respectively compared with PA14.Conclusion PA14 PA0745 mutant was successfully constructed in this study,and the function of PA0745 was confirmed,which had some guiding significance for the development of antibacterial drugs.

ABSTRACT

Ph-like acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is a high-risk subtype of precursor B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (BCP-ALL) with a gene expression profile and a high frequency of IKZF1 gene alteration similar to that of Ph-positive ALL, which is a clinically and biologically heterogeneous subtype of BCP-ALL. The prognosis correlats negatively with age increasing. The incidence of this "Ph-like" subtype may be higher in young adults. Ph-like ALL is characterized by genetic alterations that activate cytokine receptor genes and kinase signaling pathways. Prospective studies are needed to determine if incorporation of tyrosine kinase inhibitor-targeting kinase alterations into intensive chemotherapy regimens will improve outcome of patients with Ph-like ALL. The research progress of Ph-like ALL is summarised in this review, including epidemiology, genetic alterations and treatment..

ABSTRACT

[Objective] To evaluate the efficacy of sound therapy and provide a kind of treatment for tinnitus patients with normal audiogram.[Methods] From the database of the Audiometric Center of the First Affiliated Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University,we identified 46 outpatients with normal hearing thresholds in the conventional pure-tone audiometry suffering subjective tinnitus over 3 months.The clinical information were collected with respect of age,gender,tinnitus severity,pitch,laterality and duration,comorbid symptoms.All the patients received the tinnitus test,including loudness and frequency of the tinnitus and residual inhibition,Tinnitus Handicap Inventory (THI) and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) scores pre-and post-complex sound therapy.The complex sound were remixed with natural sounds and music materials,while the masking frequency of natural sounds is consistent with the tinnitus frequency of patients and the main frequency of music materials covers the tinnitus frequency.[Results] 32 of the 46 patients showed residual inhibition (RI) positive.The average THI score before treatment was 33.38±16.23 and the VAS score was 4.38±1.62.The THI score decreased to 21.75±11.67 and the VAS score was 2.97±1.06 after sound therapy.The rest 14 patients were residual inhibition (RI) negative.The THI score were 29.86±20.15 and 23.43±16.29 pre-and post-complex sound therapy,while the VAS score were 3.93±1.69 and 3.36±1.2.The THI and VAS scores were significantly decreased after the treatment in both RI positive and negative patients.The RI positive group showed better results than RI negative group.[Conclusions] Both RI positive and negative tinnitus with normal audiometry shown adaptation with complex sound therapy,RI positive patients acquired more benefits from tailor-made complex sound therapy.

ABSTRACT

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of dye laser combined with Xin'an repair solution in the treating superficial infantile hemangioma(IH). Methods 100 patients with superficial IH were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group received dye laser combined with Xin'an re-pair solution,while the control group was treated only with dye laser.The clinical efficacy and the rate of complica-tions after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the different efficacy between the head neck group and the non head neck group in the observation group was further analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group(90%)was significantly higher than the control group(70%),and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(6%vs.32%,P<0.05).In the observation group,the total effective rate of head neck group was better than that the non head neck group(P<0.05). Conclusion Dye laser combined with Xin'an repair so-lution is effective in the treatment of superficial IH,and it can significantly reduce complications.It is evidently ef-fective for head and neck superficial IH.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the effects of suramin application in acute angle closure glaucoma surgery patients.Methods A prospective study method was used.From February 2012 to January 2016,178 acute angle closure glaucoma surgeries in our hospital for treatment were selected,and were equally divided into observation and control groups (89 cases in each group) according to the order of admission,and two groups were given filtration surgery.The observation group was treated with suramin adjuvant therapy after surgery.The duration were 1 ~ 14 d after operation.The prognosis of two groups was observed.Results All patients were successfully completed surgery.The intraoperative and postoperative complications were no seriously occurred;the postoperative intraocular pressure in the observation group and the control group were (11.52 ± 3.24) mmHg and (16.98 ± 5.33) mmHg that compared preoperative [(31.98 ± 5.22) mmHg,(31.87 ± 5.11) mmHg] with significantly different (P < 0.05),while the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05).The postoperative peak systolic velocity (PSV) and end diastolic velocity (EDV) values of the central retinal artery of the observation group and the control group were significantly higher than that of preoperation (P < 0.05),and the postoperative PSV and EDV values of the central retinal artery of the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05).The postoperative ratios of functional filtering bleb in the observation group and control group were 80.9% and 60.7%,respectively.The observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusions The application of suramin in acute close angle glaucoma filtration surgery can promote the function of filtering bleb and intraocular pressure reduction,and improve the ocular blood flow speed that has good application effects.

Objective To understand the interests of the government,large general hospitals,higher medical institutions and primary health care institutions to promote the establishment of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system.Methods The game theory is used to analyze the contradictions and interests of the stakeholders.Results The lack of government investment,the higher medical institutions not wanting to sink medical resources,lack of capacity for primary health care institutions and other issues hinder the smooth implementation of the classification system.Conclusion The role of government should be played,and government investment be increased;the division of labor among medical institutions be strengthened,and medical resources be reasonably allocated;and the strength of primary health care institutions be improved.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the characteristics and the clinical significance of relevant parame-ters of blood in psoriasis vulgaris(PV). Methods A retrospective analysis among 38 PV patients and 40 normal controls was done. The comparing parameters contained NLR,CRP,total cholesterol,triglyceride,serum uric acid.Pearson correlation analysis was used to detect the correlations.Results NLR,total cholesterol,triglyceride, serum uric acid in psoriasis vulgaris patients were significantly higher than in the normal controls(P < 0.05). There was a statistically significant correlation between NLR and PASI in the PV patients,but no correlation of CRP with NLR and PASI(P > 0.05). In the patients with PASI ≥ 7,the serum uric acid level was significantly higher than in those with PASI < 7. Conclusions NLR is indicateive of the severity and state of inflammation. The severer PV,the higher the level of serum uric acid.

ABSTRACT

<p><b>BACKGROUND</b>Nowadays, social media tools such as short message service, Twitter, video, and web-based systems are more and more used in clinical follow-up, making clinical follow-up much more time- and cost-effective than ever before. However, as the most popular social media in China, little is known about the utility of smartphone WeChat application in follow-up. In this study, we aimed to investigate the feasibility and superiority of WeChat application in clinical follow-up.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>A total of 108 patients diagnosed with head and neck tumor were randomized to WeChat follow-up (WFU) group or telephone follow-up (TFU) group for 6-month follow-up. The follow-ups were delivered by WeChat or telephone at 2 weeks, 1, 2, 3, and 6 months to the patients after being discharged. The study measurements were time consumption for follow-up delivery, total economic cost, lost-to-follow-up rate, and overall satisfaction for the follow-up method.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>Time consumption in WFU group for each patient (23.36 ± 6.16 min) was significantly shorter than that in TFU group (42.89 ± 7.15 min) (P < 0.001); total economic cost in WFU group (RMB 90 Yuan) was much lower than that in TFU group (RMB 196 Yuan). Lost-to-follow-up rate in the WFU group was 7.02% (4/57) compared with TFU group, 9.80% (5/51), while no significance was observed (95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.176-2.740; P = 0.732). The overall satisfaction rate in WFU group was 94.34% (50/53) compared with 80.43% (37/46) in TFU group (95% CI: 0.057-0.067; P = 0.034).</p><p><b>CONCLUSIONS</b>The smartphone WeChat application was found to be a viable option for follow-up in discharged patients with head and neck tumors. WFU was time-effective, cost-effective, and convenient in communication. ABSTRACT

Objective Diabetic macular edema( DME) is a common complication of diabetic patients.Laser photocoagula-tion therapy is effective in the treatment of DME despite of some patients with unsatisfactory curative effect or recurrence.This study was to explore efficacy and safety of aescin combined with laser photocoagulation in DME treatment. Methods A total of 102 pa-tients with diabetic macular edema in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(51 cases of 67 eyes) and combined treat-ment group (51 cases of 69 eyes).Aescin combined with laser photocoagulation were applied in observation group, and laser photoco-agulation was applied in control group.Observation was made on the changes of intraocular pressure, best corrected visual acuity( BV-CA), central macular thickness(CMT) and the leakage in macular area between the two groups before and after he treatment, along with detection on adverse reactions during the treatment. Results Com-pared with pre-treatment, there were no significant differences be- tween the two groups in intraocular pressure at 1, 2, 3, 6 months after therapy(P>0.05), and compared with control group in the same time point, the intraocular pressure showed no change significantly in combined treatment group(P>0.05).Compared with con-trol group after therapy, the average value of BVCA in observation group showed significantly decreased at 2, 3, 6 months(Z=2.130, 1.932, 2.283;P=0.037, 0.028, 0.005) while the average value of CMT showed significant increase( Z=1.979, 2.315, 3.08;P=0.045, 0.031, 0.000).Compared with control group at the same time point, the number of patients who suffered from the leakage in macular area significantly decreased in combined treatment group at 2, 3, 6 months(χ2 =4.213, 5.074, 6.625; P=0.040, 0.024, 0.010) .7 patients(13.7%) in combined treatment group suffered from stomach and nausea during the treatment, without any observation of serious adverse reaction. Conclusion Conclusion Aescin combined with laser photocoagulation is effective for the rehabilitation of patients and chconsolidate effect with high safety, which is of great clinical application.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupoint injection of Astragalus on contents of SOD,HYP and MDA in skin of aging mice in-duced by D-galactose. Methods The mice were randomly divided into normal group,model group,Astragalus group,and saline group(n=15). Except for the normal control group,the mice of other groups were treated with continuous subcutaneous injection of D-galactose to establish mice ag-ing model. The Astragalus group mice was injected with 0.01mL Astragalus in Sanzuli acupoint per day,The saline group mice received an injection of same amount of saline. SOD,HYP and MDA changes in the skin tissue and serum were evaluated after 21 days. Results All the index in the skin tissue and serum showed significant difference(P<0.01)between model group mice and normal control group. Compared with model group,SOD activity and MDA content in the skin tissue and serum of the Astragalus group mice were significantly raised,HYP content was significantly reduced (P<0.01). There also were significant differences of these index between the saline group mice and the model group(P<0.05),but the effect was not as good as the Astragalus group mice. Conclusion Acupoint Injection of Astragalus can prevent and protect against skin aging induced by D-galactose.

ABSTRACT

Objective There is a significant increase of squamous cell carcinoma antigen ( SCCA) in patients with common skin diseases .The aim of this study was to investigate the difference expression of serum SCCA in patients with common skin diseases . Methods A total of 497 patients with 14 kinds of common skin diseases from the Department of Dermatology were recruited , and the serum SCCA was measured . Results The positive rates of SCCA in 116 patients with psoriasis and 37 patients with erythroderma were 90 .5% and 100%, respectively .The common skin diseases with positive rate of SCCA greater than 60% includes eczema (61.7%), generalized dermatitis (65.1%),pemphigus (61.1%), bullous pemphigoid (62.2%).The SCCA values in pustulosa (1.76 ±1.22 ng/mL) and arthropathica psoriasis (1.69 ±1.05 ng/mL) were decreased compared with pustular (2.86 ±1.46 ng/mL) and arthropathica psoriasis (3.56 ±1.84 ng/mL) (P<0.05). Conclusion The SCCA value may have a relationship with the increase of the performance of keratinization and desquamation in the skin diseases , and it could be used as a valuable indicator for the diagnosis and treatment in patients with cutaneous diseases .

ABSTRACT

AIM@#JS-38 (mitothiolore), a synthetic version of a metabolite isolated from Xenorhabdus sp., was evaluated for its anti-tumor and white blood cell (WBC) elevating activities.@*METHOD@#These anti-proliferative activities were assessed in vitro using a panel of ten cell lines. The anti-tumor activities were tested in vivo using B16 allograft mouse models and xenograft models of A549 human lung carcinoma and QGY human hepatoma in nude mice. The anti-tumor interactions of JS-38 and cyclophosphamide (CTX) or 5-fluorouracil (5-Fu) were studied in a S180 sarcoma model in ICR mice. Specific stimulatory effects were determined on peripheral neutrophils in normal and CTX- and 5-Fu-induced neutropenic mice.@*RESULTS@#The IC50 values ranged from 0.1 to 2.0 μmol·L(-1). JS-38 (1 μmol·L(-1)) caused an increase in A549 tumor cell apoptosis. Multi-daily gavage of JS-38 (15, 30, and 60 mg·kg(-1)·d(-1)) inhibited in vivo tumor progression without a significant effect on body weight. JS-38 additively enhanced the in vivo anti-tumor effects of CTX or 5-Fu. JS-38 increased peripheral neutrophil counts and neutrophil rates in normal BALB/c mice almost as effectively as granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF). In mice with neutropenia induced by CTX or 5-Fu, JS-38 rapidly restored neutrophil counts.@*CONCLUSION@#These results suggest that JS-38 has anti-tumor activity, and also has the ability to increase peripheral blood neutrophils.

ABSTRACT

This study was purposed to investigate the changes of peripheral blood T cells in children with acute leukemia at different stages and understand the immune status of children with leukemia. The CD4⁺, CD8⁺, CD4⁺/ CD8⁺ ratio, CD3⁺ and NK cells in 42 children with acute leukemia and 50 cases of normal children (as control group) were determined by flow cytometry at different periods after complete remission. The results showed that the CD3⁺ CD4⁺, CD8⁺ rate and CD4⁺/CD8⁺ ratio in newly diagnosed ALL and AML children were significantly lower than those in control group (P < 0.05). The NK cell count in newly diagnosed children with acute leukemia was significantly lower than that in control group (P < 0.05). Although the NK cell count in ALL and AML children gradually rose at 3, 6, 12 months after complete remission, but it still was statistically different from normal control group (P < 0.05). It is concluded that children with acute leukima have cellular immune disfunction at onset and during treatment, but the cell immune function gradually recovered after complete remission achieved. However, its recovery rate is slow. The results of this study can provided a basis for subsequently use of immunomodulations in leukemia children.

ABSTRACT

Objective To observe the clinical effects and nursing therapy of Jinchuangkangjungao ointment and infrared therapy in the treatment of chronic skin ulcers .Methods Seventy-five patients with chronic skin ulcers were divided into two groups :the experimental group(n=39) and the control group(n=36) .Jinchuangkangjungao ointment and infrared therapy were applied to the experimental group and the control group underwent conventional treatment ,including debridement ,dressing change and iodine wet compressing .The two group were both given basic nursing therapy .The effect and healing time were observed after 30 days . Results The experimental group′s total effective rate(92 .31% ) was significantly better than that of the control group(69 .44% ) , with significant difference(P<0 .01);The healing time of the experimental group[(11 .98 ± 6 .05)d] was significantly shorten than the control group[(16 .96 ± 7 .13)d] ,with significant difference(P<0 .05) .Conclusion Jinchuangkangjungao ointment combined with infrared therapy had noticeable effect in the treatment of chronic skin ulcers .

ABSTRACT

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To study the aerodynamics of the normal human nasal cavity under different ambient temperatures.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>Based on CT scanning, a model of a healthy adult's nasal cavity was established using computational fluid dynamics software from Fluent. Airflow in this model was simulated and calculated at ambient temperatures of 0 °C, 24 °C, and 37 °C during periodic breathing.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>Ambient temperature only had an impact on the temperature in the nasal cavity during the inspiratory phase, and the temperature distribution was not symmetrical in the inspiratory acceleration and deceleration phases. The ambient temperature significantly affected airflow speed in main nasal passages during the inspiratory process, but had little impact on flow status (proportion and streamline of airflow in different nasal passages). Temperature differences increased the irregular air movement within sinuses. The anterior nasal segment, including the area between the valve and the head of the middle turbinate, was the most effective part of the nasal airway in heating the ambient air.</p><p><b>CONCLUSIONS</b>Our findings describe the effects of ambient temperature on airflow parameters in the nasal cavity within a single respiratory cycle. This data is more comprehensively and accurately to determine the relationship between nasal cavity aerodynamics and physiological functions.</p>

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the role of voltage-gated potassium channel in the human skin squamous cell carcinoma A431 cells and human keratinocyte HaCaT cells. Methods MTT assay was performed to detect the effect of different concentrations of tetraethylammonium (TEA) on the proliferation of cultured A431 cells and HaCaT cells. Besides, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was conducted to detect the expression of HERG channel protein in A431 cells, HaCaT cells and normal human skin tissue.Results TEA inhibited the proliferation of A431 cells and HaCaT cells in a dose- and time-dependent manner.After treated with TEA (≥ 10 mmol/L) for 24 or more hours, the proliferation of A431 cells and HaCaT cells was obviously suppressed. A significant difference was observed in the average concentration of HERG channel protein between A431 cells, HaCaT cells and normal human skin tissue (49.7114 ± 3.55696 pg/ml, 35.7471 ±4.14696 pg/ml, 36.8857 ± 3.47810 pg/ml, all P < 0.05). Conclusions The block of voltage-gated potassium channel could inhibit the proliferation of A431 cells and HaCaT cells, and the expression of voltage-gated potassium channel seems to be higher in human skin squamous cell carcinoma cells.
